However, the hours can be unclear, so if you spot it, def try it out.EXPECT TO WAITWe'd been eyeing this food truck for a while and finally decided to give it a try. There's a sign that explains each meal is made to order, so be prepared to wait. Our wait time was longer than expected, especially for a food truck, and since there was nowhere to sit, we had to stand around. Luckily, we had our pugs with us, so we walked them up and down the street while waiting. Next time, we'll probably place our order first, then head to Paleta Planeta next door to enjoy a paleta while waiting indoors.HANDMADE TORTILLASI've learned recently that each tortilla is handmade! You can really taste the difference!SMALL SERVINGS, BIG FLAVORI ordered the carne asada quesadilla and my husband got the carne asada burrito. At first, we were a bit disappointed with the portion sizes, but my doubts subsided after the first bite. The fresh, high-quality ingredients and strong flavors made every bite worth it.TLDRThis isn't your typical food truck experience - don't expect street taco prices or super fast service. Think of it as fine dining on wheels. Highly recommend the quesadilla!

I just had a really disappointing experience at this food truck, and I want to warn others about what to expect. When you order a burrito, make sure you explicitly tell them to fill it up because they skimp on ingredients and load it with 90% rice. Seriously, it's worse than Chipotle. Also, if you opt for the ribeye in your tacos or burrito, be prepared for an extra $4 per item; this isn't listed on the menu!When you order, insist they include everything you ask for, including salsa. And here's the kicker - always, and I mean always, ask for a receipt. The prices on the menu board don't match what you end up paying because the owner automatically adds a 25% tip for himself without your consent. My bill for one burrito and three tacos came out to $61, which is just outrageous.In the end, we had to take our burrito and tacos back home, strip off the toppings, and turn the whole thing into fried Just remember, always check your receipt here.

Such good tacos and even better handmade tortillas! Quite pricey but worth the splurge; you have to try this taco truck! Staff was super nice and friendly.

I've gone twice to the location this restaurant is at. Both times, Yelp, Google, and DoorDash note the spot is open. Both times, it's simply not there. This is incredibly frustrating, given I'm driving out excitedly and leaving dejectedly.What's the fix? Perhaps management could list accurate times on the websites people use.... Especially given there's no website.I can't review the food - or the ambiance - I've never been. But this isn't a worthwhile experience.

Best handmade tortillas I've ever had and I've had a lot of tacos in the Bay Area. A little pricier than others but worth it for the quality! Highly recommend

However, there's a significant drawback that keeps me from giving it a higher rating.The issue lies in their consistency with updating their operating hours on both DoorDash and Yelp. I understand that businesses can have fluctuating hours, but it's essential for them to communicate these changes accurately to their customers. The lack of timely updates has cost me precious time and left me with an empty stomach more than once.If they improve their communication and ensure their hours on online platforms are up-to-date, this taco truck could easily be a five-star gem. Until then, I'll have to plan my visits with caution, despite the tempting flavors they offer.

Homemade tortillas on top of the amazing delicious food! We keep talking about it, and will definitely go back. What I think was the owner was very nice, friendly and helpful.

Great food! The handmade tortillas are definitely a standout! I can't recall ever tasting a taco like that and so much flavor in the tortilla. I've had handmade heirloom corn tortillas before but not like this. These tortilla were also a good thickness. I got the mushroom tacos and absolutely loved it. I enjoyed it more than the pollo. We also got the blueberry horchata and it was delicious. I highly recommend this place. The service was also super friendly. :)
