The Cupcake Divas

I worked with Nelita at Cupcake Divas for a baby shower I was throwing. From the very 1st email, she was responsive, informative, and very accommodating. The mom-to-be likes chantilly cake, so I was searching all over for someone who could do chantilly cupcakes for us. Nelita offered to customize one of their flavors in order to make the cream cheese taste similar to chantilly cream. (Another cupcake vendor I contacted simply replied, "No we don't do chantilly cupcakes, good luck." THE END.) I ended up ordering that flavor and also the Chocolate Lover's in regular and gluten-free.At the event, I tried the gluten-free because the guests said it was the BEST gluten-free cupcake/cake they've ever had. And it was true, blew my expectations away considering my previous limited experience with gluten-free desserts. I didn't even get to try the other flavors because they were ALL GONE! But everyone I talked to said the cupcakes were delicious. The prices are very reasonable, including the delivery fee if you're in the proximity. I can't wait for our next event so we can try more flavors from Cupcake Divas!

Cupcake Divas came to my rescue when another company I ordered from weeks ago called and couldn't fulfill my order less than a week away from my daughters 1st Birthday. Long story short they were able to do it and delivered them on party day. I ask for basic cupcake with frosting and no fancy decorations as I had an idea to go with the mermaid theme for the party. I added the cones and fins to mimic a mermaid tail. All in all the best cupcakes we haveThe cupcakes were absolutely yummy and most importantly my Birthday girl devoured hers saying "num num num" with every bite. The cream cheese frosting was so good!

A response to the owners response to me.. this shows that you have a address on file here on yelp. Maybe you should revise that, so people do not mistake you as a store front business . It has you located in union city. Have a great day!

I needed a cake for my best friends bridal shower and The Cupcake Divas was super responsive and helpful. The cake was beautiful and most importantly, it was delicious! Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I never had the opportunity to try the cupcake divas' cupcakes.Last Saturday, I called and left a message to place an order for cupcakes for my girlfriends birthday. Now nearly a week later, I have yet to receive a call back and my girlfriend'a birthday has passed. I understand if they were fully booked for the week, but a nice courtesy call would have been appreciated.UPDATE 03-21-15: Received a reply from the owner apologizing for not receiving my request. Definitely appreciate the acknowledgement from the owner, so might give this place another try if I need another set of cupcakes..

Cheers to the Cupcake Divas!So, I was searching for a bakery or shop that could make a dozen cupcakes within 72 hours and the topper had to look like a succulent plant. I've called around all the East Bay and to no avail, I had no luck until a lovely lady from The Cupcake Divas called me back and said that they could meet my request. I was elated!So fast forward to the deadline date, I met up with one of The Cupcake Divas at a parking lot as the business didn't have a store front, and she approached me with a dozen cupcakes topped with the cutest succulent toppers. Overall, the cupcakes were beyond what I imagined them to be an so happy that The Cupcake Divas came through at my time of need!Oh, btw, the cupcakes were just as good as they looked, the icing was a chocolate buttercream and the cake was moist! Just perfection!

Being from Seattle, Didn't know where to order from, Checked YELP, and Thank you Cupcake Divas!!! Cake Pops were so delicious!!! Family loved them... Quick and Easy Communication Via Email, Online Payment transaction... and Free Delivery to Union City!!! Will Definitely order again for future Celebrations!!!

This review is wayyyy overdue but as I'm planning my son's birthday I remembered the great experience I had with the Cupcake Divas and then I saw that there have been no new reviews since the last time I ordered from them, so I just had to post. Back in May they did the cake for a baby shower I threw. I was able to order online which was very convenient for me. I wanted a custom cake and all I had to do was let them know that we were using a certain theme from party city and they were able to create the most beautiful cake for us. Not only that, it was delicious. They delivered to my house on time and for free! I really had a great experience and am already planning to order from them again!

E-mailed for a quote recently and never heard back. Used them before and received great customer service. Don't know what happened.

We hired the Cupcake Divas for our baby shower and everything was so cute. We ordered simple cupcakes (in 3 flavors) and decorated sugar cookies for our dessert table and it was a hit! They are super easy to work with and very responsive. Would def work with them again! Thanks Nelita!
