Ofelias Taqueria Truck

Best Taqueria truck! I go to every time I'm in the Bay Area it is my absolute favorite I have been going to it for over 30 years it used to be over by the pink flamingo or something like that they have the best tacos. Staff is friendly and they have a nice seating area for outdoor seating

Truck has been located for years on Thornton (right across from Sujus), same parking lot as Billy Roy's, setup with its own outdoor seats/tables. Prompt service , this was my first time and not my last. I had the pastor (requested double meat, worth it) Burrito bowl...I have leftovers . Meat well seasoned, rice cooked to perfection and beans were tasty. Luckily I had tortillas at home. Highly recommend

Ofelias or Los Cuates. However you call them, they are "Home of the 16" Monster Burrito". $18 ($19 if you have them cut it in half) gets you the standard meat with rice, beans, cheese, and sour cream. No guac? I did not see it in the menu as an option nor was it referenced in any of their other offerings. If you want one of the "exotic" meats, it'll set you back $22 instead.Either way, the burrito was definitely a site to behold. It was hefty alright. How'd it taste? It was...delicious! The carnitas had just the right amount of crispiness and tenderness at the same time. My only gripe was that it needed some guac and possibly lettuce. Just my preference IMHO.

The love this little spot with the seating area right by the truck. The service is super fast and really nice they always say bye to you if you stay to eat and the good is on point. Pastor and tripas extra crispy is fire and won't disappoint. Also, beans and rice are super yummy as well.

When I'm in the neighborhood I always try to stop by this truck. Just to have the monster burrito. It's the size of two burritos! When I was in my 20's I could eat the whole thing but in my 40's this meal lasts me all day lol. The burrito is super simple just meat , rice, sour cream and cheese. It's a super savory burrito and that's what makes it so good! I only get their carnitas cause it's made how I like it. It's not chuncky but instead shredded which adds a different texture and taste that I prefer. Cheese quesadillas with corn tortillas are also great. Their also makes the burrito so get lots of it! I'm sure the other stuff is great too but I can't seem to get away from my usual. Try the monster burrito and see if you can finish one!

Our go to Mexican food spot! We've been going to this truck for about 10 years now and have never been disappointed. Mr Manuel is super cool and puts passion in everything he makes. Ofelias will always have a special place in my heart

I love this place. The Cabeza tacos are BOMB! They serve pretty quick and the salsa is a perfect spicy. I recommend this place for the tacos and burritos.

We got the Al pastor tacos and the carne asada burrito! The tacos were super tasty and I love that they toast the outside of the taco shells. The meat is delicious and well seasoned. The burrito was massive and lasted us three meals. The burrito had just meat, rice, salsa and beans, I usually like other toppings in my burrito such as guacamole and lettuce. Overall it was super tasty and I'm excited to try other options!

This place was recommended to me so had to give it a shot. Came here pretty early so there wasn't anyone here. There is plenty of parking since the truck sits in an empty parking lot. It was pretty easy for me to find. And fyi this place is cash only. All I ordered was carne asada tacos. The price was decent and service was fast. The tacos were served with cilantro onions and a green salsa. I think the reason for the 3 stars is mainly due to the salsa. I didn't care for it to much. When I tried a piece of carne without salsa I really enjoyed it. I think if I got the tacos without the salsa it would be a solid 4. May have to go back and try it one more time to see.

Omg this place sucks! Just got a burrito and a quesadilla and they both taste really really bad! meat is Chewy, too much rice in the burrito, also not enough meat, I would never go back. Sorry but I spent $30 on food a can't even eat.
