good food. Got the spicy chicken teriyaki not really spicy though. Great flavor nicely cooked. portion was also a decent size

Tried this place when it opened. I was excited because I truly love a well made rice bowl covered with tender, grilled protein and veg. It's awfully simple yet greatly satisfying. Well, I didn't get exactly what I was looking for. I immediately noticed the teriyaki sauce was overly salty. The protein (chicken I ordered) and veg was good, but the balance of the rice bowl was off with the salty sauce. So, the first try score was a 3-star, average. Maybe I'll give it another try sometime in the near future.

I like this place and the quality is acceptable for the price. Unfortunately they cut the portion size rather significantly only shortly after opening, which feels a lot like a bait and switch. Rather shady and don't appreciate it. A good example is the chicken katsu, it's half the size.They also only have a single person staffing the cashier, which is understandable. Unfortunately that means your food sits for a while sometimes, and they don't keep food under a heat lamp. Workers are nice!

Spicy chicken teriyaki with brown rice 3.5/5The sauce has a bite to it. It was decent some pieces were tougher to eat. Maybe a bit overcooked.Spicy tofu 3/5It was just ok. Regular chicken teriyaki 3/5 without sauce , 3.5/5 with sauceStandard chicken teriyaki chicken.For the price it's rather expensive.

I had high hopes but was disappointing. The restaurant itself is new so it was clean and there is plenty of seating inside. The cashier was pretty friendly, they will bring the food to you when it's ready. Unfortunately that is where the good ended. First, shout out to the lady who was kind to give me her 20% off coupon. So the beef was super dry and the chicken was a mixture of dry and over cooked. It didn't feel like there was any love making it. It was very bad. The salmon was fine, it was good fine and it was edible. The egg roll was also fine. The stars of my order should have been the beef and chicken but it was just lacking. I'm hoping it was a one off and not every order is that bad. Maybe another visit the food will be better.

I don't like leaving negative reviews but I won't be returning to teriyaki madness. Came in around 6ish and ordered right away. The girl at the counter was very nice and helpful. My food came out immediately... even before I had finished paying. That might be a red flag and indeed it was. My chicken was dry, bland and overcooked. As if had been sitting under a heat lamp all day. Parts of it were burnt and it just was not good at all. The rice was soggy and too much. There was two pieces of broccoli and a little scrap of cabbage on the side. Overall I did not enjoy this. For $15 a bowl this was way overpriced for what it was.

I saw the sign from Owen's drive and I love Teriyaki so I parked in front of the restaurant. Before I could get out of my car a gentleman came out with some takeout order. I asked him if it was good? He said delicious so I went inside. The restaurant was clean and the staff very kind and helpful. I ordered spicy chicken teriyaki with white rice and veggies and the Teriyaki Steak with veggies. The largest size was 8 oz. I think. Anyway the food was delicious and fresh! Veggies crisp and crunchy and the Steak and chicken perfect! The hot sauce was also excellent. Highly recommended and I will be ordering from Teriyaki Madness often. You will enjoy this restaurant for take out or casual dining.

Overall, at least so far including the soft grand opening and grand opening a solid 4.5 out of 5. But, located in a newly vips retail center by Chick-fil-A. And since these are brand new buildings , the interiors is very neat and clean. Starting off with soft opening, the cashier was very polite and patient with taking my order. The order itself was wrong, it was mid-picked and I didn't get the spicy chicken teriyaki, but did get the steak teriyaki. While I didn't get a chance to try the steak, I did have a regular chicken teriyaki and that was pretty good. The taste was mostly there and the fried rice was pretty good too. The egg roll was above average and the gyozas were very good too and they still still had a slight crunch to it, even though I left them sit alittle too long. But, having 2 free meals and $2 for the appetizers were definitely a grand slam. For the grand opening, the cashier was very polite and patient. The wait consider it was the grand opening morning was pretty quick imo. As for this meal, the regular chicken teriyaki bowls were $6 for the grand opening and there was definitely a slight difference on n terms of quality of food. The chicken this time had a nice char to it and you could taste the smoke. The brown rice was good, slightly gooey so probably definitely similar to the white in terms of texture. As for the price and proportions, sort in my head the proportions just seems to be a tad small when versus the price but it's not like it a huge difference. Maybe with the app and getting the rewards it'll probably even out in my head. Anyways, I would say imo teriyaki city might hold a slight edge in terms of price versus proportions and types of food. If madness keeps up with a decent char on the protein and also due to it being much closer to home versus teriyaki city, I'll probably ending up eating here more often due to how close it is to work and home.

10-14-24 a Monday I ordered the Mad Dash $2 off deal chose the spicy steak bowl.In order to get $2 off, you have to choose the curbside check in option. I also opted to provide my vehicles detail just in case they couldn't locate me. Ok seems easy right? The order said it will take 10 minutes and ready 3:54 pm. I even clicked I have arrived at curbside parked twice. 4:04 pm comes and goes. I knew something was went right-l went inside to see what the holdup is: MY ORDER IS ON THEIR DESIGNATED PICKUP SHELF. Ugh, l asked I am waiting for my order curbside for over 10 min, the young lady goes I just got here I don't know. What kind of response is that? Ask someone here before you! Clearly the employee s need more training. What's the purpose of having curbside delivery when it's on the shelves to be picked up. She even said the curbside system is not streamlined? Please Fix this TM ! Asap, lastly I hate to write bad review last but I hope they read this and react accordingly.

My sister & I ordered from here via a delivery app for the first time and really liked it! My sister went with steak teriyaki & noodles, I went with the orange chicken & noodles, we also ordered a chicken egg roll and the potstickers and everything was great! Will definitely be ordering from them again!
