I'm only writing this review to support this business because of how amazing the food is. Selfishly, I would want to keep this place as my own little hidden gem, but I would be doing a disservice to the establishment and owner because they deserve ALL the credit. Food is always 100/10. Food is clearly clean and made phenomenally well. Customer service is great. Feels like I'm at home having food at my mom's house. I wish I could post a photo, but I would only be able to show you scraps because we dig in that fast!Love, love, love this place!!! Don't think twice about it. Come have breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Every meal is AMAZING!!!!

Sheba opened where Anh Hong once was. Decor upgraded. Infrastructure same. Table service or order at counter. Arabic music in background.Offerings(Yemen, halal): sandwiches, child's meal, cultural platters, drinks & smoothies, desserts, sheba platters..Sips: Yemeni tea (comped, self service)-pre sweetened Yemeni tea with lotsa sugar, strong bold taste. Prefer minimal sugar.Lamb broth-cup of soup heavily lamb flavor with fragrant Yemen spices. Deliz.Bites: Yemen bread (2.99)-round like roti, had consistency, flavor of Indian naan. Best used to wrap a portion of stew, eat like a wrap. Green dip with green chili dip.Sheba mixed platter (20.99)-a stew like casserole with Yemen spices, ground beef, liver, eggs, onions, curry mix, bell pepper, tomato sauce, tender beef. Served with green chili sauce dip. Spoon portions onto torn yemen bread, eat like a wrap. Chili sauce is HOT!-lst time eating this. yum! May order platter with single ingredient. Flavor same. -ready in 15ish minutes. Definite repeat.January is Muslim American Heritage Month in Michigan.

One of my favorite restaurants for our men's day out We ate a goat The meal is called "Heneez"The order needs to be made a day in advance because they cook it for 5-6 hours! It comes served on seasoned rice and with amazing salads. We followed that by free black tea with fresh mint leaves (unlimited serving). Then we ended the night with fresh lemonade on ice This restaurant is a hidden gem!

My Friday spot and i like bringing out of town guests here as well.Great place for brunch time Althea way to dinner time.Great traditional Yemeni food and environment. There's quite a few Yemeni restaurants, coffee shops, and clothing stores opening up in the Bay Area, but it's the food that attracts me the most.

The food was ok, but the two different dishes we ordered both tasted the same. No variety in spice or taste. They gave us an incorrect dish, replaced it with the right one but it didn't match the menu description unfortunately (key components missing). Prices are somewhat high. They charged us for bread we didn't order. Service was totally indifferent. Restaurant was cold and had an aura of unfriendliness. Won't return.

This place is truly authentic with Yemenie traditional food. The rice and Mindy meat is amazing their lamb marak. Is so tasty I highly recommend this place. If you have never tried yemenie food you won't go wrong and don't forget to ask for their specialty bread. The most popular dish is called Fahsa which is a stew cooked in a clay pot that is sizzling when served and it comes with the specialty bread.

This is a place where the ambiance doesn't exactly matter - the food and service are great ! When you go here - please try to go during breakfast time and ask for the most ordered breakfast item - you will not be disappointed! The food has so much flavor and is not over the top with spices either !!

I've came here a total of 4 times, food is amazing but CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I was given attitude and was limited on my options because "the cook has to go on break" by a lady on time. Then this last time I've came it's like we're not even acknowledged. For sure rather take my food to go instead of eating there next time. Respectfully

I come here at least twice a month . Food is always great . Service is even better . Authentic food with a home made touch to it . My favorite meal is the haneth lamb and a side salad , for my sweet tooth arasi (mango smoothie with chocolate and nuts ) If you want tea try their adani tea .
