Super taco is a delightful neighborhood burrito experience in fremont. My go to is the grilled chicken burrito with a plethora of green sauce.

I don't know. This used to be my go-to place (4 stars) and maybe even 5 stars... last night some friends came over with take out from there. Tacos, burritos, tortas, It was different... bland. The bread on the torta was different--now just a stale American roll. I guess I have to physically go back to try, but this meal was disappointing. The others liked-- but didn't rave, about their burritos. From last night's experience, I would judge the food truck down the street as better.

I don't live in Fremont but every time I come here I stop by super taco to get a burrito and it's my favorite in the area!! There's plenty of room inside if you want to dine in and the service is really good. Only con is parking is a bit tight.I usually order the grilled chicken super burrito. The burritos here are nothing like I've had before. The tortillas are super soft and just melts in your mouth. And I love that they don't put rice in the burrito! It comes with meat, beans, avocado, cheese and salsa . Their green salsa is also delicious. I'll continue to stop by every time I visit :)

Super Taco! It's been around here forever. The last time I've been here was so long ago, the next door apartment complex didn't exist yet and as a result, there was far far far more available parking. There's still available parking usually, but it's a bit more cramped. Also, it was much cheaper, but that was before the inflation wave that impacted almost every restaurant.Essentially, three things stand out about Super Taco. First, the green salsa is very good. It's distinctively spicy, but not so spicy as to overpower the flavor. I actually have no idea how they make it and I've even tried to re-create the flavor, but I generally fail. I honestly can't find anything else like it. The only annoying thing is that they now charge extra for additional salsa (50 cents). The second thing is that it's pretty cheap, at least for the burritos. Everything all added together (tax, etc.) ended up around $10, which sounds pretty bad until you realize that this is the Bay Area and normally burritos and what not go for significantly more, especially at sit-down restaurants. Cash only though!Third, the burritos taste weirdly healthy. And they surprisingly honestly might be. I don't really know how else to describe it, but it's probably the least oily "cheap" burrito I've ever had. The ingredients are really just meat, avocado, beans, rice, onion, cilantro, lettuce, etc. It sounds minimalist in a sense like Chipotle burritos - but I don't actually like Chipotle burritos at all. I'm not exactly sure why I have such differing approaches to the two burritos, but I think it's that the meat is generally warmer and the burrito focuses more on tasting the meat, beans, etc. (as opposed to cheese and sour cream being dominant flavors). The satiation to calorie ratio is actually pretty good on these, you could actually have these as a diet food.Definitely worth a try! You may or may not like their take on the burrito, but if you do, you'll probably end up as hooked as I am!

Wife ordered a chicken burrito for me and brought it home. I had a chicken burrito from this place years before when it was called Super Burrito, so I was expecting the same great burrito. But the burrito I got this time was nothing like it. First of all, it was very squishy, which felt strange when I held it. I took at bite, and instead of tasting any chicken pieces, it tasted like barf and looked like the meat, if it was meat, had gone through a blender. I spit the bite out and opened up the burrito. Nothing resembling chicken, just barf looking. Realized even though the location is the same, the name change should have been a clue that this place is now run by different people. Threw the burrito away in the trash and vowed to never return to this establishment.

Super Taco was always a reliable place for a good, inexpensive meal. Moved out of the area and had not been for a few years. Very disappointed that they (like most) have more than doubled their prices and decreased their quality. I don't know what they are now using for crema, but it shouldn't be yellow. The jalapeños are tasteless and the nachos are bland. The only thing that remains good are the whole beans.
