Service: 5Placing order/inquiry was pretty easy. She is very responsive and handles short notice orders. I was looking for a cake less than a week from pick up. Sent in order/inquiry via email and she was able to communicate effectively all the details that needed to be addressed in the span of a few days.Cake quality: 4.5/5I originally chose s'mores and guava but because I wasn't sure if two layers would be too much for 2 people serving, I decided with 1 layer and 1 flavor. S'mores flavor was a marshmallow delight, which included a marshmallows buttercream for frosting, chocolate flavor cake, and marshmallows and graham cracker center. I loved that the frosting and cake were not overly sweet but felt that there could've been a bit more graham cracker.Overall: would highly recommend! If you are looking for a fast turn around time, and solid in quality flavor and design, please consider paperrock fork bakery! Also, Cheers to Elmeisher--She really cares and aims to make every cake wonderful and her best work yet. Can't wait to try her bakery again :)

Brought my girlfriend a chocolate chocolate cupcake or muffin. I can't remember which it was, all I know is that my girlfriend (who loves chocolate) said it was the best one she had ever had.I got literal brownie points for that one!

I cannot seem to give Paper Rock Fork enough stars! I am now a 3 time return customer and am so impressed with the cupcake number cake we ordered for my youngest son's third birthday. Elmeisha is incredibly responsive, talented and easy to work with. I highly recommend her for any of your cake/cupcake needs!

I ordered a Vegan Apple Tart for Thanksgiving. Elmeisha was wonderful to work with...responded so quickly. The tart was as delicious as it was beautiful. So happy to have found her...delicious vegan baked goods are not easy to come by!

I contacted Elmeisha about 3-4 weeks prior to my son's bday to order a cake. I was worried this was too late since apparently other bakeries are booked up but I emailed a few places and gave paper rock fork a shot. Honestly I was skeptical just because there weren't enough reviews or picture as I'm used to, buuuuut Elmeisha did such a great job I knew I had to contribute to her business in case others thought the same. She was very prompt and thorough in her replies. I always have so many questions and she replies line by line. Let's start with her website, wow so organized, I love that there were so many options and the prices is all there so I don't have to ask her for every little thing. I'm sure that saves her lots of time too. But more importantly, the flavors! So many to choose from I really can't wait to re order to get some new flavors. I sent her a few inspirational photos and told her to decorate as she wish as long as I had my main centerpiece topper. She really came through! I made my own decorations and it matched completely! Everyone loved how it looked and how it tasted. The fact that I had just a small slice to bring home was a sign it was a hit. It was a moist chocolate cake with real strawberry filling. My favorite was that the buttercream wasn't heavy nor sweet. It went really well with the cake. She had eggless and vegan options which I also picked out for the cupcakes (with added fees). I got mini cupcakes because it allowed people to try different flavors without being overwhelming. I am so glad I got them. She went above and beyond with the decorations. I didn't expect it to be so decked out and I loved it! Now the buttercream on here is a bit sweet but it's probably the ratio of cream to cupcake. I couldn't even tell the vegan cupcake was vegan. I got it in pineapple coconut flavor and will definitely re order these. Overall, I am very happy and will be a returning customer.

Meisha is a fantastic baker. Reached out for a custom order and she was more than happy to help out. Come to find out she's also a TMNT fan so she did a fantastic job with the cookie cake. It was so delicious and everyone was super impressed. Bonus: she has an awesome personality!

10/10 Amazing customer service from the owner. She was so kind and understanding and helped me get my dream cake. I havent had a birthday cake in over 10 years and seeing this when she presented it to me brought me to tears. It was so delicious and I enjoyed it with my family and friends. Definitely recommend this business and will be coming back maybe just for fun :)

I'm so glad to have found Paper Rock Fork Bakery. I contacted Elmeisha with only 1 week notice as the usually cake vendor I go to had a big wedding event and wasn't able to do my order. Elmeisha was able to accommodate my request. My kid has an egg allergy so it's usually quite hard for us to get cake that's eggless, but not necessarily vegan (we still want the butter, lol). She also delivered on the design aspect. I let her know my kid is into Roblox or Minecraft and she sent me pictures of samples and had me choose. It turned out great and all the kids at the birthday party were ogling at the cake design. Paper Rock Fork Bakery will definitely be my new go to cake vendor!

I hired them to prepare a dessert bar for my daughter's recent wedding. Elmeisha, the owner, was wonderful to work with. She made it clear from the beginning that her goal was to give the couple just what they wanted. She prepared samples for us and tweaked the recipes to our specific requests. About 6 weeks before the wedding, the bride and groom decided to add a cake. Elmeisha was so accommodating. The day of, she came to the venue and set up everything. It looked beautiful and it was all delicious! We had brownies, lemon bars, raspberry bars, rice krispy treats, and chocolate chip and snickerdoodle cookies. The cake was amazing, as well. Prices were extremely reasonable and Elmeisha was a delight to work with. I highly recommend her to anyone planning an event and will definitely use her in the future!
