I organized the chocolate making workshop for my team. Timothy was great! Super accommodating and flexible in scheduling. On the day of, they had everything beautifully set up and were ready with champagne and blood orange sparkling soda. The class fun super fun and the team enjoyed learning about chocolate and getting their hands dirty. The amount of chocolate we took home was substantial and I'll be eating it for a week! Timothy, Adams, Rosie, and team were amazing and really made the experience fun and unique. Definitely recommending this workshop to others!

Really cute store! I love their color scheme. You're greeted with a display of their beautiful chocolates. I feel like I was in Wonka's. The staff was nice and answered my questions, like what is nochino?Nochino - Italian liquor made with green walnuts. It seemed super unique so I was excited! Honestly the flavor was so mild it just tasted like dark chocolate. Texture was great: the filling was like creamy chocolate truffle or ganache, and not caramel. Raspberry - This had more stronger raspberry flavor but it didn't overpower the chocolate. Good balance. $4 for a little chocolate button.

The Chocolate was overpriced; they were so overpriced that I had to keep asking what's the price of the Chocolate. I won't try too hard to convince myself that the chocolate was reasonably priced compared to like a normal chocolate bar. However, the designs were super cool, and they were filled with a lot of flavor. Not super sweet (like mostly dark chocolate flavor). I want to try other stuff just to see if the other stuff are more reasonably priced, but if you are feeling bougie, then this place is the place to go to. Pair this with some Wine (which they sell there ofc), pretty good snack.

The hot chocolate experience at Timothy Adams was disappointing, particularly given its $14 price point. I appreciate black single-origin coffees and can pick apart bitter flavors well, but I couldn't taste a difference with store bought bars. The service was really poor - when I requested to sample the 65% chocolate after finding the 85% too bitter, they dismissed the request, claiming it was simply a less bitter version. The staff appeared disinterested, offering no greetings or smiles, and rushed us despite having no other customers and returning to their personal conversations afterward. I'd totally get it if they had other online orders or something cooking to attend to. The 65% Madagascar hot chocolate I ordered tasted like what you'd expect from melted chocolate chips in warm milk. My intent of coming was to see if I could recreate what people revere as the best hot chocolate. Using grocery store 70% chocolate bars, I made a whole 4qt pot of hot chocolate (serving about 15 people) for roughly $15 total and taking less than 20 minutes. My friends who stand by Timothy Adams as regulars says the taste was indistinguishable from the cafe's version. The hot cocoa was good, just extremely overpriced and met with poor customer service.

This place is decorated so intricately and it is very enticing to want to buy everything. They make everyone in house and have extensive gift sets, box sets as well as hot chocolates. I need to try the hot chocolates next time. My SO and I got the Pistachio Praline and Peruvian Dark to try out. It is stunningly delicious, rich and it is an entire experience to taste it all.We will certainly be back to try the rest.

Needed a bougie gift and the chocolate designs here are very intricate and give an air of refinement that played well with sensibilities of an elder Asian generation looking to be impressed. Box nicely packedThe dark hot chocolate I got on the side was well blended and not too sweet

I visited this cute little chocolate shop on a Saturday evening, and it was a delightful experience! The shop itself is charming, with a beautiful display of decorated chocolates. There isn't much seating inside, just a couple of tables outside, so it's definitely more of a grab-and-go kind of place.I went there on the recommendation of a friend who raved about their hot chocolate, and as a fellow hot chocolate enthusiast, I had to try it for myself. The hot chocolate menu is impressive! You can choose your preferred percentage of chocolate, which I loved. I opted for the Satilia Milk (Valrhona) at 35% in a kid's size. It was the perfect amount for a little pick-me-up. They even offer a complimentary marshmallow, but I decided to skip it since I prefer my drinks not overwhelmingly sweet. My hot chocolate was served in a to-go cup, which was perfect for strolling around and enjoying the evening. It was incredibly creamy and decadent, and the 35% chocolate was just right for me. It was so rich and flavorful that it took me a while to finish, but every sip was worth savoring. Great find!!

A beautiful chocolatier with a very aesthetic store front. Everything is made in house and what really stood out was the multiple versions of their drinking chocolates made from single origin chocolates. Very rare to see so many versions for all the different flavor profiles in your group.

I love hot chocolate. Timothy Adam's has different flavors of white, milk and dark hot chocolate. They also have homemade marshmallows. I didn't try the truffles but I definitely recommend the hot chocolate. We had a milk chocolate and a dark chocolate, both delicious!!! It's a bit pricey, 2 hot chocolates and one sparkling water, $32.45. Cute colorful place as you can see. They have a covered cloth white gazebo area with green tables and chairs outdoors. They are next door to a popular ramen place.
