Park in a plentiful. The food is fresh. The price reasonable well. The ambience is like typical Asian fast food. The service is warm and friendly.

I think it comes down to taste preference and what you're used to. I got the grilled pork bahn mi, which I get everywhere. They make it different here. Their marinade is more sweet than what I'm used to and the texture was soft, like it was tenderized. The bread was great (but not better bread than other sandwich shops), and the veggie fillings pretty good. Little sweet. Little spicy.Service was ok; they were relatively fast considering how busy they are. Kiosk ordering was too slow. The restaurant itself is clean and kind of semi modern. Places to sit to eat, as well as sit to wait. I notice they also have those green waffles which I think I'll try next time; wasn't that hungry this time.

As Duc Huong's rival, I had big expectations for this place. Got a grilled pork banh mi for lunch. At $7.50, it's super affordable.Overall, the sandwich was decent. The bread was somewhat fresh. Grilled pork was on the dry side, pretty average as far as Vietnamese grilled pork. I'd say the best part of the sandwich was the pickled vegetables, which they go pretty heavy on.A little disappointed in overall taste, but still a good deal!

Busy spot, they are fast service, and pictures made it quick and easy to order. We order one of everything which everything did not disappoint two thumbs up.

Yummy drinks & Yummy sandwiches! Great service! Wonderful people! On our way to go hiking @ Alamere Falls.So, we stopped for a vietnamese sandwiches. Just had our first visit to this amazing deli, and wow, what a treat! The drinks here are out of this world--seriously yummy! And the sandwiches? Absolutely delicious, packed with fresh, tasty ingredients that hit the spot.The service was fantastic, too. The staff were super friendly and made me feel like we were part of the family tribe. It's clear they love what they do and enjoy making their customers happy.Can you believe this place has been rocking it for 27 years? That's over a quarter-century of sandwich perfection and delightful drinks!If you're looking for a spot that's fun, friendly, and full of flavor, this deli is a must-visit. Highly recommend it!

Their Bahn Mi sandwiches are cheap, big, and delicious! I ordered takeout over the phone which was huge to just get in and out! I loved that they packaged the pickled veggies and toppings separately so a) they didn't get soggy and b) kids can customize with or without jalapeño, cilantro, etc. plus the bread is so soft on the inside but crispy on the outside... YUMWe tried:Grilled pork - soooooo good!! You HAVE to try it. Slightly sweet but juicy pork that goes so great with the pickles veggies.You have to try if you love Bahn Mi!!! Whenever we're in the area, we have to pick up a few banh mi to go! My favorite is the combination (surprisingly as my go to is usually grilled pork). I prefer the combo over the grilled pork here.It's so flavorful and tasty. This is probably one of my favorite banh mi spots but it's a bit far from me so we get at least 4 to 6 (maybe 8 lol) and ask them to separate the veggies so it does get soggy. Heat it up in an air fryer. Highly recommend!!

Came a few months ago and loved this place but came back again today and they were closed because of a health violation :( You can access the health violation report online and it's pretty gnarly (dead rats, mice droppings, cockroaches, etc)

They rival Duc Houng! We would go back without hesitation! Also,this palace had great Chinese bbq nvind Vietnamese dessert

Low price sandwiches, but so delicious. Will come back again for more. Favorite choice is cold ham
