Tasty! Swung by yesterday to try out these galette-style pies with no expectations to be very pleased with the outcome. Sweetdragon shares a parking lot with an old liquor store and there is a doorbell to ring for service at their window. Their offerings are listed on the wall and on their A-frame and I very much appreciate the equal amounts of sweet and savory pie selections. The Heating instructions written on a board next to service window was my first sign that their pies are given chilled and it was very straightforward. This trip I picked up the Spicy Mushroom (with Havarti), Potato Leek, Cheddar Bacon Onion, Brown Sugar Pineapple, and Cinnamon Apple. LET ME TELL YOU: I may have a preference, but they are all equally good. Flaky, buttery crust on each of them was great AND the filling ratio and the balance of flavors and textures were great. Highly recommend and will be coming back!

Nothing says holiday time like PIE! Sweetdragon has been on the list for a while and we finally got to swing by when they were open. Hours of ops are somewhat limited (similarly, so is the parking) - consult Yelp/Google for up-to-date hours before heading over. Quaint little spot with outdoor pickup window - hop up to the window, check out the menu for daily flavors, and let them know when you're ready to order. They don't rush you (just ring the doorbell by the window). They have a lot of flavors, narrowing the list down can be challenging especially when you want to try them all. We went with chicken pot pie, pumpkin, and a cherry pie. Handy reheat instructions right by the window. Quick and friendly staff. Pies were amazing - our only regret, we didn't get more! We'll be back!

Picked up a couple savory 5 inch hand pies on a Saturday afternoon. The order process was easy, simply rang the bell, then paid, and the lady bagged and handed me my premade cold treats, took just 2-3 minutes. The cheddar bacon onion and chicken pot pie were outstanding after I toasted these at home. Flaky, buttery crusts reminiscent of some of my favorite empanadas. The fillings were made up of quality ingredients and had a very satisfying flavor. The only thing that could make this place better is if they offered to heat these up on site, so I could eat these yummy mini pies while on the go.

I called in to see what their customer favorites were and you know it's good when they can't tell you which one!I placed an order over the phone with Margot and she was extremely nice. Pick up was also quick even when they had to warm up my pie, per my request.I literally just took a bite of the Steak & Stout I ordered and had to get on here right away to share how delicious it is. I also met Margot in person she gave me the same kindness as I was on the phone with her.No wonder they have been here for years! Would definitely come back again!

A friend recommended this place for pies since I've been craving pies lately! I came right away but close to their closing time and the chocolate pecan pie is sold out! It's not meant to be but I got their next best thing: coconut custard pie and black sesame brittle cookies. The pie is so tiny but good enough to not share with anyone else. So get your own! You have to ring their bell to get some service and they're very quick. The line wasn't long. There's no seating but nothing can stop you from chowing down your pies and cookies from your car. There's parking right in front of it fortunately. Place is clean otherwise.

This has been on my list for a while to try but I never got around to going here but one day, we were just craving a chicken pot pie and instead of getting 1 big pie, we ended up getting 4 of the galettes which was nice because we were able to get some savory and some sweet pies.We got the chicken pot pie, potato and leek, triple berry and cinnamon apple. We followed the oven instructions and the crust came out light and crispy, I think we might have added 5-10 mins longer so the filling was even hotter. There was a good amount of filling in each pie and they were all seasoned perfectly. I will say that I am usually not a fan of berry pies but this one was really good, the berries were super sweet, and it didn't taste like additional sugar was added. The chicken pot pie was nice and rich, perfect for a cold night.I would definitely come back here to try all their other pies!

This is a unique bakery with an Asian twist, they offer flavors you don't normally see around the area.Brittle cookies are so thin, light and crispy. Black sesame cookie - I LOVE black sesame, but I'll PASS on this Burnt Almond cookie - Get. This. One. Anyways, I definitely recommend y'all check them out while you're in the area

3.14159265358979....... Have to get some pie on pi day.My ambitious quest to score pie on this special day led me to Sweetdragon Baking Company. There was a bit of a line, which was to be expected. It took nearly 45 minutes to get to the window, but the folks waiting in line were fun, so we all made the best of it. I decided to get a few hand pies (chicken pot pie, steak and stout, and cherry) as well as their black sesame brittle. This was my first time trying chicken pot pie (don't judge), but the steak pie was much tastier, IMO. I loved the mixture of the tender meat, potatoes, gravy, and flaky pie crust. One of these pies was more than enough for a meal. The cherry pie contained both sweet and sour cherries, which made for one deliciously balanced pie. If you're into less-sugary European sweets, you will enjoy that one.To my surprise, my favorite item ended up being the brittle. It tasted like a mixture of coffee and sesame; again, it was not too sweet. It came in a resealable pouch, perfect for keeping it in the freezer. It was hard not to eat the entire bag, so you must show some restraint.

I'm grateful I have a sweet tooth that led me to Sweetdragon. In the mood for some pie, I visited one well-rated pie shop in the area, only to find, shall we say, uninterested service and somewhat stale-looking product. Sweetdragon, though, was warm and welcoming from the start and had interesting flavors that took their product up above the kind of pie you'd find anywhere as well as some other wonderful baked goods. The pluot galette was, hands down, my favorite, and that is saying something, as the other two products I bought were wonderful. All were baked with an attention to different complementary flavors and their textures. The cherry galette was not too sweet, and the crust was flaky without being crumbly. The pluot galette showed that not enough of us use that fruit in our baked goods. The chocolate chip cookie, made with rye flour, had a nice tang, high-quality chips, and a chewiness that reminded me almost of a good molasses cookie. The place is hidden a little bit, since it's tiny, but I love the charming walk-up window instead of fighting with people in a crowded space. Overall, a great place that knows its baked goods.
