Tried this place for the first time the other day, and I'm impressed! What we ate: - lamb chop - must get if you like lamb. It's so tender and flavorful and has a good amount of spice- chili oil noodle - we were recommended to get this with the wide noodle, and it did not disappoint. The wide noodles have a nice chew to them, and the seasoning on the pork adds a nice savory kick. The dish itself is less spicy than I expected, and I ended up adding some extra chili oil that was at the table.- lamb noodle - we were recommended to get this with the thin noodles, which were also very delicious! Like the wide noodles, the thin noodles have a nice chew to them but I'd say they are also bouncier than the wide noodles. The sauce on the lamb noodle is different from the chili oil noodle--less chili and a slight sweetness. This was also very good.Service was great, and the workers were so nice and welcoming! Can't wait to come back next time I'm craving hand pulled noodles :)

The biggest thing that this establishment could do to help their customers/help invite more customers in is if they had pictures of the dishes that they're trying to serve. Is it bad that literally every Chinese place I go to is a comparison to Home Eat?! I'm Chinese and have a hard time reading the menu to understand what I'm getting because sometimes the noodles are also different so I appreicate that Home Eat's menu has pictures and that it's so easy to order. But anywho places offer differnt options and OK noodle does have different dishes that aren't available at Home Eat that remind me of my mom's cooking. I ended up getting the S1 - Big-Plate Beef Noodles and that's the dish that reminds me so much of my moms cooking aside from the price. My partner got D2 Chili noodles because these two dishes are what we saw everyone else on yelp getting so we had pictures to be able to reference. This was actually my second time here but I didn't remember what I got the first time because I didn't take pictures or review it. The S1 noodles are pretty thick where they're similar to hand pulled noodles but not as bouncy. ~~Parking: It's located in a strip mall like plaza, but there's usually plenty of parking. ~~Service: Good. They take your order, serve your food, and you pay at the front. ~~Return: I wouldn't go out of the way just to come here to eat, but if I'm already in the area and craving noodles I would.

Been wanting to try this place for awhile since it's not in my area. Though I had a good meal, I'm not sure if its worth the distance. There's not much hand pulled noodles in the area so I cannot compare, but I had a good meal. This is a no frills type of establishment. Both my friend and I thought the costs were reasonable. We both ordered the chili oil noodles and got wide noodles. The noodles were fresh, thick with a bouncy chew. The chili oil flavor was good and it wasn't too salty. However, it wasn't spicy enough for me. At my table I didn't see any extra sauce or condiments. Overall, it was a balanced meal of savory and greens.

Was in the area to get my brakes repaired and craving the usual QQ Noodle. Unfortunately it was a bit far, but I was excited to try a new noodle spot in hopes to fulfill that craving!Service was good, there was one waiter/cashier (maybe the owner?) running the front of house and he was friendly! We ordered the chili oil noodles, hot and spicy beef noodle soup, and cucumber salad. Everything was overall good and the portions were shareable for 2 people imo. I don't think it tops QQ Noodle, but it was sufficient in fulfilling the craving. One thing I do have to note is that this restaurant is freeeeezing inside. I was wearing 3 layers and a puffer (it was the end of January), and I couldn't take off a single layer. Although ambiance is often overlooked, I think it helps encourage people to have a good experience. Total: ~$60Tip: Get the wide noodle!

The name to this place just dumb and inaccurate. They should rename themselves to: FREAKING AMAZING NOODLE(S)!!!Found this place randomly while being in the area and had to drop in. Sometimes ya just crave certain things and you can't sleep, can't think straight, can't breathe, can't see/hear/feel/poop, can't jump up'n'down until you gorge yourself like the animal you are on it.Well, it wasn't really anything like that, but it did sounding good, and me like things that be good.Good amount of Spai, great amount of flavour! If I'm in the area again (which will never happen because I hate Milpitas), I would 100% go back! So, in my stead, you must go and eat the Delicious Nooders.Send n00dz.

This is a great little noodle place located in Milpitas next to banana leaf and dish n dash. On the outside it looks a little unassuming but this is definitely a hidden gem. Prices are reasonable and we got one dry noodle (chili oil noodle) and one big plate of beef noodle. I loved that the beef was super tender although it could've used more flavor (adding the chili oil crisp helped a lot!). The chili oil noodle was the overall better dish with bouncy noodles and generous portions. Definitely would recommend coming here!

On a journey to find the best hand pulled noodles and this has been one of my favorites!I tried the chili oil noodles and the lamb chili oil noodles and they were both really good! If you're someone like me who has a low spice tolerance, I'd say these are pretty good and they come with a lot of meat! Service was really fast and got my party in and out of the restaurant.

This is a cozy spot providing hearty comfort meals for anyone who grew up eating Chinese noodles frequently. I ordered the hot and spicy beef stew noodle soup which will definitely satisfy any spice cravings. The noodles were fresh but note that there is usually going to be high quantity of noodles relative to the beef and bok choy, which I wished there was more of. Overall would come here again, service was great and the waiter was patient with our large group of 8 that came in 1-2 hours before closing.

Noodle cravings galore during a cold afternoon found myself finally convincing myself to check this place out after numerous reviews and friends mentioning this place was good.Ordered the Spicy Beef Noodles and came out pretty quickly. Deeply flavored broth with amazing noodles that have just the right amount of chewiness to them. Good chunks of beef that provide a good textural contrast and a very warm feeling that was much needed. Friendly service and for a pretty small place, it still got a lot of people that afternoon. Noodle cravings were certainly fulfilled here.
