Husband was craving soup noodles and we ended up at One Piece. I've been here several times and it was his first time here. We were all super satisfied. Everything tasted great and hit the spot. The baby ate the noodles and the toddler ate quite a lot of the noodles and soup too! She even took the husband's leftover beef bone and tried to finish the meat off of it. Love how they have scissors to help cut the noodles for the kids and plastic ware for them. The servers were pretty friendly and the kids loved looking at them and trying to engage.Food came out fast and the noodles were delicious and tasted fresh. There were quite a few occupied tables but still easy to get a table. There were quite a few families with kids here and I can see why. Family friendly place and food that kids will also eat.

Make sure to check out the noodle window where you can see the chefs hand-pulling the noodles for the dishes! Beyond that, however, this was a delicious experience. We had three items split across four people, which ended up being more than enough, and resulted in quite a few leftovers. We ordered the Cold noodles, the Chicken dry noodles, and a Lanzhou Beef Noodle. My personal favorite was the Lanzhou Beef Noodle, the soup was flavorful, and the thin slices of beef and daikon radish were just the perfect pairing for this experience. The Chicken dry noodles were very different than what I have ever had. The chicken was actually very tender, and the flavor was POPPING. The noodles actually had a slightly eggy flavor, but they were springy and had great texture.I would definitely come back for the noodles alone. Because they are all hand-pulled, the texture was amazing, and had the perfect amount of chew!

For Saturday dinner, we were seated immediately. Service is very efficient. Sadly, there were some items that we wanted to order that was out of stock, such as the cucumbers. We loved the pig ears, and were pleasantly surprised with the potato salad! While none of us got any of the spicy noodles due to fear (there's no spice levels), we all enjoyed our food and ability to customize our noodle options. I'd love to come back and try something spicy.

One piece lamian is a franchise type noodle shop. So, you will find a multiple stores with the same name, BUT don't be mistaken. Not all noodle shops under the same name are equal. We originally tried a noodle shop under the same franchise in Concord, and it was amazing! The noodles were fresh and seasoned properly, however, we didn't feel that way about this shop. The way they made the dishes were completely different! What I ordered and tried:[Cold skin noodles $10.99] 2/5- This is my go to dish everywhere I go, but unfortunately, a lot of place don't make it well. The noodles at this place didn't seem fresh, as the noodles were a little soggy. The flavor profile was mild, a little peanut butter, a little soup ish, and quite bland. I always finish this dish at other places, but this didn't taste very palatable. The other stores under the same name in Concord/WC area was so much better. [Spicy pig ears $11.99] 4/5- Basic and super spicy. Was good, but same as everywhere else.[Lanzhou beef noodle soup $14.99] 3/5- Again, noodles weren't exactly fresh. Didn't care for the small flat noodles and the broth was mild. However, the beef was good.[Braised pork pita burger $7.99] 5/5- Unexpected pleasant surprise! This was sooo tasty and I had never tried anything like this before. Bread was crispy, pork was flavorful. Only thing missing is more cilantro! Lastly, this place is getting a 3 star because the atmosphere is terrible. It for one smelled a bit like sewer when we walked in, and I couldn't get that smell away even as I ate. The shop inside looks like they never bothered remodeling it, and they just store a bunch of supplies in the open. It borderline doesn't feel like a restaurant. So, I don't be coming back here again, but I don't think everything was terrible.

I always see this place passing by and finally tried it since I was craving noodle soup. A lot of people seem to get the beef bone noodle soup but I got the dry cumin lamb noodles. The noodles were the thick round noodles and they were pretty well cooked and chewy. The lamb pieces were thin and easy to eat. They also threw in a few red pepper for crunch. The seasoning was mainly cumin and spice but flavorful and not just one note. The portion of noodles was pretty big so I split it into two meals. Overall a decent dish for a reasonable price! Also got the cold shredded potatoes which were good! Slightly oily but it helped not make the potatoes dry. It was flavored subtly and just added some really good crunch to my dish.

Quick service and tasty noodles. The staff waited no time to ask for our orders. The noodle bowl didn't look like it would fill me up, but it was the perfect amount. Not very spicy either. We went during off hours, so there was no wait and the restaurant was pretty empty. Plenty of parking available, but it can fill up fast during peak hours. Best to park over by Lucky's and walk over to avoid the parking stress.

Came for dinner on a Friday night and there were plenty of tables available around 6pm. There's a QR code for the menu. We ordered the short rib soup and the braised beef soup with thin noodles and the spicy wontons. The short rib soup and the braised beef soup was good. The spicy wontons was ok and not as flavorful as other places we've ate at. Service was fast and efficient. We were asked if everything is ok and our Togo was packed for us. Good place to go for comforting noodles in Fremont. They have an area you can see how the fresh noodles are made as well.

The braised beef noodle soup was good. Flavorful broth, fresh veggies, and tender beef. Very very long noodles. Thicker round style had a chew to it, but could be chewier. Pretty good option. The lanzhou beef noodle soup was just okay, maybe I am not a fan of this style. The small flat noodles were also a bit softer than I like, maybe a bit overcooked tbh. The beef slice was chewy and the daikon was a bit crispy. I wasn't a fan of this one.The spicy wontons were a decent appetizer. Good sauce. Overall good bowl of noodles, not the best but not the worst I'd say.

Without a doubt my favorite noodle place in Fremont - and there a quite a few in the area!Noodles are freshly made, perfect amount of qq, and the flavors for all the dishes we've ordered worked great together. The dishes are nostalgic, well portioned, and reasonably priced. We also tried their cold dishes - the tofu skin is one of our favorites, and one day when this was out we tried their signature salad which was surprisingly really good even though it just looks like a hodgepodge of random ingredients thrown together (looks can be deceiving).Order by QR code, service was efficient and food comes out very quickly. The interior is quite casual and reminds me of the restaurants in China, another +1 for nostalgia.

Saw a line out the door when we visited Fremont 2 months ago. So when we saw there was no line today we decided to get it a try.For the 2 of us we ordered a bowl of noodles and 2 appetizers. The spicy shank- the menu says tendon but the Chinese says shanks so it turned out to be beef shank. It was good and no filler. The shredded chicken was good for the first few bites, but due to the blanched sprouts there was lots of liquid which diluted the flavor after a few bites. We ordered the thickest noodles and the broth was a bit sour which complimented the slight kick in the spiced. I thought there was meat but I didn't see it taste it until the end when I saw some ground pork in the bottom. I do like the flavors and the noodles did seem to be one piece... long noodles Overall it is a place I most like will revisit when in Fremont. The dishes were not spicy enough but they do have this very tasty chili oil at the table so I added many spoonful to each dish. Service was attentive.
