Still great. Shout out to Deli! An amazing hostess with a heart of gold. Makes us feel as though we are being welcomed into a cozy home. She always takes care of us. Food is still fantastic. This time I got twice the amount of lamb skewers. They had a wonderful Mille feuille cake for Valentine's Day, one of my favorites!

We liked the mushroom skewers -- especially the balsamic vinegar reduction sauce that it came with. Overall pasta quality is pretty good (standard Eataly style) but I feel like the other Eataly spot (la Pizza + Pasta) actually had a lot more variety. Here there was a lot more focused on the grilled meats and stuff. I will say the service was a bit bad -- they honestly just looked way too busy. Our server missed an entire pasta order and they kept changing the person serving us like 3 times so it was hard to flag down someone for anything

I've heard a lot of about this place and figured it would be great to try it out on Valentine's Day with my husband. We were able to get a table within 20 minutes despite us being a walk in and joining the waitlist. We were seated on the second floor which wasn't too great since it's almost like you're just eating a grocery store rather than the third floor where it has an actual ambience of a restaurant . We were seated and offered water and for a place charging $30+ for a plate of pasta, there was no complimentary bread offered. We ordered just two pastas and it came out within 15 minutes. When we received our pasta it was like they just threw the food down on the plate and rushed it out. There was no nice visual presentation. For the taste, I ordered the Cavatelli Al Ragu Di Terra and my husband got Tagliatelle Alla Norcina. The Cavatelli had so many uneven cooks of the pasta, the sauce itself was so strong and there was no side of bread or parm cheese offered to tame it down a bit. As for the Tagliatelle, it came out in the smallest portion, just like the Cavatelli, and for something that's over $30, it was served cold. My husband spoke to a server and he grabbed it and offered to make him a new one. When the remake of his pasta came out, it was the same exact temperature as the first one he received. It's as if the pastas were premade and in ready to serve style rather made to order. He didn't want to be difficult since it was Valentine's Day but he was pretty upset about it. Pasta is way overpriced and lacks flavor, the restaurant is not the best dining experience depending on where you're seated, and the service is just meh. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Their current "Alpine" at Terra menu showcases polenta with topping options - I chose the short rib ragù, and it was outstanding. Together with their broccolini, I had a great meal. Tagliatelle, gnocchi and chicken spiedini were also enjoyed at our table. The food is still great, but also still overpriced. Service for us was dismal - slow service for everything, even after flagging down our waiter multiple times. He also forgot our bread but didn't charge us in the end (yes, they charge for bread). Frittelle for dessert was delicious - airy donuts with some kind of custard. Don't bother with their chocolate fondue. The tealight under the runny chocolate wasn't lit. The two ramekins that had strawberries (cut very small) and cookies weren't even filled to the rim. Ridiculous. If not for the most of the food, I would give Terra 2 stars.

Went for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. We were able to be sat right away. The service was quick and attentive. We both did the lunch special. I started with the beet and mandarin salad & then had the cheese gnocchi. The salad was fresh but lacking flavor. The gnocchi was baked with 4 cheeses but was also lacking flavor. I did ask for a side of red chili flakes and that helped. We ended the meal with a shot of espresso. The ambiance was enjoyable. Happy to try this place but would probably skip and just order pizza from downstairs.

I made a reservation to try out Terra on a weekend lunch. They're very uptight about the timing and even though we arrived slightly early, they told us the seats would not be ready. I guess it wasn't bad as that gave us a chance to walk around and shop in Eataly. In terms of food, I had the Cavatelli Al Ragu di Terra and Pork Chops. Both dishes were on the expensive end for lunch, but I enjoyed the pork chops a lot. It had a nice wood grill flavor and the meat was very tender and juicy. It was nice that they cut off the meats from the bone as well. The ragu was also good and the al dente pasta was executed well with a nice texture and bite, but I wished that there was a bit more ragu and sauce on my pasta. I would've rated the food at 4/5, but would drop it to a 3.5/5 because the service was bad. The server never came to check on us, and it took a long time to flag her down to get the check, even though it wasn't that busy. They really need to improve their service for a restaurant of this price point.

Every visit to Terra has been a wonderful dining experience! Though I must admit, I've only eaten here on warmer days where outside seating is optimal. It really does set the vibe~!From small bites, pasta, protein options and drinks, Terra is perfect for sharing or family style. At the time of my visit, opted for their seasonal tasting menu that serves a minimum of 2 people. This is a really good value, if you're looking to try a little bit of everything.Started with bread and butter, chicken skewers, King Trumpet Mushrooms, Pea Ravioli, Steak, Grilled Peppers and Fried Russet Potatoes. My favorites would have to be the King Trumpet mushrooms, Pea Ravioli and steak. The pasta was perfectly cooked, felt like eating little clouds! Steak was cooked medium. Our server was attentive and noticed that mostly everything came out while our pasta dish hadn't and comped us another for the delay. Besides that, service is always friendly and attentive! I really enjoy their salads and pasta dishes here. The setting makes for a great dining experience in the Spring/Summer. Would pass on the drinks, the handful of times I've been here I haven't been a fan of any that I've tried.

A rather fancy restaurant in Eataly that is very beautifully decorated and has a nice, Italian cafe ambiance. The food is pretty good, but is accompanied by a high price tag. We got the Cavatelli Al Ragu Di Terra, which was very flavourful and meat as well seasoned. The pasta by itself was a bit bland, but the meat helped elevate the flavours. True to its nature the pasta was cooked to a perfect al dente. We also got the Tonnarelli Nerj Allastice (squid ink lobster). The lobster flavours help add to the flavours of the pasta, but it we honestly felt that there was a disjoint of flavours between the lobster and the pasta. Besides the pasta dishes, I would recommend the lamb abruzzese skewers. They were extremely juicy and delicious, and goes very well with some salt and lemon flavours. As mentioned above, the restauarant is a bit pricy though, considering the dishes and portion sizes.

The food was amazing, the valentines deal was very good. The service was TOP NOTCH. Octavio is so good as his job, and he's so funny. I really love his service and enjoy how fun he made this first experience. The ambiance is very unique as it's very open space and clear of the surroundings. This was an amazing experience 10/10.
