Robert and his team did a spectacular job - food was amazing, setup was beautiful, and the service was top-notch. Guests LOVED it and enjoyed the team. Great job!

I recently attended an event that Robert Dorsey catered, and I was blown away. Not only were his dishes aesthetically pleasing, each bite was "the perfect bite." He was extremely professional and experienced, and it was very obvious he was passionate about what he does. Everyone was eager to take any leftovers (there weren't any), and there were so many compliments. After the event, he also cleaned up the kitchen and left it cleaner than before. I highly recommend having Robert cater your next event- you won't be disappointed. Nothing but great things to say about Robert and his team.

Wow! The food was absolutely amazing! They even go the extra mile to deliver our bread WE forgot to pick up. Definitely a repeat fo us!

This review is long overdue since I have hosted and been to several of Robert Dorsey's events over the past 3 years. His food and presentation is amazing but more than anything else he is very professional and will leave your home spotless after an event. In my case, the kitchen was even cleaner when he had left! The most recent event we hosted was around 80ish people and it couldn't have gone any smoother. He added some extra decor to make the food presentation even more elegant. Thank you Robert!

My wife and I hired Robert Dorsey and his incredible staff for our wedding this year and were absolutely blown away! Robert came up with an absolutely delicious custom menu for us incorporating foods from both our childhoods, with smoked brisket, ceviche spoons, succotash, camarones a la diabla, an absolutely fabulous mole.. they also did a great job making sure we had lots of options for our vegetarian/vegan/halal friends when putting together the choices for our menu. Robert's team put together a really fun arrangement of drinks options and desserts for the event as well, and somehow every selection they made managed to be creative, coherent with the overall menu, presented beautifully, and of course tasty. We got so many compliments on the food/choice of caterer for weeks after the wedding, and several people thanking us explicitly for the variety of options for non-meat eaters, so huge thanks to all the staff who made it happen! Since there happened to be a fridge onsite at our venue, the staff even managed to box up some of the leftovers and put them in a food-safe environment for us (which I've heard from other friends who got married this year is not standard! But we were so grateful to get to take home catering leftovers, since everything was so damn good!)Robert and his staff (Erica and Naomi in particular!) also did a lot of heavy lifting helping us coordinate the overall look and vibe of our wedding day! We ended up taking Robert's recommendation on florists and got to work with the very talented Gina at Inspirations by Gina through Robert's connection. We really can't recommend Robert and his team highly enough, everyone was incredibly lovely to work with, professional, and very obviously best in class at what they do. They pay attention to every detail of your event and make it all look so easy!

Picked up inauguration dinner yesterday but it looked and smelled so good that we ate it that night instead of waiting. Gumbo, crab cakes, cornbread and bread pudding. 2 orders because we thought it was just going to be my husband and me but then our 27 year old son had to Covid quarantine at our house. There was plenty for the 3 of us with some leftover gumbo. All the food was spectacular. The gumbo had crab, shrimp, chicken and sausage. Not too spicy but had a nice kick. I went down to pick up plates from my quarantined son and I said how'd you like it and he said, " it was great, five stars!"

We have ordered food a few more times and shared with family and every week has been great! This is really helping us get through SIP :)

Amaaaazing food! I ordered the Father's Day Brunch Kit from Robert Dorsey and it was incredible. We couldn't stop talking about how delicious the dishes were - Shrimp Grits, Asparagus & Mushroom Frittata, Crepes Suzette... so hard to choose a favorite, everything was delicious!The kit was perfect for our at-home celebration, and the reheat instructions were easy-to-follow and simple. 100% some of the best food I've had and it's so great that we can still experience it at home. We're keeping an eye on the curbside menus to come :)

I ordered the " Inauguration Dinner " after hearing about it on the news and it was AMAZING !! If you love crab cakes and gumbo you will not be disappointed with Chef Robert's food! Really nice people and very accommodating! I can't wait to try his other food.
