This has become my go to place over the past few years. I think their quality has improved since the pandemic as has their customer service. At one time their food was too salty to eat but it has improved as well.This is a good place to get chaat. You really cannot go wrong with their chaat. Their 3 item combo is a great deal because you get 3 items, rice, 2 rotis, pickle and dessert. There is enough food for 2 meals at least. I think the only dish I would not recommend is the soya chap. It was too salty to eat and I ended up throwing it away. They have a whatsapp group where you can get their daily menu which is nice to check before you go in. I also go here to get snacks when I have guests coming over.

We visited Rasoi Express for a quick lunch and ordered noodles, along with one house special combo and one regular combo. The food had a homely taste, which was nice. The house special combo came with 3 rotis, 3 curries, rice, a sweet, and pickle, while the regular combo included 2 rotis, 2 curries, and rice. The portion sizes were decent, making it a good value for a quick meal.However, we found the food to be quite oily and buttery, which made it difficult to eat much. Overall, it's a decent place to try if you're looking for a quick and satisfying lunch.

This place is inside India Cash n Carry supermarket in Fremont & part of their food hall. We usually stop here for a quick chaat or sweet while finishing up our weekly groceries and absolutely love using that as a reason to keep coming back ;) Their samosas and chaats are delicious with generous portions. Paneer paratha came with BIG block of butter (as parathas should :P) and tasted pretty standard. Spring roll was not my favourite, probably cause it wasn't hot or fresh?! The meethi boondi also did not feel freshly made, but that didn't stop me from enjoying it lol! I visit often just for their samosas and chaats, otherwise I wouldn't go out of the way to come give this place a try.

Kindly add another counter during peak hours. Every transaction taking 5 mins, time and wasting Ridiculous amount of time for customers

Affordable vegetarian food for the price. fixed menu by the day of the week for meals, great options for chat and sweets. A definite stop over when grocery shopping at India Cash and CarryMy fav is their Kadi pakora, paratha, paneer curries; dal kachori, pakora, vada pav, pani puri, sev puri, dahi puri and chilli bajji; haven't tried many but Bengali sweets are very tasty

Food is goodBut hygiene not so goodPeople who serve food should be wearing gloves , Next time I see them not wearing I am going to call the health department I called the manager but his response was ok , i know most Indians don't care of hygiene but I do , so please management make them wear gloves or I have to call the health department

This place has only one counter to pay. It's a huge bottleneck. How does one run a business when all parts of the restaurants are free and all lines are at the counter? These guys can get more business if they do little process improvement by just adding another cash counter. It really sucks that they have such a huge line always. I don't go here anymore. Zero customer service! They don't care! Please don't go here unless you are ready to wait 30 min to just order Samosa. Fremont has many good places.

Came here again 12/24/24 wanted to get aloo paratha. Guy at cashiers with black turban scratched the back of his head then touched his nose a few times and then proceeded to handle the food, this is disgusting they should wear gloves.

Excellent Food with Great Taste....Service was Fast and very friendly too...I would recommend everyone to try this outlet at least once...

The food we ordered tasted kinda sweet to us.Which is not a typical Indian food.The portion size was ok but in general the food was not delicious.
