Tram Cream Coffee 1

I ordered the Cream Coffee with normal ice and less sweetness. They were super busy, but several orders placed after mine were ready first.The coffee itself was super strong. I'm glad I got regular ice, because I had to wait for the ice to melt to properly enjoy it. The decreased sweetness was just right. I thought the coffee jelly chunks were a bit weird, and could do without it.

This is my second time getting coffee here, and while the flavor is great, they use way too much ice. I noticed it the first time, so this time, I ordered a large and asked for less ice. However, they still overloaded it, and the egg cream was poured all over the cup to hide just how little coffee was actually in there. I literally finished it in just three sips.There are other Viet cafe spots, like Phin Cafe, that don't skimp on the coffee. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back. I was really looking forward to enjoying my coffee this morning, but this was disappointing.

Disappointed (and still tired)I was a fan when they first opened up and expanded, but the last 3 orders including my GrubHub order this morning have been very inconsistent and just not enough coffee to wake me up. But my order this morning, really irked me. When I'm paying for a 800 ML cup (the large), I'm expecting to get more coffee shots in my order. It looks like they're only filling about 60 ML of shots into this giant cup, and they want me to blend it with ALL THAT SLUSH? That doesn't seem fair.Grub Hub price seems to be different, more expensive, I paid $12 for this drink. Only to taste barely any coconut flavoring, barely any coffee, and now I'm still sleepy and upset.

I had quite a good experience getting Tram Cream Coffee, but there is SO MUCH ice inside these drinks. The container itself is large, but comes with way too much ice and it is not a customizable option. I ordered the Tropical Fruit Tea with 25% sugar since I noted that the jasmine and oolong tea comes with fresh fruits, pineapple jam, and mango jam inside the drink. I figured that we did not need to add any more, and I was correct! The fresh chunks of orange and dragonfruit added such a refreshing taste to this beverage. This was the right boost of caffeine that I needed to jump start my day as well. I also ordered the filet mignon banh mi and it was very oily/pooled at the end of the baguette bread which was a little unappetizing, but the sandwich itself was quite good quality. Good amount of pate/cilantro and beef inside of it.

Just got an egg coffee delivered to me and the drink is really good but for the amount of drink I got it wasn't worth the price. I'm sure this is a one off but my drink was 2/3 ice, I had maybe 4-5 swallows and it was gone. Tried to contact the company but it said the service I was calling was unavailable. For anyone who gets this get less ice maybe.

The place looks nice, the workers are decent, and I tried the sweet and sour drink. It was not great and was very sweet when I asked for less sweet.

The coconut cream coffee is always amazing here. It has little coconut shavings on top of real coconut. The cream is always really good and the coffee part is so strong. It's great for when you need a pick me up coffee. It's also not too sweet. There's a nice balance. The only reason for 4 stars is because it's really expensive. I feel like it's slightly overpriced compared to other Vietnamese coffee shops.

This is an update from my previous review...I've been loving Tram's Coffee since they first opened and have introduced friends and coworkers to this coffee specialty. My favorite of theirs is Tiramisu Cream Latte. I have tried the other coffees but always ended up with the Tiramisu coffee. However, with the last few orders, I noticed the small size for the Tiramisu cream coffee comes in a paper cup now. The paper cup is not sturdy and gets even softer after the drink sits in it. This makes the drink so distasteful from the soggy paper cup. I don't know why they stopped making the small size drink in the plastic cup for this particular drink but they still use the plastic cup for the large size. They need to put it back in a plastic cup! I also like that you can order the coffee online directly from their website in advance for pick up the next morning on my way to work. However, they make the drink about 20 minutes earlier than the schedule pick up time. I appreciate that they are trying to be prompt for your order, but it's so advanced that the ice coffee drink is water down a bit. I haven't ordered their food/ snacks since they first opened, but the menu have expanded a bit to include other items. Occasionally, I still order their egg sandwich. It's not great but flavorful enough with the pate they use. I have it for breakfast on days that I'm really hungry in the morning. It's a light sandwich and not overstuffed. Note: Ordering directly from their site is the same price as the store. However, if you order using 3rd party food apps, then there's a difference in pricing as it's more. Also, pricing for the coffee is more expensive at their Story Rd location.

The drinks were full of ice, finish the drink in 3 sips. Very very pricey! $8-9 per drink. Would be better if they had crushed ice-- big chunks of ice.Bbq pork banh mi -- pretty average, would not recommend! There's plenty of delicious banh mi spots in SJ. It was super busy and packed inside on a Sunday! The parking lot is also always packed. Hard to find parking. So it's easy to just make an order online and have someone ready to hop out to go pick up the food and drinks.

Coconut Coffee - not a big fan of coconut, but it was not badEgg Coffee - super creamy and tastes really good. It was kinda hard to mix the overall drink since the egg foam has a thick consistency. Also not sure why the cup is smaller than the rest of the drinks when the price is relatively the same.Tiramisu Latte - very sweet and chocolate-y, but it's also really good. Ambiance was great. There were a lot of people hanging out inside while the lines were getting longer to order at the kiosk. It's a solid place if you're craving viet coffee.
