ServiceThe service here is truly exceptional, if "above and beyond" had another level, this place would reach it!Everyone was so attentive, Mireia especially, she literally sat down with us after we jokingly asked her to do so because she so graciously helped our little one finish his paella and she even encouraged him to try octopus for the first time!FoodWe ordered 3 paellas, sangria's flight, brussel sprouts, papas bravas and croquetas and every dish was absolutely delicious. AmbianceBeautiful decor, excellent interior design and the overall vibe is just fantastic. It's the kind of place where you instantly feel comfortable and want to stay a while.

Teleferic has been my go-to spot for celebrating big moments--when I got my current job, my birthday, promotions--you name it. While I wouldn't call myself a regular, I dine here whenever I feel like treating myself. Unfortunately, after my most recent visit, I don't think I'll be coming back.We arrived and were seated outside without an issue, which was nice. However, service was slow from the start. Our waitress took quite a while to come over, though it wasn't a big deal at first since my husband was still parking. Once he sat down, she arrived within about five minutes, and we placed our order: two appetizers and an entrée--their most expensive paella. The first disappointment was the burrata appetizer. It came with no bread, which isn't a requirement, but burrata is typically served with something to eat it on. I assumed our waitress would check in so I could request some, but minutes passed with no sign of her. I watched her tend to other tables while trying to make eye contact--nothing. Finally, our second appetizer arrived, brought by someone else, so I asked them for some toasted bread. It wasn't clear if my request would even be passed along. Then came the paella--sadly, the biggest letdown of the meal. We ordered the meat paella cooked medium rare, but as you can see from the pictures, it was definitely medium well, if not well done. The meat was chewy and lacked flavor, and while we had expected crispy rice, much of it was stuck to the pan. The rice itself was tasty, but the overall dish just didn't hit the mark. The burrata remained underwhelming, largely because I had nothing to eat it with. The side dips were either flavorless or overly oily. Our other appetizer--essentially crusted chicken with marinara sauce and truffle cheese--was fine. The tableside cheese shaving was a nice touch, and it was probably the best part of the meal, which is sad because it wasn't even our entrée. That said, for $18, it didn't feel worth it.What really sealed the deal was the service. Fifty minutes into our meal, we still hadn't seen our waitress again. Our water glasses were empty, and we had to flag down a different waiter just to get the check. At that point, we were ready to go.Adding to the frustration was the mandatory 20% service fee. Normally, I don't mind this--I fully believe in fair wages--but when the service is nonexistent, it feels frustrating to be forced into a tip. We only saw our waitress when she took our order, and never again. It's disappointing because Teleferic has been a staple for us, but after this experience, I don't think we'll be back. At these prices, I expect both good food and decent service, and unfortunately, we got neither. For reference we spent 144 dollars on two appetizers 1 paella and VERY poor service. (Photos attached, including the menu note about the service fee.)

Visited for dinner. There is plenty of parking around the area but it can be tough to find an open spot. Best bet is to go to a nearby parking lot (across the street). The highlight/ best served was the Jamon iberico (definitely recommend) and the cocktail - Bryan's legacy. The server recommended toasted bread along with the Jamon iberico however he did not mention that he was suggesting yet another appetizer from the menu. It comes with chorizo butter and topped with crushed tomato which makes the toast soggy. The server also forgot one of our order (crab croquet) and so, it was served after the main course. Also, we were incorrectly billed for 2 portions of the appetizer which we had to identify and request for fix. The crab croquets that were served later like an after thought were slightly charred on the outside. The paella was probably not freshly prepared - the entire thing was cold, just the pan was luke warm. The shrimp and lobster were also cold. The shrimp was NOT deveined either (have pictures of it). The paella was thus cold, dry rather than fresh and crispy on the bottom. We couldn't inform our server because he was unavailable due to the number of tables he was catering to. Someone did stop at our table but they didn't seem to understand what we were saying and left with some notes. The ambience is really nice but too loud and noisy for me personally to enjoy a relaxing evening. Probably best with large groups and who are ok with the noise levels. Restrooms were not clean which was unexpected but may be they are under staffed and over worked. So overall, the experience wasn't that great and now one of my favorite restaurants is no longer a favorite which makes me really sad.

I'm back here for more Spanish tapas and love sitting outside enjoying this beautiful day in Los Gatos. I love the paella negra and pulpo! The cocktails are amazing and well crafted. Paola is always happy to see me and she's a doll!!

Lovely Valentine's Day dinner. We enjoyed all the dishes we ordered and the drinks were also very nice. I'd love to come back and try the stuff we didn't get to try.

I came here on a weekend for a friend's birthday. I recommend making reservations in advance, especially on weekends. A parking lot is in front of the restaurant, but it's shared with many other businesses. If you can't find parking, then there's street parking. The ambiance of the restaurant is dim and quite loud. This is not a family-type of restaurant. We ordered pork belly, octopus, artichoke, tuna tacos, paella mixta, and a trio of desserts. Everything was delicious, but the pork belly and paella mixta is my favorite. The pork belly is tender and slightly sweet and savory. It's served with corn on the cob. The paella mixta has chicken, pork, shrimp, and octopus. The paella is savory without the fishy taste that some paellas can be. The paella has a smoky flavor, which I like because of the socarrat (caramelized bottom of the paella). I recommend this place to anyone who wants a fun environment to hang out with friends.

Brought my mom here to experience and try Spanish food and Teleferic did not disappoint us. I made reservation and made a special request to be sat down by the window and usually some restaurant doesn't pay attention to the note. However, Teleferic was able to grant my request and thats a plus for me!!Service is good, everything was on time. They served the tapas first then the paella then dessert. Servers were attentive and polite. Ambiance is very nice, quiet and clean. Parking is crazy but only of you park in-front. Theres plenty of parking spaces across and free you will just have to cross the street. Will definitely come back to bring friends!

I love teleferic! This location is in a plaza, parking can get busy but not impossible. We made reservations about 3 weeks out. Ambiance is pretty trendy, they were playing music during dinner which was fun but a bit too loud. If you have time I recommend checking out the store attached to restaurant, scored me a couple cans of tinned fish.Must gets are the patatas brava and octopus. All the small plates were tasty but those were my favorites and we ordered more when we were done! Also ordered the squid ink paella which had nice rich, umami flavor and the tomahawk. I recommend both!I enjoyed their espresso martini but I heard they are welll known for their gin cocktails. Our server was really attentive.
