A new hidden gem!! Delicious food especially their Turkish delights! When we arrived there were people waiting for their food and I would say it was about 10-15 min but definitely worth it! We have a little one who was getting a bit antsy and one of the servers brought her French fries first! It was so thoughtful and excellent way to keep her occupied while we wait. Everything was delicious especially the falafel balls and the combo plate. The lamb and chicken were cooked to perfection. And don't get me started on the selection of sweets! We got a baklava and some Turkish delights. I will say we are definitely coming back.

100% halal menu, which is great for those with dietary restrictions. Service was a 5/5. My review is specific to the food, which was disappointing. We ordered a lot of meat skewers and rice. Every single piece of meat was cooked so quick and at high temperatures that there was absolutely no moisture or tenderness to the meat and it was very difficult to chew. The meat also didn't have much flavor at all. This is the issue with finding good kebabs at restaurants in that if you don't cook it at the right temperature for the proper amount of time, it completely ruins it. The owner was extremely nice and that is really the only reason I would go back but I felt really let down with how the food presented. The main highlight was the lentil soup.

Tried this place for the 1st time. I love Mediterranean dishes.-Kofte Plate - the ground lamb tasted really flavorful & fresh. It had enough seasonings but not overpowering. I've had plenty of this in the past from different restaurants & by far, I love theirs.-Lamb Shanks - falling of the bones, well seasoned and still tasted like lamb. Some places season it too much that it doesn't taste like lamb anymore. This is perfect.- Lamb Shawarma Plate - I like my steak medium, my brother, medium well. Keeping that in mind, for me, it was a tad dry. My brother, on the other hand, said it was perfect. Also, it was towards the end of the day. Maybe explained why it was a bit dry for me. All of the plates came w/ 2 different salads & plain kabli rice ( which was really great as well). My only complain is that the hummus wasn't part of a meal. They sell it separately. It's usually part of a meal in other places. The young man gave me 3 - 2 oz containers free of charge . Wowww! It tasted really fresh. He said it was just made. The 2 desserts I chose was exceptional Service was beyond great. I will definitely be coming back instead of going to Oakland or Berkeley .

Sultan's Grill is a simple, casual, neighborhood Turkish restaurant located in Bayfair Mall. The Appetizer Combo Plate was a delicious assortment of mezzes and salads including hummus, babaghanoush, falafels, dolmas, tabbouleh, lettuce, red cabbage, carrots, and red onions, dressed with balsamic vinegar. My favorite components were the chunky babaghanoush and the flavorful dolmas, but everything went nicely with the warm pita bread on the side. While the quality of the food here was just average and the wait times rather long, the service was incredibly friendly, and the prices were reasonable too!

It's alright. Honestly it's pretty expensive for what you get. $19 for a plate with 2 chicken skewers. Some rice, hummus and "salad". I ordered the #6. The guy working was friendly but was working alone and he said my order would be 15 mins, it took almost 25mins, and that was even after a 2nd guy came to help him, there was only one person ahead of me. Also the whole time i was waiting for my food i kept hearing the sound of a microwave going on and off.. so they use a microwave to heat stuff up???

I'm surprised to be giving 3 stars with many other 4+ ratings. Maybe my expectations were too high coming here based on other reviews. The food was average. Nothing bad, but nothing outstanding either. The best things on the plate were the salads. The falafel was OK. The rice not very flavorful and nothing to mix it with. Also not impressed that they were out of pita. I mean really? A core dish of the cuisine and you're out? Make more. Go buy more already made. Or at least offer a discount or a free drink or something. The hummus was also non-existant on my plate. Since I didn't have pita to go with it, I didn't ask for it.Service was slow. Our order was taken quickly, but then it took a long time to get our food despite three people working in the kitchen. It was 7:30pm on a Saturday night and it's not like there was a ton of food going out for doorsah of anything like that. There were three other parties waiting for food in the dining room. When food did come out it was sporadic. I was half done with mine before my son's plate came out.

Food is delicious but item noted on their menu not delivered.Ordered 2 of the #10 Sultan Family Combo which is listed to have the following items: * Lamb and chicken shwarma *** MISSING*** * 3 skewers of chicken shish kebab * 3 skewers of lamb * 3 skewers of adana kebab (ground beef)along with hummus, salad, rice and pitasWe received most items MINUS the lamb and chicken shwarma...we called up and an employee said "oh the online menu is incorrect not sure why its on there"....well, looking at your menu at the location it notes lamb and chicken shwarma for $75. So either you were misinformed and forgot the item (it happens) or just blatantly lied. If it's truly a mistake (online menu) then your in-store MENU needs to be corrected as someone "not so nice" will call you on it. Again. food delicious but CHECK YOUR FOOD before leaving as per the menu and pricing has 4 meat items! It was flavorful, delicious and no complaint on items but leaves a bad taste when you don't receive what's noted. 4 stars for food minus 2 stars for inconsistent explanation/missing item...

Service- 4 stars- we got greeted and staff were able to recommend some suggestions on menu selections. It was lunchtime, there was 1 person working in the back, it took almost 25 minutes for 2 items.Grilled meat was hard (I didn't want to share photo) and can use a bit more seasoning.Hummus (oily as pic) - not my ideal way of having it.We really want to support local businesses, especially with the premium rents the location by Target. We've had much better Mediterranean food ( KabobShop, Tio, et
