The party helpers did an amazing job catering our 25th wedding anniversary party! Our lead caterer was Kathy, and she did such an incredible job, the food was delicious and beautifully presented, the event was seamless. Highly recommended!

I work for a University and we hosted an event at the home of one of our Trustees and chose The Party Helpers to cater the event.I can't say enough positive things about The Party Helpers. Their bid was fairly priced, Hilary offered multiple options and suggestions for our outdoor brunch, and their staff was professional, hard-working, pleasant and accommodating. Ricardo, who was on-site the day of the event, met with me before at the home and we mapped everything out together, and he had wonderful suggestions about the set-up that were clearly rooted in his deep experience with catering and event management. I received feedback from multiple guests about the quality of the food and how delicious it was.I recommend The Party Helpers for all of your catering needs!

I had The Party Helpers cater a 90th birthday party and they did an amazing job. They gave me a list of suggested menus and from there I was able to create a menu specific to my needs. The day before the event, they arrived at my house to set up a beautiful buffet table that complimented the theme of my event. The day of the party, the food was delivered hot and ready to serve.

I reached out to The Party Helpers a few months ago for an event I was having out of the 5 I was in contact with and I must say, they're on top of their services from the initial questions to execution! Food was great, their service, servers, and the bartender completed the plan to exactly what I wanted and more! They will be my only place I'll be reaching out to for future events.

Kristin and the party helpers are our go-tos any time we're planning an event and have helped us with several successful family parties and celebrations! Kristin has been flexible in helping to make sure we have been able to get exactly what we need. I highly recommend them for any party planning rentals!

I had my wedding at Hakone Gardens this past April, and The Party Helpers was one of their recommended vendors. Kristin helped us plan our menu (my now husband had a specific request regarding the tri tip steak), and everything came out great! Thank you so much for being a part of my big day!

I hired The Party Helpers for my daughter's first birthday party. They cater their service at a venue located at the Santa Teresa Golf Course. The staff was extremely helpful and generous. I even had one of the staff members help me with the cake after he set up the appetizer bar. The only thing that I do not recommend is their Apricot Brie en Brioche as it got soggy throughout the event. The samosas had an American touch to it (not from an Indian restaurant) so the taste and the chutney for those were a little different. Overall a great experience.

I arranged for The Party Helpers to cater a Celebration of Life reception after a church service. Celebrants raved about the quality of the food, the attentiveness of the staff, their flower display (which coordinated with my color scheme), their clean-up (which included packing up leftovers for me), and their packing out all trash after the event. A number of church members said it was the best catered event they'd seen in a decade, and they'd seen quite a few. Staff even conferred with me ahead of time about the best guest flow past the food display to minimize congestion during serving.The website was instrumental in my selection of this caterer. There were many items to choose from and each had a photo with the ingredients noted. Note: there is no pre-tasting option. Cards accompanied the table displays so eventgoers knew exactly what they were selecting.I had a problem with the website and unknowingly my down payment did not go through. Luckily for me, they did not cancel the order!

Great people to work with. delivered everything they promised- food ,service and all within the quoted budget. they catered my daughters wedding and let me be stress free to enjoy the event. Highly recommend them
