Tacos Los 3 Paisas in Fremont is a true taco truck experience--no frills, just great food. There's basically no seating, aside from a small bench, so it's strictly a takeout spot.The cabeza and lengua tacos are the stars here--both are incredibly tender, flavorful, and well-seasoned. The meats are cooked to perfection, with a rich, melt-in-your-mouth texture that makes them stand out. If you're in the area and craving authentic tacos, this spot is definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend!

Only been here 2 times so far , and it's so delicious!!!!!! I was recommend by a couple of my friends. So I knew I had to try as well.5 star food !!!!Great customer service !!!!!100 percent recommend !!!!!

I pass this location so many times during the week. It doesn't matter the day or time, I always see people at this little taco truck. With that being said, today was the day I gave it a try because clearly they are doing something right.Got four tacos (2 pastor and 2 pollo) and a carne asada super burrito. Originally wanted to try the chorizo taco but they were sold out. This place did not disappoint. Love that it is walking distance too so if I need a quick little snack or don't feel like cooking dinner, it's close proximity. Food was delicious. Love the grilled onion they included on the side. Salsas were tasty. The green one seemed to be the most popular as we watched everyone that ordered before us out this on their food. However the green one has some kick to it.

Fire food. My sister recommended this spot and both times I went were bomb af, must try. I ordered 3 tacos first time and a burrito the second time. Friendly people and delicious food.

Pretty good. Had my favorite race the Al Pastor. Flavorful small taco but filled with meat and..some pineapple. This is right next to autopia where I get my car washed

Ordered the Quesadillas Al Pastor (super to include the limes, cucumber, and radish). Just the right amount of spicy and ample cilantro! Very tasty!!!Good portion size, too.

This place is good for what Fremont has to offer. But lately, the last 2x i been they have been quite inconsistent. I come here for mainly the tripas and suadero tacos. Its what i usually get at other spots if they are offering these two types of meat. The first 2x i been, it was really good! The tripas was medium crispy and the suadero was very solid, good flavor and seasoning. But the other 2x i been, its been totally different. The suadero was off, tasted very blend and then the tripas was just so crispy to the point where it could cut your mouth.I might give it another try, who knows. But not anytime soon, hopefully the next time i do try it, it will taste better just like the 1st two times i been.

Tried out this taco truck thats beside the Fremont Gas station for some of their tacos. The food quality was decent and had standard pricing. Something convenient to pick up if getting gas in the area!

Food was amazing, i will say thought, the packed on the cilantro and onions on my tacos. Which i don't mind often, but i feel i got more onion than cilantro. Overall food was good, and the salsa's were amazing!

Tacos Los 3 Paisa is a food trailer located in the corner of Fremont Gas & Food. 2 dining table behind food trailerofferings: tacos, burritos, quesadillas, aqua de sador, gorditas, tortas, tlacoyos, plate especials..eats: al pastor, suadero tacos @3.15-pastor was grilled, no flavor tasted, had pineapple accompaniment-suadero was moist, flavor too subtle to be tasted. both were small portions.-green and red salsa has a sharp kick, could be accumulative-garnished with sliced radish/cucumbers, lime squeeze. salsa self servicedrink: aqua de tamarindo (L. 4.00)-price/size not listed, no doubt got "large" by default, wasn't asked size.-probably house made, too sweet, no tart tamarind tasted3.5 stars. better than average quality, above 3, not quite 4 stars.frijoles:-sign states cash payment gets 4% discount, didn't get one. nada on receipt. -all "tortillas" (gordita, tlacoyos, tacos) made from corn masa.
