This place never disappoints us. Authenticity is key. All Ice cream are made with wonderful flavors and staff members are always friendly and helpfulAnother delightful visit.

Will never go here again. Terrible customer service. They made my stuff wrong and then told me they couldn't refund me or remake my item because their manager won't let them. Smh.

Service- i am honestly disappointed. the 2 girls who took my order were nice upon arrival..but this is the second time this happens. i placed my order in spanish bc #1 thankfully fluent in english & español #2. I clearly just heard the employees having a conversation & joking w/customers ahead of me in spanish.. but for the cashier to go ahead &ignore me &continue my order in english is extremely rude. basically saying "ha! you look like you dont speak spanish so let me just continue your order in english" &right after i ordered i heard them giggling. never going here again even though its less than 5 minutes from my house. I do not support a paleteria with rude employees that will make me feel uncomfortable whenever i order based on how i look but yet you're nice to other customers. Maybe because they "look" latin enough? Maybe? Idkfood- 4 stars for food. The tostilocos & the mocha frapuchino is sooo yummy i actually liked it a little better than starbucks.

Had this place in my bookmarks for quite awhile, but after seeing two of these locations to and from school- it was a sign I had to visit.I came in and the place was pretty empty, except for a family. I wanted to try their ice cream, so it would be quick to eat for the drive home.I decided to try their Rose Petal Ice cream that intrigued me from the photos here on Yelp. I got the $3 cup which is about 2 large scoops. Pretty good rose flavor with actual rose petals within the ice cream giving it lovely purple color that contrasts with the white of the ice cream. Definitely for you floral flavor lovers. Halfway through my cup however, the flavor of rose got a bit overwhelming. I'd probably get one scoop of this flavor and something else to balance it out.Service was fast, since it wasn't busy and I was able to sample my ice cream before trying it. Plus no tax!Will be back to try their Mangonada :-)

Pro: Mangonadas here are YUMMY! Fresh mangoes & the straw is tamarind-covered! Delicious! I asked for less of the chili/sour red sauce. Good call because my friend got regular and it was just overpowering. $5 for an amazing sweet treat! Can't go wrong with that. I was also googly-eyeing all their ice cream. They have a butt ton of flavors. I've got to come back and try them next time!Con: They don't offer free water. You have to buy bottled. -_-

It was my first time....and unfortunately it was a horrible experience. The customer service is very poor!!!! The employees are really rude....not very inviting...not a greet upon entrance!!!! The lady charged me extra on everything I ordered....that I did not notice until after I left....I will not return....I'm sure there is better out there....If I can give a zero I would!!!

This ice cream shop is no longer named United Paleteria y Neveria. It is now called Neveria Vega. I do not recommend this place because the business is not following COVID19 business guidelines. The owner does not require his employees to wear face masks when serving customers. He also does not wear a mask nor does he require customers to wear a mask when entering the shop.

United Paleteria is operated by the same people on Mission Blvd. this one is next to a dount shop and almost directly opposite Mi Pueblo ( at least visually)same menu. 28 flavors ice cream, yogurt, shakes, ...... eats: butternut cream (m. 3)-recommended by server, it was so deliz!creamy, sweet, with bits of nuts.....-no chemical aftertaste.drips:-parking in front...-a few tables for sitdown-flatscreen tuned to mexican tv.

Mocha Frappuccino so good! And I got a small scoop of Ferrero Rocher ice cream- delicious! They were following covid guidelines. The lady was nice when greeting me, she answered my questions to some items on the menu. I'll be back for sure! Many things I need to try!
