Stumbled upon this little mom and pop shop and it was a great experience! The menu is simple which is great because it isn't complicated. There are 5 banh mi to choose from and I ordered the BBQ pork sandwich. It was different from the other banh mi I had elsewhere. The sauce for the bbq was so tasty and flavorful! Every bite was juicy. The bread was good too. I don't think they toast their bread but I had no problems with that. I'm also happy they took out the jalapeno seeds so it wasn't as spicy. I see the raving reviews about their boba and missed out! Wish definitely try this next time. Service was fast! The lady was very nice and kind. I wouldn't knock off starts because this isn't in their control, but it was difficult finding parking. I did end up finding street parking! I hear there is parking in the back but it is small.

I enjoy your "pun" name, cool.Quality/Quantity - Roast Beef Sandwich - As expected, not much meat for the price which makes sense. Good flavors for me, but probably too much onions for most. I am a big eater of onions & garlic. Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich - Same as above, not enough meat for us. Should have paid for extra meat. Late lunch today and we were hungry.Tea and coffee are also available, see pictures.I believe they are more known for their tea rather than their coffee or sandwiches.If my daughter was here, I would have gotten her tea.Atmosphere - Very small local business, please support locals.Very limited street parking.Be careful to NOT park next door as it belongs to other businesses and I wouldn't want you to get towed. I am told that the neighbor closes at 3pm, but again, park at your own risk.Cool art for sale; I assume local art...?Service - Good.Price - $13; inexpensive, but the quantity of meat reflects it.Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 2017...?

Service A+, Food A+, Value A+ ... I'll be back FOR SURE! Had the spicy bbq sandwich and oolong tea, both for less than $10 and I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Perfect lunch spot!

conflicted because I liked that the sandwich price was good -- it's hard to find banhmi under $9 -- but there wasn't much bbq pork in my sandwich :( the first few bites were all breadThe sandwich was decent overall especially if you like chewy bread.I had a hard time finding parking and this shop in general. It's in between lots of different shops. I haven't tried their drinks; if I come back I'll give it a try

Good economy bite. The sandwiches were served warm which was a plus and veggies were fresh. I'd prefer if the meat didn't have sauce. Quick and affordable. The staff was really nice too.

This mom and pop shop is located in Sunnyvale! They serve milk tea, tea, so many topping options, and BANH MIS! I got the honey dew milk tea, original milk tea both with bobas and their boba was warm, chewy and delicious I also got an order of their BBQ pork banh mi and their sauce for the bbq was very good also... I'm glad they took out the jalapeño seeds A very smol Asian business, very homey and they were so nice! Definitely a place to try something new and to support a #smallasianbusiness !

Mom-and-Pop Business that is a hidden GEM of all the boba shops in the area and has been around for years. This is our absolute favorite boba place to go to. The owner Lu and Jay are the sweetest couple. They brew each cup of tea to order and make small batches of the yummiest, sweet boba! They only make one batch of boba per day, so make sure you come early so they don't run out of boba for the day!Their boba drinks are super affordable and include a free topping! Get the boba if they have it! Our other go-to is mango or strawberry jelly.Some of our favorite drinks-- Osmanthus Milk TeaElite Taiwan Oolong Milk TeaMango Milk TeaTaro Milk TeaPassionfruit TeaYou can adjust the sweetness-- we usually go with 50% for the perfect sweetness as the boba is slightly sweet. Ice-- they never put too much ice so you get a lot of tea, but Ice level is adjustable too. They also serve sandwiches-- the veggie one is so yummy! There is advocado, bean-curd, and more and it is toasted for slight crunch. It feels homemade and is great for the price.Tips: - Ask for a stamp card! For every 9 drinks purchased, you get one for free- They support local artists and allow a local group to hang their work in the store- Parking can sometimes be tricky. There is a small parking lot in the back, or if you patron the businesses next door you may park there for a quick stop.This small shop also can cater upon request!They catered 150 drinks for our wedding, our friends wedding, and a birthday party. Ordering was easy and they pre-made all of the drinks for each event as ordered. Our friend ordered stickers from etsy and stuck those to her drinks for her wedding and they came out super cute!.Best boba.Cutest Mom-and-Pop shop.What more could you ask for?Definitely give this place a try!

The woman working was very nice when me and two friends came for a catch up! The shop is very cute, a couple of Pokemon artworks on the walls, and the food and drinks were just as good! The sandwiches are perfect sized to share with a friend too.

Wanted to like this place, but maybe the staff woman turned me off because I called her sandwich a Bahn Mi, like another reviewer. Even though we were starving, the sandwich was just ok. It did fill me up though.

While it is literally a mom and pop run place, the milk tea was basically flavored syrups and the sandwiches were far worse than Cam Hung. I won't be returning and don't understand how this place has such good reviews
