I joined a group order with my coworkers to try the Wednesday Bento Box deal, specifically the Grilled Chicken Bento Box for $9.99. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was excited after seeing some pictures and hearing that my coworkers often order from this spot.Grilled Chicken Bento Box: The standout for me was the garlic cauliflower - it was absolutely delicious! However, the small egg roll was drenched in sauce, making it soggy. As for the chicken, it wasn't quite what I expected; it was more soy-sauce-flavored than grilled. It was still decent, but not quite what I was hoping for in a grilled chicken dish. While I might not go for the chicken plate again, I'd be open to trying other items from their menu next time.

This is a great place for lunch. Taiwanese bentos are the best when it comes to a balanced and healthy meal. At least I like to think so. You have your bases covered with carbs, veggies, protein and side dishes. I've never actually ate here but ordered to go plenty of times. I enjoyed everything I ordered here and I would say I tried most of the menu LOL. This place came in clutch when I couldn't make myself lunch. I would place an order online, pick it up and go home to eat it. I love that the food is always fresh whenever I order it. I've never had something that was not tasty or not fresh so that is very much appreciated. I love their drinks here too! I've only gotten one thing which is the orange green tea and it's just so good that I keep getting it. There's an orange slice in there. Idk how they make it but it's very enjoyable! I get it 50% sweet but it feels more than that but in a good way? It's not syrupy which is good to me lol.This place does get really packed during lunch and I'm happy to see them doing well!

Orange Square offers a convenient option for Taiwanese food and lunch boxes, with prices that are very reasonable for the portion size. The textures of the dishes were on point, but the flavors left something to be desired. While everything was cooked well, the food lacked the depth and complexity that could elevate it from "decent" to truly memorable.That said, it's a solid choice for a quick and filling meal, especially if you're in the area and craving Taiwanese comfort food. However, I wouldn't go out of my way for it. Orange Square gets the job done, but there's room for improvement in the flavor department.

My brother brought home the crispy chicken cutlet bento for me and it was super good. The chicken was juicy and well seasoned. The portion was big; I split it into two meals. Because it was take out, the chicken wasn't as crispy as I would've liked. Overall, a filling satisfying meal; I definitely want to come back to eat in person and try other bentos.

Taiwanese appetizers, bentos, and milk tea! I've tried many of their milk teas and they are good though nothing special. I love their beef & bean curd mix cold appetizer. It also has seaweed, tofu, mushrooms, cabbage, and half an egg in it. The taste is marinated fully into each ingredient and it's salty while refreshing to eat. I also like their fried tofu, but I especially like the dipping sauce that comes with it. For bentos, I've tried the pork belly bento, pork chop bento, salmon bento (not in photos), and chicken leg bento (also not in my photos). Overall I enjoyed the salmon one the most. Either way, Orange Square is on my go-to list of Taiwanese bentos in the bay, besides O2 Valley and Chopstix.

Every Wednesday is Orange Day, where the Grilled Chicken Leg Square is only $9.99! I've gotten it twice and the chicken is always so well seasoned and tender. The veggies and side dishes vary everyday so I like to call ahead to see what's on the menu for that day :)The veggies and side dishes taste very fresh and clean. Still tasty and seasoned, but not drenched in oil.During prime lunch and dinner times, the wait can get pretty long, but the staff were really nice, apologetic, and calm.Inside is modern, clean, and casual. There are about 10 small tables for seating.Highly recommend! They have other options besides the grilled chicken leg that I'll have to try one day :)

They changed to this new packaging recently. It's better than the previous box. Less messy because it doesn't leak like it used to, so sauce doesn't get all over the place. New look with new box also takes less space. I mistakenly ordered two Thai tiger boba drink and I was reading it as "Tiger Boba "... the staff there was nice to switch one of them for me... good service!
