Pa'Latino

I had a last minute craving for some ice cream and came across this little shop. And I'm really glad I did. I was greeted by friendly staff and offered samples of their ice cream. There were lots of flavors I wanted to try. I spotted "Mamey," and asked for a sample of it. It turns out to be papaya. I immediately ordered a scoop for myself. It was fruity and sweet and really hit the spot. I sampled the Café (coffee), soursop and pistachio as well. All of them are pleasant. I'm hoping to come back here for good ice cream again. Highly recommend.

Pa'Latino, a Mexican ice cream spot, offers some enticing options but falls a bit short in execution. The churros were made fresh, which is always a plus, but they lacked the light, airy texture I was hoping for. The service, on the other hand, was excellent--the staff was friendly and patient, letting me sample plenty of flavors before deciding.Unfortunately, many of the ice cream flavors had an off, somewhat chalky texture that detracted from the experience. On top of that, the serving sizes felt a bit small for the price. It's not a place I'd seek out on my own, but I'd consider stopping by again if friends wanted to give it a try. For now, it's a spot with promise but room for improvement.

Worst corn ever ! I'm always buying esquites and it was one of the worst ones I've tried. Lacked flavor and overall just felt like the ingredients were so poor in it. The fresada on the other hand was great! Girl working had great service. Would come to try again

They need to fix there hours online because it says it closes at 9 I just stoped by it's 6:36 and it's closed.

When here is the other day because I wanted some ice cream. The place is clean and welcoming. I ordered a simple strawberries and cream, Fresca crema,On a waffle cone. $4.50 for one scoop, which is reasonable nowadays. The strawberry portion was more like a sherbet than an ice I'll probably go back and try some other flavors. The food gets good reviews also so I'll check that out.

Saw a video on TikTok recently of a pepino split and have been craving it but it was far away. I showed it to my husband who went in to Pa'Latino near our house and he asked if they could make this to surprise me and the guy behind the counter did even though it's not on their menu!! It's sooo good and my craving has been satisfied.

Fruit was ripe and perfect. Rompope paleta was a wonderful texture. Service was efficient and helpful! Sat outside and appreciated their clean little tables. Thank you!

5/5 for the food. My friend took me here, and it's this hole in the wall place with great mexican desserts. We had the mangonada and the churros. Churros are freshly made and heavenly. I really want to go back and try their tamarind dessert/ice cream. 4/ 5 for the service/ambiance. Again, it's a hole in the wall place with no frills. Not super done up or super cute - which is okay as long as there is seating. I felt uncomfortable sitting in the store because it felt like the lady behind the counter wanted us to leave - so we just sat outside.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. I ordered a mangonada, and to my absolute disgust, I found a ROACH in it. That's right--a literal bug in my drink. Clearly, their cleanliness standards are nonexistent. When I brought it to their attention, they barely seemed concerned and didn't even offer a sincere apology. This is beyond unacceptable. If they're this careless with their food and cleanliness, I can't imagine what the rest of their kitchen looks like. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that actually values hygiene. Never coming back.
