Been following Tierra Mia for a while now, since SoCal.. surprised to see it while on duty in Oakland, thought I'd make it in... coffees good, customer service by one of the baristas, TRASH. An excuse for every point given. Funny thing is that I wasn't even asking him, I was talking to a different employee but he kept butting in like I addressed him, seemed like was trying to prove a point by arguing.I said "I'm waiting for my drink. Can I get an update? "Employee, respond for other employee it should be out.I respond "three people ahead of me that ordered after me have already received their drinks "He responds "mobile order sometimes does that you can mobile order if you'd like in the future "I said again they ordered after me in line and they already got their drinks , then he responds again but saying this time oh, because maybe their drinks were easier.I stated "could they have been more easier than an Americano?" He said "your drink is right there".Let me finish by saying, why is it that In almost every coffee shop, there are entitled employees, they disrespect customers, and get away with it, they have attitudes and ways of responding that would even test the patient of the most nicest person, they will never be reprimanded, sad Times, that we are living in, concerns cannot be shared, Complaints cannot be stated, And if they keep hiring young people like this to represent their business, which quite frankly I really enjoy it in southern California better, It'll quickly grow and become another Starbucks, Or die out and not survive, people like myself are starting to get tired of attitudes coffee shops, Show some more gratitude it's just an Americano if the customer is willing to pay five dollars for it, have a good attitude. See if someone cares about an honest review, what will happen, I'll give a follow up to let you know.
