The Oasis Cafe

Just horrible coffee. It's insanely sweet. I couldn't even drink a few sips. Had to spill my drink.

So happy to have Coffee Shop in Almaden community center! I had a very pleasant experience first time and now I am coming more often. I love the great quality of the coffee, the variety of teas and the delicious looking pastries. The owner is very friendly, nice and fast and she always with smiles! It is an awesome little coffee shop and happy to have found this coffee shop. I am highly recommend it if you are attending the community center or not!

This little cafe is located inside the Almaden Community Center. It is right next to the library and I thought how convenient. I visit this library frequently and gave it a few chances but each time both service and food were not good.I tried the Mocha's and Smoothies and both were terrible. The Sandwich I had was frozen as well as the donuts. Again it is all about the convenience if you are at the Community Center where they have classes or visiting the library and you are absolutely starving than I guess this would be better than nothing. They just need to kick it up a notch in both the service and taste and quality of what they serve.

Today I had the lemon square and Seven Layer square because I was falling asleep in the library and I wanted to keep reading my book. I thought the sweets would wake me up and energize me, but they didn't. They were really tasty though. The seven layers had coconut shavings, chocolate chips, a medley of nuts, and the texture was chewy. The lemon square had a rich lemon filling that was soft and tangy. I liked both the pastries, they tasted homemade. I've had the turkey sandwich in the past, and it's really your run-of-the-mill sandwich. You don't have to make a food run to Safeway from the library because of Oasis Cafe, so I think their prices are justified. There's always an empty table in the vicinity to enjoy the winter sun while you read a book and munch on their snacks. Next time I will try their coffee if I'm about to fall asleep.

The coffee shop as a whole is the perfect addition to the library especially when you need hat shot of espresso to get you through the day. The women that runs the store is so sweet and welcoming and the coffee is addicting. I would hundred percent recommend visiting is you stop by the library and just want a good cup of coffee.

This is a darling, quaint little coffee shop inside the Almaden Library (how cute)! The coffee is organic and a great little treat to grab for a study break or before heading in to explore the book shelves! They have super flavorful seasonal drinks! A great touch!The highlight of my visit was by far the customer service! The girl who works throughout the week is named Claire. She greets everyone with a smile and has a great attitude that makes for a warm and friendly experience over all! I sat at a table near her set up and noticed that she asked each person about their day!Definitely a great little spot!

I tried the cafe few times the owner and the coffee really nice . She used good quality organic coffee I really enjoyed it

This cafe and the owner is so sweet...I love the coffee and tea, oh did I mention great sandwiches! Its convenient because it's in the almaden community center and library.

My co-worker and I were traveling from out of town to visit our office in San Jose. She recommended Oasis because of it's superb customer service. She had a build your own sandwich and I had the 1/2 sandwich with soup. She said her meal was scrumptious. My chicken noodle soup was very flavorful and so was the sandwich. The owner Frank was helping us and he could not have been more gracious and friendly. He even gave us free samples of soups and sandwiches. The samples were delicious. Thank you Frank!
