Great dimsum place in the South Bay Area. You know it's good because 30 min after opening on a Saturday the whole restaurant is full and it's a pretty big restaurant. They have an extensive menu!I really like the concept of dim sum because you can see what you like and ask for it. Love it. And you share with your table. All the items I tried were good.I was super happy with how they have soup dumplings and they tasted pretty good!I would come here again. There was a parking of in front and we didn't have any issues finding parking

This is a pretty standard dim sum cart restaurant, with lots of live seafood on display in the tanks. Lobster Scallion Noodles - 4/5, lobster pieces were abundant and the noodles they use are fresh madeShrimp Balls - 4.5/5, they cut their shreds thinner hereHar Gow - 4/5, standard, good and full of large shrimpsSiu mai - 1/5, normally we love these at other dim sum places, but these were denser than we preferred and ended up barely touchedPork Spareribs - 5/5, always orderChicken feet - I don't eat these but the rest of the party liked themBBQ Pork Buns - 4/5, ordered for my daughterOverall we enjoyed the food and the carts came around a decent amount. I would say the service could be more welcoming.

I got here on Saturday early afternoon and was seated right away. The restaurant was busy and every table was filled. This truly is one of the last dim sum establishments that actually still pushes the dim sum cart around so it was a pleasant dining experience. I truly enjoyed each dish that we grabbed and they were very efficient in their cart pushing in that we didn't have to wait for food to come or hunted anything down. When it was time to pay though, it seemed like all of a sudden no one was around. I tried to flag someone down for 15 mins and when I got someone's attention; she just looked at me and kept walking. They were busy, I get it. I finally took my check and went to the front to pay and grabbed some togo boxes for our leftovers. I paid with my credit card and went back to my table to box my leftovers. I will note that I did not leave a tip on my card because I had cash and prefer to leave my cash tip at the table to ensure that the servers get the tips. While I was boxing my leftovers, one of the ladies came to our table with my paid bill and asked if this was me. To which I replied yes, what's the matter. She angrily said you did not leave tip and put my receipt on the table and walked away. I was flabbergasted to be quite honest. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and had every intention on leaving a tip but that whole interaction was uncalled for. It left a sour taste in my mouth and even though I enjoyed their food, will not go back. It's not like I didn't tip and ran off. I'm still sitting in the restaurant packing my food a sipping on the pot of tea that they charged me for. The whole situation was uncalled for and quite frankly poor service.

I don't understand why they are so popular, maybe since we really don't have any affordable and good dim sum in town. The food is mediocre. Not a single dish was well made. I would not come here, especially if you have to wait in line

We were glad Saigon Seafood Harbor was open today, Jan 1st. It was hella crowded!Pretty good dim sum. Still one of the only restaurants that still have the carts going around to every table. Those ladies were super sweet! My camera did not eat first. :(

Ordered the usual Shrimp Dumpling, Pea Sprout Shrimp Dumpling, Chives Shrimp Dumpling, Deep Fried Shrimp Bean Curd Skin Roll, Ginger Green Onion Book Tripe, Shrimp Rice Noodle Roll, and Taro Bun. And I will say that it is the Taro Buns that keep bringing me back. Everything else is pretty standard but the Taro Buns are the best. The service is attentive. And the ambiance is Chinese themed.

A good brunch spot for traditional dimsum. They serve the dishes via rolling carts and you select the dishes you want. I particularly enjoyed the chicken feet and deep fried sticky rice dumplings. I wasn't the biggest fan of the pork feet as I found it a bit too sour.Note: there might be a language barrier with the servers if you don't speak Mandarin nor Cantonese.

Walked in for a Friday lunch and got a table right away. However, instead of the usual dim sum experience where the cart ladies practically beg you to take their food, I had to tap the on ladies to get them to stop with their carts and get food!! Weird!!The char siu bao was a disappointing: bland and boring, both for the char siu inside and the bun outside. The fried tofu is my childhood favorite and still favorite today. I could eat them for days. Shao mai was good too - juicy and flavorful. The turnip cake needed oyster sauce but was still good. The pork (pai gu) was just fat and bone--definitely skip next time. Lots of shrimp dishes overall compared to other dim sum places. I was curious to try the seafood truffle fried rice (special order), but I was way too full. Next time, maybe?Ambiance: not too loud for a Friday lunch but I know on weekends it gets loud. Prices are average for the area. Will probs be back as it's an Asian family staple in the area. I've been coming here for like 20 years.

Terrible service. Sat down for lunch. Had to go up to the cashier to get someone to bring tea. Then stood up to get someone to take my order. Never going back.
