Toro Sushi Stone Grill & Bar

First of all... the sushi was very fresh and the spicy tuna was so tasty! I had 1 roll to myself and I feel like I could have eaten 2 since it was so good! I love how generous they are with the sauce and the rice was also very soft. I had the Fremont roll but I'll definitely try other rolls later on (maybe the Rainbow) This place is surprisingly big and has a lot space! It feels a little fancy but with fair pricing. You would probably spend around $20-25 if you're getting individual meals. I recommend going here for dates or birthday celebrations.

This might be my new favorite sushi spot!The ambiance is upscale and the prices are surprisingly decent. We ordered the Lion King, Sexy Lady, Sunset rolls and more, and everything was delicious. I found their fish quality to be good, so I'll be trying their sashimi next time. The reusable bag they provided for our leftover boxes was a nice touch.

I came here for lunch with my family. The service and food is great!I had the Angel kiss sushi roll and it was so good.I also had the shrimp tempura hand roll.I highly recommend!

I met a friend here for lunch on a weekend. We got there when it opened, 11:30, and it was not busy at all. No real problem getting a table. It's in the huge Pacific Commons center off of Auto Mall Parkway, so there is plenty of parking to be had.The decor of this place is very fancy, and I saw they had a lot of private rooms that would probably be good for small events or meetings. The sushi I had was good, very fresh. I did feel like the veggie tempura was a little overcooked on some pieces and not that exciting, would probably pass on that. My friend got the salmon appetizer that was just okay. I did like the rolls I had.The service was very professional and they seemed to put a lot of effort into making sure we had what we needed.

The food was delicious, we tried a couple rolls and bento boxes. Service was a little slow but it was busy during lunch.

I would not recommend this place just for their sushi. Nor would I recommend this place just for their BBQ. But if you crave for both in one sitting, then this is the place. This place charged $13 for 6 pieces (3 whole one cut in half) of sausages. That's a little steep.Their meat quality was between a B/B-. For that price point, I had better. Service was pretty slow but friendly. We had to keep flagging them down for refills, side dishes, and etc.

We been here countless of times. We have celebrated birthdays, anniversary and just because. We have brought friends and family here. We love this this place!! I can't rave at how good this place is. The sushi is fresh and the service is amazing. We always end our night happy. The drinks are flowing..usually we never have any left over. If you don't want sushi, they provide a place where you can grill your food. This place is huge and great for parties. Today, we have a group of 13 and got a private room which is amazing!! Love this place. Can't get enough of Toro.

My first time trying Japanese grill. The beef was so tender and the pork belly was so flavorful. Considering how busy it was, the food came out quicker than I expected and the servers were very attentive and helpful. Would definitely return to try their other sushi options.

This is my kind of surf and turf! Sushi rolls and wagyu beef are so good together! My first time using a stone grill and I like how it can cook the meat evenly and doesn't burn it. I felt like a real chef using it. Sushi rolls were a hit, I couldn't stop eating it!
