Swathi Tiffins

This is my all time favorite restaurant to have dosa. They use very little oil and the sambar and chutneys are really amazing. If you are willing to have some extra chutneys they will give you just you need to tell them while ordering your food. The serving is also pretty much ok. I usually come here for takeout but today we had breakfast here. It's a pretty small restaurant with 8 to 9 tables, they have clean restrooms both for men and women. Indian supermarkets (grocery store) is just next to this restaurant.

Food is just awesome here. We visited this place twice in past months and absolutely loved the food. So far we have tried Deluxe combo, rava dosa, and Paneer biryani. Deluxe combo comes with a choice of dosa, idli or vada, pongal or upma, coffee or tea. We got masala dosa, upma and tea for our combo. Masala dosa is always nicely made, upma is usually delicious and is perfect to end the meal. Rava dosa here is also very crispy and tasty. Vijaywada paneer biryani is absolutely delicious, biryani is poured in the bowl in such a way that gravy with paneer is at the bottom and rice is at the top so make sure to get all the layers while eating. Biryani comes with salan and raita. Service here is good. You order at the window and pick up your food when your number is called. Ambiance is ok and they try to keep the place clean and play some songs in the background.

Ordered punugulu its average and also the ghee idli not so great but its ok to try. Chutney was bland.

Happy to report that they now serve in steel plates instead of plastic. They still have plastic spoons and forks which they should work on upgrading. Ambiance hasn't changed, it desperately needs a deep cleaning and several small repairs. Though the food is good, it will be difficult to attract more patrons given the substandard surroundings.

If you choose DoorDash or Uber Eats, the delivery ETA is often between 1 hour and 1 hour 15 minutes which is set by the restaurant, which feels excessive. The business model is confusing it seems like customers ordering from third-party restaurant partners aren't a priority. Additionally, their website is difficult to navigate, and they don't offer a dedicated delivery service, leaving you to rely solely on third-party providers like DoorDash or Uber Eats. Overall, it's a frustrating experience, and people ordering delivery shld be little cautious about the wait times.

I ordered onion masala dosa during a quiet evening as it was empty, after waiting and asking multiple times about my order, they gave me a tasteless dosa after 42 minutes. I have been a customer of this place for so many years, the quality of food is down and wait time is crazy even though the place was empty. Today is my last time there. Will never return.

Food was tasty, but my spouse ate here 2 days ago and got stomach upset right away few hours later!

Its not worth going there.and the staff is very rude(revanth ) he is very rude with customers.no cleanliness.unhygienic .onion rava dosa is disgusting it didnt cook at all.please avoid this place

Swathi tiffins is a very disappointing experience.. especially front desk guy Revanth is very irresponsible and rude. When I told him the food ordered is not good he didn't even care as if he is donating it for free.. will highly not recommend this place.
