We've been coming here any time we get a chance to when we pass thru Alameda. For a restaurant that specializes in rotisserie meats, their vegetarian options are fantastic. The rainbow rice is a well balanced, tart, and refreshing dish that I would heartily recommend for anyone who is vegetarian/vegan.If you want to try their meat dishes I would recommend with going with the triple to get a taste of everything. Or if you come in on a Sunday, their prime rib is amazing as well.Outdoor seating is available in the front of the restaurant, the inside seating is cozy as well. The service is quick and they usually have some limited time specials on the menu that are always worth trying. If you get the chance to, their holiday set meals to take home/reheat at home are also great. This past Thanksgiving we had their set meal with a rotisserie ham which everyone praised.

I ate here during a early dinner reservation on Valentine's Day. I'm vegan and was underwhelmed by the limited options, even most of the salads and appetizers have meat and/or dairy. I got their veggie burger, I love a house made veggie patty, and this was ok. The texture and consistency was great plus it was cooked well, but very under seasoned. I was dining with someone who eats meat and dairy, and they commented their chicken was also under seasoned and bland. The fries I ordered with the burger came out last and I couldn't eat more then a pinch because they were so salty it made my mouth hurt. I think the ketchup that was served with the fries was store bought versus fresh made. The service, however, was immaculate and could not have been better! Both my friend and I are disabled and they were very accommodating despite us being late for our reservation. Our server also waited to approach us until we had her masks back on while dining outside, and we both super appreciated that consideration and thoughtfulness. Upon reading some of the other positive reviews, I noticed that they were all in regards to their meat dishes. Maybe we caught them on an off night, or maybe they're just better at preparing their meaty options.

Great food and great service! It's no surprise this place has been Michelin Bib Gourmand recommended since 2021 :) While it's possible to get a table as a walk-in, I'd suggest making a reservation to ensure you get a table and minimize wait times as much as possible to maximize your time enjoying the food! Corn fritters: Staple appetizer with real corn kernels incorporated inside! Served with strawberry jam, it truly is next levelPork Shoulder: Served with garlic-jalapeno garum and pickled jalapenos, I was worried this would be too spicy for me but it was perfectly balanced. The meat itself isn't spicy but the sauce on the side has a kick, so you can add as much or as little heat as you want. Koji Chicken: Interesting and delicious take on fusion Japanese rotisserie. The koji flavoring is expertly paired with the perfectly succulent chicken. The portion size is also generous and includes a side of salad to cut through all the meat!

Would definitely come back. The food was truly incredible! Each dish was delicious. Stopped in on a Sunday for lunch and was blown away. The service was excellent; attentive (but not overly) and just very nice. Thanks for a truly memorable meal! The restaurant was not that crowded and I can't imagine why not. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Nice decor, I liked the vibe. Casual, yet put together.

Came on a Wednesday for early dinner and it wasn't too busy , I had the breakfast special and to be honest I cannot stop thinking about it . I thought about it when I left the restaurant, before I went to bed and when I woke up lol . I've never had anything so simple yet well put together yet with so much flavor . Everything food wise was so good 5/5 drinks were def an acquired taste it def was not for me . The dessert was a bit too sweet as well but maybe that's how it's suppose to be ? Not sure . I love the decor and I can't wait to come back and all the things on the menu ! Our waiter was so kind .

Our buddy wanted to try this place out for his birthday so I made a reservation since there was 8 of us. We arrived early and was greeted by a waiter. I told him I had a reservation for 8 and he told me that they didn't have a reservation for me. Luckily they had a couple tables that he said he could put together to accommodate us. We sat down and our waiter greeted us for drinks. We ordered a bunch of different drinks along with the some appetizers chips, corn fritters, and cauliflower. The chips were good and unlimited and it came with a dipping sauce that was really good. The cauliflower was cooked perfect and had some good flavor to it. The corn fritters were really good as well. Our entrees were the three-way pork, the two-way meat combo, prime rib special, the salmon, and the Tsukune Sando. My buddy said the salmon was cooked nicely and tasted really good. My two buddies said that the two-way that came with chicken and ribs were good. They said that they didn't give you enough sauce for dipping but that there was plenty of food to eat. My buddy said the prime rib was cooked perfectly and the sides were okay. The only thing he said was that the knifes were dull and he could hardly cut the prime rib. My pork and chicken sandwich was really good. The meat was tender and tasty and there was plenty of meat to eat. I didn't know what the side was, I think a potato salad but I don't know. It was a small side so that was too bad. We didn't order any desserts unfortunately, but next time. The service was really good.

Corn fritters $14Pate $16Tsukune Sando $16This place has a Michelin star and I can totally taste why. Everything we ordered was delicious and unique. We had the flavorful Pate which came a little glass pot and a side of Mission fig jam. A surprisingly generous amount of pate - we ran out of toast before we ran out of pate. The corn fritters were lightly battered in rice flour, so crispy and tasty and paired perfectly with a side of strawberry jam. For my entree I got the Tsukune Sando which was absolutely delicious. I mean how can you say no to a fried egg on a sandwich?!

10/13/24Overview: Delicious, affordable food with large portions and fast, friendly service. Definitely coming back!NOTE: They also have a secret menu posted weekly on their Instagram, so be sure to check it out before going!----We went on a Saturday night around 5:45 PM, and there was no wait for our party of 3. We opted for outdoor seating since it felt a bit stuffy inside. With plenty of open seats, we could choose where we wanted to sit.----What we ordered:Appetizer:Bacon Edamame ($9)- A perfect balance of bacon, garlic, and black vinegar- Generous amount of bacon pieces!Entrees:Tsukune Sando ($16)- Two large patties (pork and chicken mix)- Flavors similar to teriyaki sauce- Loved the crunch of the fried shallots- The fried egg added richness- A small scoop of potato salad complemented the dish wellOthers in our party tried the Fried Chicken Sando ($16) and Koji Chicken ($26). Both were filling and delicious!Dessert:Banana Pudding ($10)- The brûléed banana was the standout- Loved the texture and amount of cookie/cracker chunks- A perfect way to finish the meal----Overall: Michelin-starred quality doesn't have to mean expensive--this spot proves it.

What a lovely surprise. I was going to check out the Rise gym to see if I want to join it but then I was hungry since I was running errands all day. Then I see this restaurant across where my car was parked. I googled and yelped to see if it was any good and it turns out to be a Michelin recognized eatery!!!!! So now I must walk in and see if I can get seated and if the prices are reasonable. Yes yes and yes. It is a restaurant that got recognition for having amazing dinners under 50$. I had the fried chicken sandwich and the bone marrow plus side salad and couple MichelatasThe chicken is to die for. The flavor combo is unreal how good it is. The bone marrow was unique as it had some chirozzo sprinkled on it. At first I was sceptical but was super delish as well. The Michelata was perfect too. Banana pudding - liked the home made whipped cream, nice flavor but a bit too much crackers on it. But still super delish I will def come back and try the rest of the menu. The staff was efficient and polite. Love this place!

hash special and chicken sando. came here on a whim on a saturday a little bit after the lunch rush, around 130. Have a reservation, but there was plenty of available seating in the front and back of the restaurant. What I loved about this restaurant was that it is family friendly lots of little kids toddlers babies eating at this place. It's good for small groups. I do love the laid-back style of this place. It felt very welcoming. The server and the kitchen staff were all very nice and it didn't feel pressured to buy extra. The price of the food is a little bit expensive but what do you expect from a Michelin star restaurant? I agree with the prices. The food themselves was fantastic. Very well seasoned , chicken was moist, superFlavorful potatoe salad. The hash meat was tender, fried egg runny and potatoes were crispy and soft on the inside. We actually could share the two plates between two people. We didn't try the kids meals, but there definitely was a bunch on the kids menu that looked good even as an adult! I would highly recommend this place actually thinking about coming back again and trying a whole new set of food items check this place out.
