Seattle's Best Coffee

So convenient and on point with variety of options. Hidden lil' gem in Southland Mall. I've been coming here a good 7+ years now.. sorry for the late review lol...Super delicious. Lattes, frappes, flavored infused Red Bull energy drinks (think Italian soda but W/Red bull instead)...Workers have always been super sweet and professional, this place knows how to hire well. The name of this little hole-in-the-wall café says it all. I come to Seattle's Best every week because their coffee puts me in a sunny mood no matter how cloudy it is. I think this place does especially well with their mochas and espressos--my usuals--but their teas and frappuccinos are no less impressive. The flavors are so rich and decadent, never too strong or too weak, but just right. What's more, all the staff here is super friendly and warm. I love that the barista always asks whether you want your drink hot or cold, and what choice of milk you'd like. There are so many flavor customizations to add on top of that. For the price, I think you're getting something far more worth the money than the bigger café chains out there. For all of you living that café life, this tiny establishment would greatly appreciate your support!

since Border's & Burger King stop dispensing Seattle's Best Coffee, it's been difficult find any Seattle vendor selling Seattle's at it's best.this location is no exception. with only 1 staffer on duty, it seem improbable i would get satisfying coffee. sadly, i was disappointed. .brew. coffee, (sm, 2.10)-just an average cup of coffee, nothing special..

Pretty terrible coffee. Guy was nice but don't think he knew what he was doing. Kept forgetting my order and wasn't cheap either

Cheaper than Starbucks and tase as great! I've been here twice once for coffee their Carmel macchiato DELICIOUS! The second time was for their red bull infused AMAZING. ITS almost like Vietnamese coffee(crack lol) it is definitely an energy booster. Honestly wish they can add alcohol to it too, buuuutttt pouring in my own will do hahahaha.

If only they stay at their station than just always helping out on the other side. Yes it's busy there but people do want coffee because there is not Starbucks in the mall. I would say they lose a lot of customer when people see that no one is working in the station. But the coffee is good n I like that they hold on to repeat customers stamps.

CARE FOR FROTH?Are you bored of same regular coffee, cream n sugar you get every morning? Try Seattle's Best in Hayward at Southland Mall. It sure is an awesome morning treat in itself. Why? Because, as you can see from the image I took of it. IT'S FROTHED!! I came here right before pandemic happened, and that surprised me when they served my regular coffee well frothed for only couple of bucks. It made me sooo happy. But then I thought they made a mistake and a lucky day for me. But the charges didn't change- still $2.50. I felt kinda overwhelmed, though not exaggerating. I've been trying to go back, but sadly, like most of business, they closed temporarily. So now, a day right after reopening (June, 16, 2021) I anxiously waited just to get that frothed coffee again. Maybe I didn't have to ask for it, but I made sure that they're still making it, so I asked anyway. And once again, it made my morning heavenly! (I waited an hour for them to open just for this). You see what I mean? I don't usually finish my coffee in one sitting. All coffee lovers should try Seattle's Best!! For just a cuppa Joe with cream. It's frothed for you! (Though ask to make sure). And it's really the BEST simple coffee that made me really special! Thank you Seattle's Best!!

How are you guys going to call yourself Seattle's best coffee when you don't even sell coffee anymore. You say you don't sell enough to keep the coffee side open but how do you expect people to go there and get coffee when you never have milk. Everytime I go there you have no milk or no ice....

SCAM!. this company has not checked its vending machines in months and spoiled milk is coming out of them. you show be ashamed of yourself. students & staff at our campus have complained about this issue. also, your dispenser for black coffee has ran out. your dispenses hot water only no coffee smh. we call about our refund. and was placed on hold for 20mins. are you just stealing money from us?
