Quaint shop with amazing pies. The crust really stands out for its French tart style. The crust is on the thicker side yet it crumbles perfectly once you take a bite. The filling is well flavored and proportioned to give your pie a perfect bite, every bite! They have mini, medium, and large for most pies. They have limited hours and run out quickly.Keep in mind, there is a preschool in the same shopping center, so morning traffic can be tricky.

I went here for my cousins reception before the wedding, and I am oh so glad I did.The pies are amazing, both the sweet and savory ones. The coffee was decent. The service was pretty good, but they are all extremely busy as this store is understandably popular. Be ready to put your own dishes away and deal with your own mess as you are an adult and are prompted to do so by the signs. The ambiance was excellent. I'm glad they could accommodate a party of 14, I'm glad the food came out generally around the same time, was piping hot, and so delicious.I definitely want to go back!!

Came for pies the day before thanksgiving but were sold out at 11 am, must be really good! But am here to rate the good coffee and service. I had a regular latte and it tasted great, they also have other specialty hot drinks surprisingly. The owner was really nice so i will be coming to try their pies for sure.

Pie HardLocal woman-owned pie shop located in a nondescript Willow Glen strip mall at the edges of The Mighty Guadalupe. They do more than just sweet fruit pies, but savory quiches, tarts, and egg custards. My son decided he'd rather have a fruit pie for his birthday than a cake--he is my son after all! He settled on a blackberry pie so I ambled in after work one day to place an order to be picked up the next day. The Good:*Ordering process could've been smoother, but the guy at the counter was still training so I'll cut them some slack. *Indoor seating for dining in*Tons of different flavors to choose from in almost every category. Definitely can't complain about selection. *Vegan options available *Blackberry pie filling was out-fucking-standing. Nice balance of sweetness helped bring out the natural flavor and slight tartness of the blackberries. *Crumble on top was decent, but had a bit of a raw flour taste. The Meh:*Parking lot is tight but there is some street parking, as well. *A bit pricey but everything is handmade *I'm not 100% how I feel about this part, but their crumble on top contains almond flour; I wasn't aware of this when ordering or I would've bounced seeing as my son has a tree nut allergy. Fortunately, **he** did spot a sign when he and Carissa came to do the pickup the next day, or it could've been a disaster. Now, I get that they have signs and that's great, but they really, really, REALLY should say something to you when you're ordering. Quite frankly, I've never seen a crumble recipe that uses almond flour so I would never think to assume there might be some in the pie--and I'm sure I'm not the only one. The Ugly:*While the filling was fantastic, the bottom crust was the complete opposite. Somehow they managed to overbake and simultaneously underbake the pie crust at the same time. It was stiff as a rock and pale as an albino's ass. Not sure how that happened, but mazel tov? (ノ゚゚)ノConclusion: Great filling but awful crust. Would definitely be willing to give them another shot, tho.

We ordered the Apple Pie for Christmas dessert and it was a smash. Not too sweet, well balanced with filling and crust. We have also tried the mini chocolate cream pie, key lime pie, pear and cheese pie, and banana cream pie and they were all excellent fresh flavors. This is a staple for sure.

Famous owner post "Tesla" incident. Female owned business. Superb values; onsite. Can see her mentoring kids as she works along side them. Inspiring. Innovative. 1) almond joy mocha. Chocolate, coffee, almonds, coconut. Contrast to standard lattes. 2) 3 types of pies, bite sized, ~~3$, personal sized 4in ~9$, full size 9in pies. Using the bite sized for dinner parties. Each guest gets 1-2 picks, better than having a leftovers and having to overbuy bigger pies. Much less waste and I don't have to eat all the leftover desserts. 3) onsite sit down area w wifi. There is a selection of breakfast sandwiches and pastries. Mushroom croissant. Sauteed muchrooms with swiss cheese. Filling. Impossible to finish entire croissant. 2 meals. Female owned businesses seem to be a filter for super humans. Most of them are mommys also. Incredible. Door has home built magnetized screen door invented by one of the workers. Stunning idea! Workers and owner speak French!

I came here to get some mini pies for a friend's birthday and they did not disappoint. the mini pies range from $3-$4 each which adds up if you're buying a lot but having baked pies myself, the price is justified because they are not easy to make.Originally I had wanted banana crème pies but they said that had to be ordered a day ahead. I ordered 3 each of the ube, mango, and key lime mini pies. I think they might have accidentally given me a couple apple instead of mango but my friends said they tasted great. My favorite of the 3 was the key lime pie. I had to stop myself from driving back that afternoon to buy more lolThey also had savory pies which I'm so curious to try. I read they change their flavors daily and that it's best to check their doordash for the updated flavors. Although I don't think they offer all their flavors on doordash. This is definitely my new favorite place to buy treats for people.

Found this place before the owner had a storefront. I needed a vendor for my wedding and I wanted to serve mini pies. She gave amazing service and delivered the pies from San Jose to Gilory. Since then my husband has been getting pies for our anniversary on Pi day. We've tried a majority of the flavors but my favorite is cherry. Pi day is in a couple months put your orders in early for these amazing pies.

We ordered 3 pies, apple, peach and blueberry. The apple was so disappointing as it was super tart and the base of the crust was completely undercooked. When slicing into the pie, the bottom crust was so dense that I had to "stab" the base to break it apart for the slice. I was so disappointed being that the reviews are so high for this pie-ery. The peach and blueberry did turn things around for me. But was still very disappointed by the sour $30 apple pie.
