So, today was the Black Joy parade and I had such a blast! However, I had my sleepy granddaughter needed to ride around to go to sleep so I drove to Fruitvale In search of a fish taco. I looked Yelp and a couple of locations popped up.One truck seemed MIA, the other didn't sell seafood or veggie options, then I looked across the road and a glimmer of familiarity hit me. I pulled closer and remembered patronizing this truck before. I ordered a fish and a shrimp taco. Made to order and I was pleasantly pleased that the fish was diced and loaded into the tortillas. Perfect, compared to usually getting a big chuck of tilapia or a breaded fried piece of mystery fish. This was one of the best fish tacos I have ever had. Condiments are upon request.$3.50/tacoNo real complaints outside of the outside being the outside lol.

Alright folks, here's the deal: Living in Alameda has me often yearning for some legit taco action. But I've found that I usually need to head over to Oakland to truly satisfy those cravings. And that's exactly how I ended up at this taco truck!Nestled in Oakland, this spot was a serendipitous find on an evening adventure. The setting is chill, making it the perfect backdrop for some true street taco vibes. And speaking of streets, there's a handy parking lot right at the corner, so you can just park and wander over with ease.I dove into two pastor and two carne asada tacos, and even though they're on the petite side, they don't skimp on flavor. My plate was brimming with extras - a generous helping of radishes and jalapeños which added that fresh zing to every bite. And oh, those salsas! Perfectly spiced and absolutely delightful. Now, are these the all-time champions of my taco experiences? Maybe not. But when the taco craving hits in Alameda, this Oakland gem is definitely worth the short trek. Can't wait to see what the rest of their menu holds on my next visit!

Al pastor, al pastor. So delicious! Love the tacos, especially the al pastor taco. Very flavorful. The wait is usually relatively short as well. One of my favorite taco trucks in the bay! No seating so to-go or eat in the car.

Been going to this truck for the past 20 or so years....used to be the most popular but several more have gained popularity but I still go here as well ...the al pastor and suadero are the go-to's for me ...I think most people have had al pastor but if you haven't tried Suadero I recommend it...its beef belly cooked like and resembles carnitas ...very good... all the fixins, etc are pretty much like every other spot in town...Anthony Bourdain ate here and thoroughly enjoyed it ...you will as well ..bring cash

1.5* -0.5* for serving LEMONS over LIMES, crime at its finest This was not the best picture, but neither were the tacos. I love authentic Mexican food, especially a STREET TACO. I don't understand what the fuss is about here. This was my 2nd visit. 1st visit my tacos were drenched in sauce, I like to taste the FLAVORs, so EASY on the sauce pal. &&& the sauce was soooooo not it! I learned my lesson & ordered sauce on the side the 2nd time around & the meat was nearly tasteless... also CASH ONLY! a million & 1 working the truck & service is beyond slow. & u bet not dare THINK about asking for EXTRA salsa verde. Very stingy with the verde! There's too many street taco options in Oakland for me to return here.

CASH ONLYTacos Sinaloa is enough of a reason for us to make the drive to Oakland! My fiancé put me onto this food truck since he's been coming here with his family since he was a little kid. Best Al Pastor I've ever tasted!! I always get 4 Al Pastor tacos with everything on it (or 5 if I'm feeling real hungry!). They have a mild spice to it and comes with onions and cilantro. On the side they wrap up some limes, carrots, radishes, and jalapeños. The Al Pastor is always so juicy and taste is always on point. We also order the Cocteles. Today, they only had shrimp and it was delicious! Really refreshing and satisfying for this warmer weather. Make sure to add the ketchup, tapatio, crackers, lime and mix it up reeeaall good! All were provided in our order plus some tostadas. Soooo good and fresh! We got the small size and it was good enough to share along with our tacos. The super burritos here are also HUMONGOUS!! The size of an adult male forearm! It's huge! Definitely a meal to have for the entire day. They are usually open by 11:30ish am. It's located in a huge parking lot in the corner and hard to miss. They also have a seating area in the back that is spacious with a bathroom. Last times I've been, the seating wasn't open. A lot of people just eat these tacos fresh in their car or you can find a nice spot to park at Lake Merritt to chow these down. We usually go to the Fruitvale location but they have another truck parked near by. The other one is usually more packed than the one in Fruitvale. Definitely a must try! Love this place!

Food: 8/10Service: N/A (pay at the food truck and seat yourself or take home) Value: 5/10Wait time: 5 minutes to order on Sunday at 12noonPortion size: medium I have been here many times but this is my first time writing a review. I haven't been in a while since they got rid of the 2nd food truck and the line is just too long. This time there was barely a line so I had to get some!I ordered steak tacos and 1 lengua taco. Definitely still delicious but the price has gone up probably due to inflation and covid. Its now $3.25 for one taco! The lengua is definitely a favorite if you want to be adventurous. Its beef tongue but its so tender and juicy that you have to try it! All meals are served with a side of radishes, carrots and jalapeños. I would also ask for a side of salsa to add to the tacos because this time there wasn't as much as I remembered.

If you're craving authentic Mexican food and are in the East Bay, Sinaloa is the one. I've been here so many times and this taco truck just HITS.Just make sure you bring cash. Service is usually quick as the food is made to order. The truck is located right by Fruitvale and there's a small parking lot.Sometimes I'm in the mood for tacos and other times, a burrito. Both are great! I'd say 3 tacos are enough to get me full since they don't skimp on the meat. The super burrito is literally the size of your forearm and can feed like 2-3 people. The carnitas are always crispy, but not dry. The al pastor (my favorite and go-to) is very balanced and not too sweet. Sometimes it can be a bit greasy though and can leak through the burrito, but with my frequent visit, the al pastor was done just right. Make sure you ask for salsa because sometimes it's not included with the pickled jalapenos and carrots, radishes, and lime.

I got chicken burrito and had a good street food experience there today. International boulvard is full of food trucks. You probably heard about places with the best tacos in Oakland, this is one of them. I was passing there and stopped by to get some food for lunch. Food was yummy and everything in it was fresh. Very fast and polite staff. If you're looking for some good mexican street food-this is a place you should give a try. Next time I'll try something else and share some pictures.+++only cash there+++

I ordered 3 super burritos and 4 tacos for $110. They only gave me 6 little sauces then wanted to argue with me on why I need to pay 50 cent per each more of the sauces. With all the homeless around it asking for a dollar every time someone orders. I'm done with this place. Not recommended at all.
