best mexican food in SJ and that says a lot obviously. highlights:- green jalapeno salsa (best sauce in the game)- pollo 10/10 - chiles and grilled onions is a nice compliment on the side service is exceptional and shaboy is killing it in the game. being from sj, its the spot i recommend to my friends, coworkers, etc. bravo!

The owners were super friendly and attentive . They made sure we were doing well. Also food was great.The birria was soft and had great flavor. Salsas were 10/10. I also got tacos de tripa and they were crispy and good. I would definitely come back!

I was craving tacos on a Saturday night since I haven't had it in quite a while, so I wanted to see what taco trucks were nearby the vicinity I was in. There were a few options that popped up, but I saw this one had quesa birria tacos, so that was the winner lol.The truck was located at a gas station on Story road, and since there were a few other trucks nearby, music was playing loud all around. So the vibes were still high at around midnight, which was pretty cool!I ordered the quesa birria tacos and it was worth waiting a few minutes for it because they were making it fresh off the grill. I took the first bite as is with lime squeezed on it, and the flavors were delicious! The right amount of saltiness and the consommé they used for the tacos added a nice, rich beefy taste! The meat was very tender and juicy, and the lime squeezed on top brightened the tacos up a bit and the onions and radish helped cut the fattiness. They also offered this green and red sauce, and I tried both. It definitely added more depth of taste. If you're looking for some tacos to eat late night, this truck is worth trying!

Best quesabirria in San Jose! Their quesabirria is perfectly constructed. Crisp tortillas hold succulent, tender birria with cheese, crisp sweet onions, and cilantro. Their consommé is so flavorful. If you're ordering their reg tacos, you'll get them on handmade soft and pliable tortillas which I love. My favorite protein is the suadero, which isn't always available at other places. It's beef cooked in its own fat, so of course it's good! They have a small trompo for al pastor, which is decent. I enjoyed the fresh diced pineapple on our al pastor tacos but definitely think quesabirria, consommé, and suadero are the stars of the show.

Loved the food!We ordered the below.- quesabirria taco: tasty, crunchy, so good. They have a super bit we didn't have the appetite for that.- carne asada taco: the meat was so tender and not chewy like other places- volcanes: this is like a cheesy tostada/taco. Also good but not my favorite The real winner was the green creamy salsa. It was delicious!! Staff were super nice and we got our food quickly.Definitely coming back.

Best Queso Birria tacos in East Side San Jose! I love their freshly made tortillas which makes it stand out from all the other tacos in the area. I can eat 8 of those tacos and not feel full.The meat is always always flavorful and tasty and you get an ample amount with each taco. Don't forget to ask for salsa after picking up your order!

Estos tacos están más que sabrosos bueno no solo los tacos yo he comido de todo y la comida está muy rica el servicio es bueno y siempre quedas sachisfecho , las quesabirrias están muy ricas y la birria vallan con hambre que no se van a arrepentir se los recomiendo

Came to try this place and unfortunately the meat was hard and tough- asada and al pastor had no flavor! . The one star is for the birria taco that was actually good. Also pricey considering it's a taco truck!! I won't go back again.

AMAZINGGG FOOD! Had their Birria and Cabeza tacos! They also brought chairs for my party after closing! Amazing people!
