Subway

Horrible customer service. Very rude. Made my sandwich wrong then just scraped it off onto new bread. Two Hispanic men were working that just talked Shit about me as if I couldn't understand them.

I love this Subway I only come here because of Julie... he makes my sandwiches to perfection... she very nice and professional...she makes my day with a warm smile... my compliment is it is entirely too hot in there... I come in with no sleeves and leave drenched in sweat. I asked the manager why is it so hot he stands by the portable fan and says it's not hot yes sir it is. They have their workers working in an oven and the customers feel like we're in the oven as well again the only reason I go there is because of Julie, she's an excellent employee

I place a simple order and they could even do that right what is this?.. reading is fundamental yall and I feel sorry if you can't make a basic ass sandwich.

Thought maybe my dad would go to the subway at least by the lake. But nope went str8 to this bs ahh subway. Complete dog food. Steak gummy and tastes like sugar

Just left without a sandwich because the wait was ridiculous and it was only a small family in front of me. One worker was making sandwiches, while another just looked dumbfounded and cut tomatoes. Like where is the team work, drop those tomatoes and help her with this line. Myself and another young lady both walked out the line and left.

I am starving so why not get a sandwich. But I went to the gas station right before and this place won't let me wash my hands. Bathroom for employees only. I think this is against California law. To have a place that serves food but doesn't offer a bathroom to its clients. Really disappointed.

Never ever ever order from here unless you're in person. I'm writing this over the sounds of my stomach growling because they say they've accepted an order via Door Dash, but they always cancel after making you wait and wait and wait. Not like you're taking in the business, folks. You'd think you could stand the money. My empty stomach says go fuck yourself.

Disappointed. Subway coupons come in the mail I go to subway near High St. to redeem and I am told they can't honor it...what??Said they have received so many that they can't honor them at that price any longer is there a law against false advertisement? #Disappointed

Just left about 20 minutes ago. Wanted a spicy italian. Shortly after ordering my sandwich, I spotted ants and gnats crawling around the outer display. I killed one of the ants, alerted the agent and showed her the dead insect on my finger tip. She stated that the insects were present due to a dumpster infestation outside and was very apologetic. I was disgusted and left. I asked for owner info which she failed to provide. I will NEVER come here again!
