Wanpo Tea Shop

Another great place for tea, just opened up in the Main St Cupertino area.Loved the triple Q topping mix with bubble, jelly, and white pearls. Got it with Jinxuan Oolong Tea (zero sugar) and it was yummy.They had BOGO 15% off when we arrived although a little confusing on how to use in the kiosk, I think we only got one of the combos to work.Fun coming here with the kids although the total bill does add up when you're getting four drinks. Kids also enjoyed the brown sugar bubble with milk.

Food poisoning I ordered a guava oolong with aiyu jelly right when they opened today at noon and took a walk down Stevens Creek toward De Anza. I started feeling sick about 15 minutes later, but drank water to try to shake off the nausea since astringent tea can sometimes cause that. By time I made it to Target at 1pm, I ended up throwing up on the side of the road. Sorry for TMI, but it was 100% tea and jelly, nothing else (I hadn't had lunch yet)Either the preparation was not clean, or the tea is low quality and too astringent. Either way, I wouldn't recommend, especially on an empty stomach.

i've been back to wanpo a couple more times and my opinion has changed - drinks were better and my overall experience has improved. there werent many customers when i visited, so our drinks came out pretty fast.wanpo mt (7/10): you cant go wrong with the classic mt - very creamy and you do get a subtle tea flavortieguanyin mt (7/10): reminds me of tptea's tieguanyin (which is one of my favs). it has the classic roastedness of tieguanyin but the tea wasnt as strong. also i normally get my drinks w 100% sweetness which is normally fine, but when i got this drink w 100% sweet it was actually a bit too sweet for me - not sure if they accidentally dropped an extra spoonful of sugar this time around or what, but i suggest ordering this a bit less sweet than you normally doguava jinxuan oolong [seasonal] (5.5/10): this was such a funky drink, i shared it with my family and nobody knew what they were drinking. i personally did not get much of a guava flavor which was a bit disappointing, but the tea flavor was definitely therebrown sugar boba milk (x/10): now that tiger sugar is gone, there arent that many places nearby to get quality brown sugar boba. ive personally never tried their brown sugar boba, but my friend loves it herei also appreciate how they have pearls (mini boba) as an alternative to boba here so i recommend trying it out!

I really wanted to like this place from all the reviews I'd heard but sadly, it was just alright. I usually get 50% sweet in most boba shops and I like how that tastes. I asked for the same here but it just didn't taste good to me. It was way less flavourful than I expected. The boba was also not the best, I've definitely had better ones. Brownie points for their vibe though. I did see many people enjoying their drinks so check them out I guess?! Maybe you will have a different experience than I did.

Drinks were yum! I love that their milk tea is dairy-free!! The boba was a little bit chewier than I would have liked but I know other people prefer it that way. Tea flavor wasnt super strong but still good! I think I prefer their tieguanyin over their standard black tea. Service was good. I ordered online for pickup so I didnt experience any customer service really but my drinks were ready by the time I got there!The shop is nice and spacious and feels clean. I like the simple decor around the place, I think it is a modern and cool space.

After trying Wanpo for the first time, it has quickly become one of my favorite boba shops! My only wish is that they stayed open a little later because they usually close pretty early (6pm). I can't really say too much about service since it is a self service kiosk, but the ambiance is that of a typical boba shop: very chill inside with nice seating and a rustic charm to it. I don't really see people studying here, but there is outlets and wifi so this could be a good study spot! Now onto the main attraction: the drinks! My go to is always the boba black milk tea while my bf gets the Wanpo milk tea. The Wanpo milk tea is a great choice if you're looking for a milk tea that is strong in flavor and is not too sweet, but still delivering that sweet treat energy! I enjoy the boba black milk tea a lot because the milk tea tastes creamy and has strong caramel-y after notes, so this is a great choice for those with a sweet tooth like me! Their boba consistency is also always on the chewy side with a hint of sweetness. Definitely check them out if you're in the area!

Great quality Taiwanese bubble tea. Their black tea with less sugar is very flavorful and has the right amount of richness. I am a fan of their taro series. Taro milk is my fave. They have taro balls and purple rice which is even better. Two kiosks to order. Space is spacious and nice to sit and enjoy your drink.

I enjoyed the boba milk teas at Wanpo, the tea flavors are very solid. They have a couple locations throughout the Bay Area. This location has a spacious open area, so it's not cramped at all.I usually get the Wintermelon Milk Tea, which is a refreshing and delicious flavor. If you never had Wintermelon, it's pretty good! The Oolong Milk Tea was delicious as well.If you're like me and enjoy trying new boba shops, Wanpo is a good choice!

I'd give this boba place an A for aesthetics (it was clean, bright, and organized on the inside - lots of cute touches like studio ghibli stickers) but a B- for drinks.My drink tasted a bit watery and too juice- like even though I ordered a tea. You can customize the sugar and ice level but for whatever reason my drink still tasted off. Really pretty on the outside though!
