Sweet passions has the best cakes! I got married in May of 2019 and they were able to make 4 cakes for me. I can't remember all the flavors but I know one of them was the banana cake. All had whipped frosting that is Oh SO YUMMY!!!! Thank you for making my wedding complete!

I had these two cakes prepared for our wedding September 2024. The three tier cake had banana, yellow cake with guava filling and the top white cake with strawberry cream cheese filling. I wish I could describe how much we loved loved love the flavors but that would only do an injustice! These ladies worked so so hard from the cake tasting appointment to the decorations and final product I was so happy with reasonable prices and excellent service. The second cake was banana and I provided the dried floral arrangements, edible gold foil and olive leaves. I originally tried this cake for the first time at my grandmothers 90'th bday and fell in love. The cake was so fresh moist flavorful and never a dull moment! Please absolutely try this bakery you won't be disappointed! I sure wasn't

I love how you can place an order online!After I placed my order online, I received a phone call the next day to confirm the order. Since I wasn't available, Blanca left a voicemail and asked for me to return her call. When I called back, she was very friendly and wanted to know how I wanted the cake decorated. I requested a white naked cake and she they did a great job!When I picked up the cake, I asked if they were able to put flowers on it. I was told that it's possible, but flowers would need to be dropped off a day in advance. I think they would have put flowers on for me the day of, but I didn't have the flowers with me and I was on a time crunch. Good to know for the future though. The banana cake was very moist and flavorful. Would love to come back to try their other cake flavors. This bakery is conveniently located near a freeway entrance and exit. Cake was a chocolate cake with amaretto fudge. SO good!! Everyone loved the cake and it fed 200 people. They did a great job.

Hi everyone! I have ordered from this bakery so many times over the years. I'm sad to say there are new owners and the cakes aren't the same quality as they used to be. The writing is different and really horrible now and the decorating isn't good. The cake also doesn't taste the same. I tried to talk to the owner about the cake and the writing and design but she doesn't speak english and couldn't help me and refused to fix it. I have never had a bad experience with the old owners and I'm so upset abs disappointed that not only is the cake not cute but that the service was so awful. My husband spoke Spanish with her but she said there was nothing she could do. I won't ever be coming back here and I would be careful if I was you and wanted my cake to look a specific way. I ordered a custom cake here for a baby sprinkle. The theme was little dumpling and this place did not disappoint. Their banana cake is one of the most popular cake and it was delicious. Not too sweet with fresh bananas inside. Everyone at our party loved the cake! The lady at the counter said that the marble cake with Kahlua cream is also a popular cake so I'll be ordering that for a bridal shower soon.

The cake was super delicious!!!! You must come here. This bakery is where my family always gets their cakes. This is a video of my cousin's cake. The big cake is the chocolate strawberry and the small cake banana white cake. We loved it and we had some of their yummy cupcakes. The cupcakes are red velvet. It was the star of the sweets!!! This is my number one bakery to get my cakes and cupcakes.

We bought our wedding cake at Sweet Passions Bakery almost 30 years ago. Some years since we would order a 9" round one on a wedding anniversary,Although the owners have changed twice, the banana cake still tastes good thanks to Judy, Manuel, Sofia and Coni.

This used to be my go-to place for cakes, but unfortunately, it won't be anymore after the new ownership and experience. I'm not one to give negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience.I ordered a 7-inch layered round almond cake with amaretto fudge frosting for my birthday. The owner, Yudy, called to confirm the order, and everything seemed fine. A week later, I went in to pick it up, but the cake appeared to have been freshly baked that day. The frosting was still bubbly, and the cake jiggled as I placed it in my car.To my dismay, the cake didn't make it in one piece. It literally separated within 10 minutes of picking it up. I took pictures as proof and time stamp. You might wonder why I didn't return the cake immediately. Well, I was in a tight spot. I live 45 minutes away, and I didn't have the time to return. When I finally cut into the cake, I was disappointed to find that it lacked straws to support its dense texture. The fudge, which I was looking forward to, was also missing. The decoration was nice, but it couldn't salvage the overall disappointment.The next day, I called Yudy to explain the situation because they were closed by the time I got home. The only offer they could provide was a 30% discount on a future order or a voucher for 12 cupcakes. Their reasoning was that the cake wasn't on a flat surface . If the cake was wrong and it separated, wouldn't a full refund be appropriate? I even mentioned that I could return the cake and pictures as proof, they didn't even hesitate and did not want to see it.If you're looking for a disappointing experience, then definitely give them a try. But I won't be returning.

My son recently celebrated his birthday. I asked the owner what should I get, She recommended Chocolate cake with cookies and cream filling for a kids party. I was nervous at first since I usually order marble cake with Kahlua cream filling in the past. So I ordered a 3 layered Chocolate cake with cookies n cream I showed a picture of the Minecraft design and got the decor toppings at Amazon. She got the color right. During the birthday party the guests loved the cake saying it was really good and several asked where I got it . It was moist and not too sweet, even the icing is yummy, some guest even asked for "to go". Had 60+ guests. The only tricky part is when I picked up the cake, they didn't provide cover for the top. Definitely will order again
