First off, the interior of this cafe is so beautiful! It's so vibrant and lively inside. Phuc Long is a Vietnamese cafe that emphasizes their strong and aromatic teas. Lotus tea is well known in Vietnam and I'm so glad to have tried it here.We ordered the Phuc Long Milk Tea, Lychee Lotus Tea and Cloudy Lotus Tea with 50% sweet. All of these were perfectly sweet and bitter. I wouldn't recommend getting over 50% sweet as their drinks are on the sweeter side. The Phuc Long Milk Tea was my favorite out of the three. It was creamy and striked the right balance of not being overly milky. Great to see more speciality cafes open up in this plaza!

Another coffee shop option is available in the sprawling plaza/strip mall on Story Road in South San Jose. This one reminds me and probably most everyone of a certain mega franchise based out of Seattle. I'm sure it's just coincidental. As for the interior, I actually quite like it as there is green foliage and more green throughout their layout. For seating options, there is a variety of options and also a good amount of seating that's been made available to their patrons. For my several visits here, I've always ordered their Vietnamese Milk Coffee(iced) and it is as potent for a Vietnamese coffee as you would expect. Service is nothing to rave about but as you would expect.

Their Blended Matcha is one of the best! We ordered to go but looking forward to trying out more drinks from their menu. I like the ambiance and when we visited, they put up decorations for Tết.

It was fine, I should have gone elsewhere but it was open earlier than others in the complex. Vietnamese coffee with milk was fine - a little on the bitter side, Tram is still better. I opted for the meat filled crispy breadsticks to try something new. I should have ordered the banh mi because these took longer to cook and were just fine - needed some veggies or acid to balance out the starch and meat. Logistics:- indoor and outdoor seating - plenty of strip mall parking

I love how there are so many drink options at Vietnam Town. Phuc Long is one of my faves. I have tried the locations in Vietnam and the one in Garden Grove so I was excited that San Jose now has one. I have visited a few times now and my 2 favorite drinks are the strawberry freeze which comes with yogurt and the matcha smoothie. Both are really good, creamy and refreshing. I also like the spiced peanuts whenever they have them and also the yogurt. Their yogurt is so good and it's perfectly creamy, sweet and tart. The store is very well decorated and there's lots of seating inside and also outside with the little small tables and chairs, giving you that Vietnam vibe. So if you're looking for a taste of Vietnam, I highly recommend Phuc Long which is like the Starbucks of Vietnam.

Cute and BUSY spot that opened in Vietnam Town. Various seating options inside and outside. Plenty on the menu too. Fruit teas, coffee, milk teas, and smoothies! The Longan Jasmine Tea caught my eye when I got here. Pretty fragrant and floral too. VERY sweet though. The longan flavor was tasty and reminded me of the childhood canned longan desserts my mom would make. I will be back to try the Cloudy Jasmine!

First off, this is not that coffee chain from the Pacific Northwest as you may do a double take as you walk through the doors. There is a lot of the color Green, which may make you think so. I will say there is a lot of plants so that should be your second clue that it is not that large coffee chain your brain may trick you into believing. The cashier is at the back of the shop and there is a good amount of seating available, although it may hard to find a seat during their peak times on the weekends. They specialize in Vietnamese coffee but I rarely order this drink as it is strong and bitter as you would expect. I almost always order their Lychee Jasmine Tea which is still plenty strong for me but it is sweeter and easier to drink, at least for me.The cashiers have been pleasant and my the wait times have not been too bad, again depending on when you stop by here. This plaza has had a recent surge of coffee shops, on top of their already existing tea/boba shops, so it's good to see more options in this area.

Phuc Long located in Vietnam Town. The weekends are super busy so parking is very challenging! Best to go off-hours.The cafe is spacious. Several places to sit indoors. They also have small tables and chairs outdoors for you to sit at.Phuc Long Milk Tea - floral. flavorful tea flavor. It does come iced.Flan Cake - a bit pricey for what you get. Subtle, soft custard.

When the colleagues treat us in the morning, our lunch gets moved to breakfast. It's not a bad thing! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Since the treat goes to a whole shift, the desserts, the drinks, are usually not options. It's okay. It makes for a great start. Not sure if it's the crispness of the bread, the flavor of the meats, the overall freshness it always hits the spot. Only drawback is the 6am wake up time. It ends up causing someone to be late to be able to treat everyone.

Tried out their peach black tea and wasn't a huge fan of it. It's decent but tastes a bit syrupy for my liking. I'd come back and try a different drink though.Popular location, there's a lot of people here and seems very family oriented.
