If you're like me and love soup and thick noodles, this is the place for you!Located in the same plaza as Grocery Outlet, Paris Baguette, Tong Sui, and K Cafe, the parking lot is quite spacious and parking isn't as daunting. The restaurant's interior is humble and has plenty of seating. Their matching dinnerware is so cute and aesthetic even if they're plastic. To order, you scan the QR code to see the menu. There are lots of options for appetizers, main dishes, drinks, and even combos.I always get the combo that includes an appetizer, noodles, and a drink. My go-to is the potato twist, tomato potato soup, and the hawthorn drink. Because of the nature of potato starch, it makes the noodles super chewy and creates a nice texture. If you've ever tried a tornado potato stick in Japan, Super Potato's potato twist is a similar idea. However, instead of thinly slice potatoes seasoned with salt or dry seasonings, the potato twist is sliced much thicker and topped with ketchup and sweet mustard. It may sound like an odd combo, but somehow the sauce really complements each other. The texture is also chewy on the inside and crisp on the outside. Overall, the food quality is superb and it hasn't disappointed me yet.

If you want to try a different type of noodle, potato noodle is an interesting and tasty experiment. My guests really enjoyed their noodle dishes. I enjoyed my rice plate. This restaurant is clean and organized. Staff are friendly. Portions are generous and prices are decent. Let's put it this way, my entree (Beef Brisket and Potato Rice) was large enough for both lunch and dinner and costing under $20, that's a steal! This restaurant is located in a plaza shared with other businesses so a large parking lot is available.

This place has everything I love--different forms of potatoes!I love their variety of appetizers; you can never pick just one. I got the potato twist, which was crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, as well as their cubed spicy potato (I forgot the exact name). I really liked this appetizer because it reminded me of the Bonchon glaze.I ordered the original spicy potato noodles to try the standard version, and I loved that it wasn't too spicy and the portion was perfect. The toppings were delicious, the broth was flavorful, and the noodles were bouncy and chewy! My boyfriend got the beef potato noodles, which I assume are the same as the original but with beef added.I can't comment on the service since you order through your phone, and they just bring your food but the owner greeted us on the way out, which was nice :) she seemed friendly!

Okay place for noodle soup, especially if you want to try potato noodles. Personally, not a stand out place for me but not a bad spot either. The potato noodle soup broth wasn't anything special, but the noodles were good and it was very filling. The pig ears had a different but still good flavor, more on the garlic and sesame oil side. The potato twist was my least favorite side, but their super potato was quite good. I actually really liked their kumquat and passion fruit tea, 50% was definitely sweet enough and I liked the slices of fruit in the drink.

Really love the food here! Everything is so tasty and I love the soup broth for the classic potato noodles (except I don't like potato noodles as they're too chewy for me, so I just get the regular noodles). The pork ear and cucumber has to be one of my favorite appetizers, I didn't think this combo would be so delicious! The employees here are very quick to help you get what you need, so I really appreciate that! It's much more spacious inside than I expected, but during peak hours you can expect to wait a bit before being seated.

Super Potato SO GOOD! I noticed this place the last time I was in the plaza picking up bb.q chicken next door. So for my solo lunch date I decided to give this place a try and it did not disappoint. I ordered the combo A - classic noodle soup, super potato and passion fruit tea. I was expecting the noodles to be a little bit more chewy but I still really enjoyed the texture. Their broth is very tasty, very well balance and had a slight nutty after taste. I couldn't stop eating it. I was surprised that I finished the whole bowl. I am a sucker for hot soup and loved that even after I finished my noodle the broth was still warm. And they don't skimp on the topping either. The crispy potatoes were delicious too! I really like the sauce they toss them in. The fruit tea was refreshing! I can't wait to come back to try the other flavor soups. Service was fantastic. Fast, friendly and they even stopped by to give me extra napkins without me asking. I also appreciate that they have a section for solo dinners so I can enjoy my lunch with the wall in front of me and watch my kdrama. Super Potato is definitely worth checking out!

Ordered: Beef noodle soupOne of my favorite places to go to. I ordered the beef noodle soup and the noodles are amazing. Bouncy and chewy, a different texture than most noodles which makes the experience even more unique! I LOVE the flavor of the soup as well. When the noodles soak up the soup, it makes the dish even better. There's plenty of toppings inside the dish and for sure you will not be leaving this place hungry. Unlimited noodles + flavorful soup. I would highly recommend this place!

The food was amazing! Not overly salty yet flavorful, and the restaurant also has soy sauce, chili oil, and vinegar on the side if you want to add that to anything you're eating. My favorite was probably the super potatoes - great crispy texture and packed with spices and flavors. The beef potato noodle soup was served in a small bowl but was surprisingly filling. The gluten protein was chewy and comforting. The three meat rice plate had a variety of meats and came with bean curd and cold tasty potato straws. No complaints about the hamburger bun either, all the dishes we ordered were hits! The service was good. You order thru a QR code, and the servers are attentive to bring you more napkins if needed. The ambiance seemed like fast casual; there were many booths and very bright lighting and Chinese music playing in the background. It was a good time.

Friend heard about this place on Instagram, and we decided to give it a go since it wasn't too far from where we were meeting.Went around 5pm on a Saturday. There were a couple of tables occupied and plenty of unoccupied ones.Upon entering, we were told to sit wherever.Menus are QR codes on the table.Menu had a few items on sale -- opted for the classic one as-is. They have the option to add additional noodles at no additional charge, but I decided against it since I wasn't sure about portion sizes.Food arrives quite quickly upon ordering. If you have multiple people ordering, they can be added individually, but they'll all be added to the same bill in the end.Bowl didn't seem that large upon arrival, but as I started eating, I realized the portion was actually quite large and filling. While I finished it all, I probably could've stopped halfway and packed the rest home.Soup is not too spicy (though my nose was dripping a bit), and everything was flavorful.Potato noodles were interesting -- feel like they were similar to udon in that they're thicker noodles, but they're a bit springier.Liked the quail eggs -- feel like I'm usually hesitant about them since they can get rubbery, but these ones were great. Not sure I'd go out of my way to go here, but I'm not mad about it.Decent spot for soup noodles on a cold day for less $20.

Was looking for food in the area and saw this place thinking of other types of potato but they specialize in potato noodles!Very spacious area with lots of seating. Service was ok we picked our own seats and order via QR code.Ordered the classic potato noodle. The bowl looked small but was very filling. There were lots of meats in the bowl. It had mainly slices of beef and roast pork. It had vegetables and quail eggs as well. The soup has a nice szechuan kick. The roast pork tasted very mushy like it has been in the soup too long. The potato noodle were good. A bit more chewier than regular noodles but I liked the texture.
