Terrible service waited over twenty minutes and had to ask about my order. It turned out she placed the order incorrectly and accused me of not ordering matcha but instead a latte and then before they would redo the order she had to make sure the price was the same. Which clearly it was on the menu board. She refused to turn around and look at the price but insisted on checking on the computer.Matcha was okay overly sweetened and wasn't given an option for how sweet. Regardless the service was terrible, coffee was mid, and there a weird conference room...

I like their drink and food options here a lot.I enjoy their mango tea with extra mango syrup it's so refreshing...sometimes I will get their smoothies/blended drinks on hotter days, but my go-to is definitely the tea. They have good sandwhich options, and by that, I mean it's customizable to how you want it but it's been a hot minute since I've gotten a sandwhich from them because it takes a long wait until the sandwhich is done so... if you're looking to stop by really quick for a bite, wouldn't come here, or else you'll be waiting a while. They have croissants and cookies and other pastries as well... the cookies are mediocre but good for kids as they have fun icing designs on them. The staff here could be friendlier... I come here often, and i live a few amounts of tip. Every visit, I wish they would cough up a thank you atleast, after getting frustrated over it, I stopped giving up a few dollars or coins.

Stopped by Suju's Coffee while visiting for the weekend, and I can see why it's so highly rated. We tried the Peruvian coffee, Caramel macchiato, and Matcha with oat milk--all super tasty and perfect for the gloomy weather. I also loved that they sell bags of their coffee beans and have cool mugs and tumblers. Prices were really reasonable too!The only thing I'd suggest is taking names for orders since it gets pretty loud inside, and it was hard to hear when drinks were ready. But overall, such a great spot--I'd definitely come back!

The beverage selection was good and the service was reasonably fast. There is plenty of seating at tables. The person preparing the coffee did not leave room at the cup for milk as requested.

Like many others here, Suju's was a go to for my friends and I when we wanted to venture off campus to get some work done together. There's LOTS of tables, and different sizes too so you can work alone or with a group. The WiFi has been solid when I've been, but it does get spotty if you're trying to do things that require better speeds (like taking a zoom call). But if you just need emails and internet, you're set.Coffee is good but if you're a coffee snob or particular about your espresso drinks, this is not the place to expect anything fancy. Their menu is huge and they've got lots of syrups so you can do a lot of customizing. When I've ordered flavored lattes, they do get sweet so I recommend mentioning if you'd like it to be less sweet.During my last trip, I got an Italian soda and it was delicious. I don't know why I haven't been getting those all this time! It's a great non-caffeinated option if you have already had enough caffeine for the day.The best thing about Suju's is their prices. So budget friendly, especially in comparison to other coffee/tea places in the area. Think $3-5 ea unless you get real fancy or go for larger sizes. The pastries too! I recently got the almond croissant and honestly... 10/10 especially if you warm it up. Plus they've got so many options from savory bagels, sandwiches, and salads to sweets like brownies, cookies, and cheesecakes. From college study spot to adult life business meeting spot (lol), Suju's is the place to be.

They have the best hot chocolate ever. Bright seating area. Both indoors and outdoors. They also have a separate conference room for quiet work.Family owned coffee shop with an inspiring history. The owners work there everyday I go. One of the places that weathered the pandemic nicely. Over time the staff gets to know you and your orders. That's a nice touch. They have coffee beans from all around the world that they'll roast and grind fresh for you. They have a variety of pastries, sandwiches, and specialty drinks. While you wait for your to-go orders, you can browse their wide range of coffee mugs, and tea-sets; both classy and quirky. Makes for good gifts. I love this place. I'm surprised by the low Yelp ratings.

I came with a group of people and some of us happened to have accidentally brought outside drinks. I understand this is an issue at most restaurants so after being asked to drink outside I drank the rest of my drink and threw it away. When I tried to come back in I was rudely told by a man who I'm not sure whether they are an employee or the owner or if they even work thete as they didn't tell me who they were but he had yelled that were not allowed in his store and that he has told me multiple times (this was my third time ever going there and first time bringing in any outside food or drink as well as ever talking to or seeing that man). I tried to plead my case but he started yelling again and seemed aggressive so I chose to sit outside on a desk OWNED BY THE PLAZA AND NOT SUJU'S, I did some work for about 5 minutes before the same man came back outside and told me that I disrespected his restaurant and he began to curse at us and tell us he is going to call the police. I understood that I wasn't on his property (he again aggressively asserted that I was) so I chose to stay where I was. After about another 5 minutes he started to look at me through the window but I did not say anything and continued to do my work. Then another 3 minutes later he stormed out and screamed at me and got into my face (I am 16 and this man had to be somewhere between 40-50) and said he had already called the cops and that I had to get off his property and when I asked him what i did wrong he said that I had disrespected his restaurant by bringing in outside food and I had explained to him that I threw away a drink that I had payed almost $7 for just so I could come inside and after he refused I sat on a nearby table and basically the entire situation I just explained but he continued to scream and curse in my face and not explain why I did wrong so I decided to just leave. I have heard from other people that this man may be an owner or a co-owner or the owner's brother but regardless his embarrassing behavior still reflects the cafe and I will never spend a penny here again. Another person that i was with was kicked out for the same reason and he had even shown the worker thst he had spent over $1,000 in the last year at that Suju's location and had not given the business any problems but the man refused to listen. On top of this, some other people had brought in outside food and were allowed to return inside with no issue after they threw it away, I'm not sure if it is a race thing as I am black and the others were Indian as well as the said man but who knows. To anyone who reads this, I implore you to not return to Suju's. Edit: After further research I believe the man I spoke to was one of the owners. Here he is pictured on the left.TLDR: I got kicked out of sujus for bringing in outside drink and the owner got in my face and yelled and cursed at me and called the police.
