Tisane

Service - 5/5. The lady at the counter was so friendly and asked if I wanted to get a sample of any of the drinks on their menu (#1 to #23). I thought it was such brilliant idea to offer sampling as it will allow the customer to get the drink that they know will like and they will come back again in future. Food 5/5 for sure since I sampled 4 different drinks before I ended with the drink of my choice, called RPM. I love the sweet and tangy citrus taste. It's a combination of jasmine green tea, red guava, passion fruit, mango drink and I added the white pearl boba to the drink. Their melon rouge and #12 Barney and Fruits drinks are nice too. I will come back for #12 next time. Love the dragon fruit and lychee combination with hint ofOrange. Ambiance 4.5/5. Cozy dim lightings with a few sofa seatings and right volume of music.

Been going to Tisane for years and was excited that one opened near me. But after coming here for a few months, Ive noticed consistently that the boba is hard. More specifically like 10-20% of the pieces are extra hard while the rest are completely normal! No clue why this is a thing but it definitely ruins Tisane for me and I wish theyd fix it because besides that, their teas are amazing

I am very happy to see more boba places opening in the North Valley area! I came to this Tisane during their opening week. I was very excited, as the other Tisane location is a bit far from me.First of all, the shop has a very friendly and energetic atmosphere. I can definitely see this becoming a popular spot to meet up at after school and work hours. There was plenty of seating, a handy kiosk for ordering, and an accessible restroom. My sister and I ordered their popular pink drink "Blush." This is my go-to drink. If you love strawberry and green tea flavor, I would definitely recommend. I love how they put strawberry heart jellies as the topping in this drink. During their opening week, there was also a discount code that could be applied to any drink purchase.I found my drink to be an okay sweetness, but it had a strong and strange aftertaste that I don't normally taste with this drink. I'm not sure if it was from how the tea was prepared or something else. Overall, this shop is quite promising and perhaps I'll visit again in the future.

This place is the same as the first location which is still average to me. Their drink still taste pretty artificial out of most of the places I've tried. I still haven't found something I really REALLY like. Two suggestions - 1) Put all items on the online order menu. The honey longan one I ordered wasn't available for pre-order through their website.2) Cut up your fruit into pieces that will actually fit through a straw. (see picture). I couldn't eat them until I was done with my drink.

Finally got to try out their latest location now that they are up and running. This used to be the location of 2k Tea Lounge, but glad to see that a tea shop managed to stay in its place.The inside does feel a lot like a hangout location. The music was a bit loud for me and made it difficult to talk with your party, but we were able to make do.Duke of Earl: I have tried their other location and really enjoyed that drink so I had to get it again hear. Honestly, it didn't quite taste the same. I can't put my finger on it, but I felt like something was missing. I did still taste the flavors of earl grey, which was nice, but I felt like the drink could have been better for me. I enjoyed the grass jelly though. Overall, I can see myself ordering from here again.

My experience here was interesting. I came here the day of the opening where they were advertising 50% off all drinks. I ordered one for myself and one for my boyfriend but they only discounted his drink and not mine. I was a bit disappointed but didn't think much of it. I asked for no ice in my drink as I don't like the watery taste but when I received my drink it was only 3/4 filled as you can see in the picture. The drink was okay as I would've wanted to taste more of the Thai tea and even without the ice it was still a bit watered down. The service wasn't great either as it was just two teenage girls who gave off an attitude of "I'd rather be doing anything else than work". Overall, I was pretty disappointed with this place as I had gotten skimped on both the price and the drink.

Beyond excited to see a NEW Tisane location in San Jose! The store is located next to Jelly Donuts (best cronuts ever) and Kickin' Crab! There is a decent amount of parking and I've never had trouble finding parking here. Although, there's a chance it'll become busier at night now that Tisane is here.This location has two self-serve kiosks for you to order from and it's also much faster than the one at the Capitol Expressway location! The ambiance is just like their original location (nightclub vibes) and it's much bigger! I believe they replaced a previous boba shop here as well.With soft-opening happening at the moment, ALL drinks are 50% off this week! Stop by and grab yourself some delicious drinks ^__^

Stopped in again to get a couple of drinks. It was good to see people finding out about this place being newly open.Duke of Earl: Organic British Lavender Earl Grey Creme Milk Tea. Paired with Silky Black Grass Jelly.Two To Mango: Organic Oolong Tea infused with Yellow Mango Puree. Paired with Mango Jelly Stars.Both drinks were good. My wife preferred the Two to Mango better.Last night the service lacked some enthusiasm and friendliness.

Got to visit this location one evening after a family dinner because my family lives very close to here! The shop was still in a soft opening phase, but that's okay... because now it's fully opened! We got to sample our drinks before purchasing. Honestly? The drinks we ordered were good! Not the best tea I've tasted, but definitely delicious!The vibe is also perfect for friend meetups! And the women cashiers are the cutest! So friendly and helpful!

Tisane finally opened on Cropley next to Kickin Crab!! Staff is very nice and welcoming! We were able to try samples of any drink we wanted. They have both cashier and kiosk ordering.Drinks were yummy as always! My fav is blush and melon rogue. It is sweet default so I usually go down to 75% or 50%. Toppings can be subbed for others if you don't like the default ones.Definitely come by this week to get the 50% off drinks promo! I believe they're open until 10pm everyday.
