T4 a cup of tea

The bubble tea here is absolutely delightful! The flavors are rich, and the boba pearls have a perfect, chewy texture. The shop has a cozy atmosphere, making it a great spot to relax. Plus, the staff is always friendly and welcoming!

Boba near my in-laws! Yay!!!!! We went here during one of the 2024 heatwaves. I learned that their drinks are sweet, it is smart to lower your sweetness level to 50%. I should've done that, and didn't. Doh! Knowing it now, I can't wait for our next visit, so I can try something else on the menu. They have one bathroom, just in case you need it. They are located in a shopping plaza off Union Avenue.

I was heading home from a doctor' appointment & wanted to get some boba for the ride home. I decided to stop by T4 since it was on the way & I haven't ordered boba from here for a while. When I walked in, there was no greeting or anything from the cashier. I was the only customer in the store - service was quick but not very friendly. I ordered the Almond Milk Tea with boba (recommended by my sister) & it was good! It'll definitely be my go-to whenever I go to T4. Not sure if I'd come back to this location again - hopefully other locations have friendlier service.

This place has consistently delivered really amazing food and teas! I've gone to this lovely little tea shop for over 4 years now and my favorites from the menu are the curly fries, egg puff, and either the jasmine or rose milk tea (they're good hot or iced!) The mango Royal is good on a hot day with a green tea base that's not too overpowering! I come here specifically for the curly fries as no place has ever outdone them (to me at least) and I hope they stay around for a long time!The staff is super kind here and work pretty quickly, and I usually find myself sitting and vibing to the music playing when waiting 5-10 minutes for my snacks.

this unassuming hole in a wall is cranking out deliciousness as quickly as they can with tiny skeleton crew of young adults. I am slowly making my through their menu and I have yet to be disappointed. Every item has been a touch more impressive than the other .... from the mango tea to the salt and pepper fried tofu..... this place is a treasure.... I wish their customers were a bit more patient with them when they draw a crowd....

Visited this restaurant after swim workout ( yeah ) and ordered fried tofu and egg puff.Both fried tofu and egg puff was fresh made , the tofu was crispy but soft inside , and the egg puff was soooo yummy that the outside was crispy . I finished both in 5 mins , and all the swim workout were gone :(

The place is run down and in need of remodeling. Service was ok. I ordered a classic milk tea with boba. Milk tea had weak tea flavor. I tasted mostly non-dairy creamer and sweetener, and it was way too sweet. The boba were slightly on the small side and hard--not sure if they were undercooked or old or what. It was hard to drink. The one thing a boba tea shop should get right is the boba. Definitely not coming back.

Rude assistant manager. They were too busy to add 1 drink to my order and his solution was to slam my online order cups on the counter and say "fine, we'll refund these then" and walk away. Super rude and uncalled for. Poor girl working the register was appalled and so embarrassed.Follow up: to add insult to the situation the online order I picked up wasn't even correct!!!

From the outside, it's not clear right away this is an Asian milk tea shop. The sign outside offered Vietnamese coffee and that's why I went it. They were out of Vietnamese coffee.I had the mango Royal Tea and it was pretty good. I got the 30% sweetness and it was a little bit sweet but they didn't have a lower option other than 0%.Prices were a little high for a drink with no boba or fruit bits. But this is Los Gatos and there's not many options. Drink came out super fast. There's another tea place near Kirk and Branham that is a better value.

Thought it would be a good idea to get some bubble tea after grocery shopping next door. I ordered in-store using their kiosk and then waited over 30 mins.................................. for 3 drinks.......................... I was finally asked what number my order was and then apologized for the wait but at least offer a free size upgrade, extra toppings or something along those lines. Didn't even get offered that. I didn't expect to wait that long for 3 drinks...... I won't be going back due to that and also seeing several employees removing their masks, scratching/ touching their faces, and then going back to making drinks.
