one of the few Honduran food spot here in the Bay Area. this restaurant is a Honduran and Mexican fusion food: i bought their pollo con tajadas, which is a typical Honduran dish consisting of a large chicken breast, fried, dressed with shredded cabbage, yucca and veggiesservice was incredible, ambiance was nice and tranquil. while the inside view isnt spacious, its a great environment indoors

Went with a group of friends who were craving Honduran food. The staff were so friendly and took their time cooking a delicious meal. I joked with everyone that the moment our food came there was silence because we were too busy eating the amazing food. I WILL be coming again for the pescado frito!

I wasn't feeling it, had high hopes trying this restaurant, I order the menudo an I only took like two to three bites a that was it. I think they put it together right when I ordered it, tripe a n the pata(pig feet) tasted like raw meat and a nasty taste to it, plus it was tough as hell to eat. The asada and pork tacos was just plain with no flavor. The folks working there were cool. Youngster working wasn't that good, but that's youngsters for ya. Haha. Still tipped her 20 bucks tho.. prolly won't go back.

Definitely authentic Honduran Food. Hands down one of the best in the area! I was craving My native Honduran food and my co-worker find this restaurant that is located just 4 minutes from my work. I was super happy when she told me about it. I rite away order some Baliadas which were so delicious and an order of Yuca con chicharrón. Que delicia . Totally loved it . The food tasted so good that I took time to write this review . I totally recommend them . Is on B street and closed to Downtown Hayward.

Food was very good and made fresh to order and tasted like it was freshly made. Not a big restaurant with just a few tables and just opened in December 2024. The food was good and tasted like everything was homemade. If you like home cooked Honduran and Mexican style food this place definitely won't disappoint. The service was not Taqueria fast but it showed in the quality of the food. The tortillas were warm and fluffy and the beans were perfect the meat was seasoned very nicely (carne asada) and the rice was also seasoned well. We tried several things on the menu and definitely will come back to try more.

I've only been here once, so far, and got takeout. I wanted to try their yuca con chicharrón. The two people in there were very welcoming and friendly.I'm familiar with both of those items from trips to Costa Rica. The pork was ordered for himself by one of the trip leaders from here, and he told me it's not like the chicharrón in the US that comes in a bag (i.e. fried pork skin). So I tried that, and liked it.I've tried that also from a different style restaurant, but I liked this more, partly because there is salad with it to offset the fry and starch (I'm not sure whether the other restaurant fries their yuca; this says it's boiled). I don't like to have two fried or oily items together (e.g. fried protein and french fries, or something fried with an oil-based sauce) because it's too much grease without something "fresh" to complement it. It tastes better that way."* YUCA COCIDA SERVIDA CON CHICHARRÓN, ENSALADA Y SALSA.* BOILED CASSAVA ROOT PAIRED WITH CRISPY PORK, CABBAGE SALAD, AND SAUCE."And if you're unfamiliar, "yuca" (yoo-kah) is not the same plant as "yucca" (yuck-ah).There is a stand with snack-type packaged items next to the counter. It would be nice if they could use paper or bamboo takeout containers so they could go in the compost. I also had to return the plastic cutlery before I left since I didn't need or want them (I already have a large collection of those). But I'd get that again, and try something else next time.

This is an extremely authentic restaurant with large portions and flavorful food. The street tacos are on homemade tortillas, which is great. The selection of aguas frescas was also excellent. The service was great and the woman taking our order was attentive and made sure the food was good. Highly recommended and will return!
