Accepts cards. Fast service. Conveniently located w/in 2 minutes from my house, Not sure of their hours of operation. Usually Julie's Truck is parked here but I came on Monday, President's Day to gas up and ordered Gavin a birria burrito and for myself: a birria ramen. They offer a variety of the norm but that doesn't mean they lack in taste and quality. They have the following on their menu: torta, enchiladas, burritos, tortas, quesadillas, quesabirrias, and birria ramen. If you are craving for Mexican cuisine and want it quick and delicious, stop by this truck and support a local business! They have a table if you want to dine there. Gavin ate his over at my cousin's so I wasn't sure how it tasted but he said that it was good. I had the ramen about 2hrs later. The birria was tender and I can taste a hint of the guajillo chile. Loved it.

Tacos:Birria meat was not red and the beef didn't look dark. Texture was similar to the carnitas and color looked the same under the neon lights. I was confused enough about which was the birria and had to ask the owner. I didn't believe him and thought he might have given me a second carnitas on accident, but upon inspection of my leftovers, there was beef fat for the birria order. I would say the tacos are 3 stars since no meats (other than the cabeza) came with natural juices and the carne asada was dry. This is the place to go if you like healthier, less greasy tacos if that's your thing.Super burrito:Boyfriend really liked it. He said it wasn't salty (I had a few bites and have to agree). Adding a star for this. They are open late and have plenty of seating.

I had a very disappointing meal from Taqueria Conchita, and would not come back. As soon as I got the bag with my burrito and tacos I knew there was an issue, as it was way too light. The root of the problem is that the food here is massively overpriced. I mean to a ridiculous degree. With tax their (not so) super burrito is about $14, and it's tiny. I have never seen a super burrito this small, it's pathetic. $14 for a legit size one is already high priced, but for the tiny, 8 bite thing they gave me it's just an insult.I also tried their quesabirria taco plate, which also about $14 with tax. And also, it's tiny. Tiny tacos with small amounts of meat. Nowhere near worth it.The reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the food tastes really good. If the prices were cut in half, or the quantity doubled, I would give 5 stars. But this place is a ripoff. I was expecting to share a meal for 2, but instead I paid $28 and wasn't even full myself. If you want to pay a lot of money for good tasting food in kid-size quantities... well, you don't want to. So until they decrease their prices or significantly increase their portions, this place is better avoided. There are many options in the area and I can't think of any good reason to come here.

This is my first trying this place. We called ahead to order and the man on the phone was very nice. We got 3 orders of quesabirria tacos and he told us it would be about 15-20 minutes to prepare. We paid when we came to pickup (they accept card) and the cashier confirmed our order and asked if we wanted any sauces before letting us know it would be another few minutes. Everything was packaged nicely in a plastic bag with some napkins and a cup hold for the 3 consome. Each plate comes with 3 tacos and 1 cup of consome. The taste was not the best I had but it's not bad. Meat was tender, but there was bit of fat. Cheese was good, diced onions were fresh and juicy, tortilla was crunchy. I like that it came with a lot of different sauces (red, orange, and salsa verde). I wish it came with some limes and the consome could have been hotter. Don't leave the plate with foil for too long or the taco will get soggy. I think the price increased since last year. The total was about $48. The truck seemed clean and well lit. I would not go out of my way to come here because of the price. I have had better birria tacos in San Jose for a cheaper price.

Came here for tacos! You can call in to save time if you're picking up food to go. They will text you when your food is ready.- Quesabirria: Good but not the best. Could use more cheese. Meat was tender but not flavorful. It was nice and crispy and hot though!- Cecina: Skip this one! It was terrible. I don't know if this is just the style served here but the meat was super dry and crunchy. Imagine a thin piece of beef that dried out and then got thrown on the grill. It was borderline burnt too. Can't even say it's like beef jerky because there was no chew to it.- Tripas: These were so chewy and almost rubbery...yuck. I like when it's crispy on the outside but tender and juicy on the inside. These were not that - no crisp at all.- Pastor: Meh. This was okay and was the best out of the regular tacos that I tried.- Salsas: There's spicy and mild and both are good! The spicy one has a nice kick too.Overall, tacos are okay and I wouldn't go out of my way to come back.

Hey , quick review on this food truck. Got 2 super burritos $10.50 each, carne asada and tripas , I received what it looked like regular burritos and both were asada , and two tacos for $2.80 each they should of called them a dólar la mordida, two small bites it took to finish it poor quality meat and over priced for what it is. Si quiere poner un negocio primo ponga uno bueno por que esto es basura...

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. If you're looking for good birria tacos in San Jose at a great price this is your spot! I found this place on yelp after looking at another place that sold 3 tacos for $20!! I came hoping to get something cheaper and more authentic and omg the tacos were so delicious! I had to wait about 20 mins for 8 tacos and rice and beans but I was happy to wait because I knew my food was being made fresh. The tacos came out piping hot and delicious. The consume was so tasty and warm. Their salsas are also super good, but beware their spicy one is soooo hot! After posting a video of my tacos on Instagram so many people asked me where they were from because they looked so good. Also, the owner who took my order was so nice which make the whole experience even better. Even tho they are a food truck they take card so you don't need cash. I don't think I'll ever go to any other Mexican spot again. Support small businesses and come here for authentic, fresh, delicious food!!

Why would you join an all you can eat food festival from 2-5 PM as a vendor, if you're only going to serve food from 2-4 PM. Why would you start charging attendees for food at an all you can eat festival once you ran out at 4 PM? Bad planning followed by bad customer service. Don't bait and switch customers that were standing in line over 30 minutes to try your food. Absolutely unacceptable.
