Delicious food and a very nice lady who runs the store. I love just about every single one of their dishes from silogs to lumpia to the Java rice, the sisig is absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately, as indicated by my rating, the restaurant portion is less than consistent, if anything consistently inconsistent. They often close without any indication online, phone calls and texts very often ignored, and half the time they are busy with catering or gone off to some food festival. Until they can hire enough staff to properly service their restaurant for both dine in and take-out -- I won't be coming back. PLEASE, hire more folks, because the food is not the problem.

It would totally be appreciated if you guys update your hours. Google and Yelp said the restaurant closes at midnight. My boyfriend and I drove home from LA hoping to bring some food to-go. Drove by the restaurant at 9:05 pm and saw that it was closed. It's upsetting because we were craving Filipino food and also were hungry.

This is first time trying this place and it gave me a hole in the wall and home made Filipino vibe type of restaurant. It is super delicious. It's a small little joint with less than 10 tables when I went and only 2 or 3 staff working altogether I think. So mind you it can be slow at times because only one server outside.so please be patience. I was catching up with a friend so we just talking and we didn't care of the slow service. Service was nice at the beginning and we can see the server was running everywhere. So we understand Food was good. They have 2 specials tonight. Dinugan and chicken adobo. We got both along with the pork chop silog. All were cooked in perfection and super tasty. I haven't try dinuguan from a restaurant before. But this one tasted home made. My friend never had before and he liked it too. They have few dessert selections so I got halo halo and karioka to share and my friend liked both too. Found out silog are $9 on Wednesday, drinks half off on Thursday and buffet on the weekend. Not sure how much is the buffet but I did see the set up. Will probably have to come back on weekends to try on their other dishes. This won't be my last time here and will have to come back to this hidden gem.

This place is OK. We ordered a halo halo here to go and when we got home, we noticed there was no ice cream in the halo halo. I called them and they just said that they ran out of ice cream. I've never had a halo halo without ice cream before. Needless to say, it was the worst halo halo I've ever had. However, that is not the reason we will not be returning. In my opinion, they should have told us that they didn't have ice cream instead of just selling us a halo halo at full price and sending us on our way. They should have at least offered us a refund on the item. This is not a business practice I want to support.

If I could give 6 stars I would. My boyfriend and I were on our way back home and wanted good filipino food that was open late. I'm so glad we stopped by here! It's located in an alley and has lots of parking. We got the bansilog, liemposilog, gulaman, and karioka. The bangus was so crunchy on the skin and it basically melted in your mouth. We asked the owners and they said they have their own marinade for the bangus and their vinegar is specially mixed and some ingredients in it are from the Philippines! The karioka was very different but in a really good way. Everything tasted so fresh and the garlic rice hits, especially late at night. Our roommate was close to the old owners of this place and he told us that the new owners actually won an award for some food.Coming back here again really soon!

The kare kare is so good. The peanut sauce is so rich and creamy. Veggies are fresh and crunchy, meat is tender. Service is always top-notch even when it's to go. Shout out to Chef Jo and Jake for the wonderful food, warm and welcoming experience. Our teaching artists love your food

I came after 9pm on a weekday, I was told that everything takes a long time to make except 1 dish, as I am already very hungry and I don't want to wait for 20-30 mins for a to go, so I got what was recommended to be the quickest. I am not sure the name of it. It is ok but I would like to try something else next time.

This is the second time where we ordered from this restaurant via DD for pickup at 10:30 PM because they advertise their open hours until 12:00 AM but they were closed. We drove over there and saw the business was closed. This is evident from other multiple reviews that your advertised hours are inconsistent. Respectfully, maybe try to stick to your advertised hours or adjust your hours.
