Ordered take-out and service was spot on for all our orders!The Mango Magenta is a must try! I ordered it 75% sweet with Lychee Popping Boba and the choice of topping was a great. The presentation of the drink itself is colorful and vibrant to appear very appetizing (which, it is). I want to try the most popular Mango Slushie or the Lyche Rose Limeade next.

Great Boba place alternative compared to some of the other local places around here.It is next to a little Mexican restaurant in the same plaza.No food here, but Boba is delicious.The service is also extremely helpful.

Tea It Up is pretty good! It's nice to have a boba option in the area. My friend and I came here yesterday and I had the honeydew milk tea with boba, and she had a mango smoothie or slushee. The service was extremely fast. I do wish you ordered with a person and not at a kiosk. There isn't very much decor, but I think if they decorated the interior and added food options other than chips, this would be a solid hangout!Editing to add that I had a similar experience to a Yelper below- some of the boba in my drink was perfectly cooked, and some of it was not cooked all of the way and a little dry/too chewy and hard.

Went here over the weekend as we crave milk tea. The area was great, people are nice.. wait time was longer than usual due to one of their team mate is training which I 100% understand that.Got our order 3 drinks, and all of them had 20% soft boba and 80% hard/ old. I then went back in and asked if they got the old and new boba mixed, and they both asked each other and told me "no it was new."Also, the sea salt foam was not added which I paid for, and the 50% sweetness seemed 100%.I went back in for the second time to ask them and replace the toppings with grass jelly. They used the same drink with the brown sugar from boba mixed in it (makes the drink sweeter).Sad to say, but even the grass jelly was old.. it wasn't smooth, kind of powdery/ dry texture. We threw away all three drinks and went to happy lemon to pick up new drinks.

Found a metal spiral in my drink. I was the 1st customer too. I had to toss it out. please check before serving.

Parking was very easy during opening hours since there were barely any customers in the plaza. Staff were very friendly. The odd part was there was no menu posted anywhere--not on a wall, screen, or even on a paper printout. We had to scroll through the kiosk (where I couldn't find the osmanthus oolong). Eventually I pulled out my phone to go to the website and found the full menu on the website. They should really have a physical menu in the store.Osmanthus oolong milk tea - tasted watered down. Not recommendedHojicha milk latte with boba - Very good hojicha flavor! Boba was delicious with strong longan flavor and perfect chewy texture. Some of the best texture and flavor boba we've had. Highly recommend

the place is just ok. staff is nice and ambiance is fine. i will say drinks are just ok, nothing special or just like some other stores. basically they just use syrup while i expect to get fresh fruits. only avocado smoothie is using fresh avocado. three stars from me...

There is one tablet to place your orders. We ordered 3 drinks: peach matcha latte, passion sunrise, and classic milk tea with sea salt foam. After we ordered, one of the workers said they were out of green tea and there would be a 10-15 min wait. We agreed to wait thinking it wouldn't take that long. A 10-15 min wait ended up being over 30 mins. We were one of the earlier customers there and those who arrived after us got their drinks before us. I suggest ordering online to avoid the wait.I didn't like the passion fruit sunrise. It had a weird taste to it. Not sure if it was the passion fruit or green tea because it didn't taste like passion fruit to me.The other two liked their drinks. The peach matcha was good and had a strong peach flavor. You don't see this matcha combo often so it was definitely interesting.

I love everything about this boba shop!! My go to is the passion sunrise 25% sweet with honey boba and lychee jelly! Their honey boba never disappoints and the service is always amazing ! The owner is so kind and funny! I really enjoy going in a chit chatting away with the owner ! SHE'S AWESOME and so are her employees :)

I go to this shop on my way to work every now and then and I try to give it the opportunity to be good but it's always a hit or miss. A positive is that it's more affordable than other boba places but then you also sacrifice consistency and risk getting a bad drink. It's either the drink is too watery or the tea is over steeped. I went again just last week and it was so bitter that I had to toss it out after a couple of sips because the tea was over steeped. I'd rather spend a couple extra dollars to get a drink that I know is going to be good. They need to do some work to re-work their recipes and ensure consistency considering how many boba places are in the area!
