Very classic Chinese food place. Everything came out super fast and was decently solid, very authentic, but not amazing. I did like the cauliflower pork, especially the cauliflower, but it was a little on the oily side. The luffa egg was good but a little under seasoned. Luffa isn't super common though on menus so it was great to see it available. My least favorite dish was a sweet/honey pineapple fried chicken dish - I've actually only ever seen fish cooked like in this style and the chicken was not that crispy since there was so much sauce. Parking was decent. They have a really extensive menu so I'd consider going back to try more items.

**Overview**Came here with a friend for a weekday dinner and had no wait time--seated right away. We decided to try the BBQ Whole Catfish with Vegetables to share, along with sides of rice.**The Experience**The dish came out on a hot pot/plate surrounded by lots of chili, which made for an interesting presentation. The fish itself was pretty good--it was tender and not overcooked. The vegetables that came with it were the highlight, as they were nicely flavored and cooked. The sides of rice were a great addition and helped balance out the richness of the fish. While the fish was cooked well, I found the overall dish lacked a bit of flavor. It had a fair amount of oil but didn't bring enough taste to balance it out. The rice helped, but the dish would have benefited from a bit more seasoning or sauce.Service was fast and efficient. The pricing is reasonable, with the BBQ Whole Catfish dish priced at around $48 for the whole fish. With the rice, it made for a filling meal. While I didn't find the dish to be perfect, I'd like to return and try some of their other offerings in the future.

If you are looking for authentic hunan food, this is the place to go. The name is a bit misleading since it's not just a noodle place. In fact we got no noodles. Genuinely some of the best hunan food in the bay. We got a century egg + roasted chili + eggplant dish(擂辣椒茄子), chicken gizzards + sour bean + chili stir fry, and lamb + chili stir fry. We asked for additional spice and it was great. Super fragrant chilis. Everything tasted amazing. Be sure to get a bowl of rice for each person. There were plenty of leftovers- generous portions for the price and area.Would definitely return!

Spicy delicious Hunan food in a non descript plaza. Inside is quite stylish and modern. Every dish we ordered ran oily. Definitely order a rice to go with the main dishes. Will come back to try the noodles - Spicy beef tendon and tripe: we loved the different textures and generous portion of this dish. The layer of floating oil on top is quite intimidating, 4/5- Spicy lotus root: this has a KICK! Lotus was crunchy and flavorful. Our favourite dish of the night, 4.5/5- Scallion pancake: good scallion flavour, nice and crunchy on the outside. I've had flakier scallion pancakes before. 3.5/5

I would rate 3.5 for interior and furniture is a bit upscale, and food was okay, not that much service. Came for dinner on Tuesday evening was pretty empty to start but filled up by 8pm. Mostly Szechuan cuisine but not sooo spicy. I liked the mapo tofu (doesnt have numbing pepper corn thank god) and the cucumber garlic and vermicelli clay pot. Just a lil salty , my bf liked the braised beef but im not that into it so it was okie. Good with rice for balancing salty. Cucumber cuts thru salty as well. Overall nice ambiance but not my fav food

Noodle Talk serves up super authentic Hunan cuisine and the customers are predominantly speaking Chinese at their tables, which is always a good sign when you're looking for authenticity. I popped by for dinner a bit before 7 on a Thursday and there were still quite a few tables available the whole time I was there. Parking was pretty easy and pricing is a bit on the higher side; vegetable dishes are like 16 bucks or more and the nicer meat dishes like their signature fish dishes are going to drop you 40 bucks.Fish Fillet with Pickled Cabbage Hot Pot (4.25/5): The fish was perfectly cooked, super tender and moist. The broth is a bit oily, but super tangy and the numbing spice really does make your tongue tingle. It doesn't come with rice unfortunately, but you'll probably want it to balance your palate.Sautéed Spinach (3/5): Solid veggies, well seasoned and light. Not mind blowingly good, but it's pretty much exactly what you want.

This is a Szechuan style Chinese restaurant, so expect everything to be a bit spicy. This place is famous mostly for the hot pot / soup based dishes, but there are some real bangers you wont want to miss:Spicy / Kung Pao shrimp. Just the perfect combination of sweets savory and spicy. Plus the numbing taste from the Szechuan peppercornFour seasons green bean. Fried, plus they added a little bit of minced meat on there for extra flavor. Beef Noodle Soup. Tried and true, with a little bit of everything. Great portions Braised beef dish. The garlic sauce is strong but so good with the beef! The only thing missing was good quality rice. It tasted like it has been in the cooker all day.

A friend had recommended this place so o was excited to try it out. We got the M3.Sichuan Spicy Boiled Beef with Bean Sprouts and Cabbage Stir Fry which were both great and tasted as expected. The prices of the vegetables are pricier than they should be but the portion of the food is good. The service is great and even with scanning the menu to order the servers were attentive. The place was nice and clean.

I would rate this place around a 3.5-3.75 for overall food, service, and ambiance. We came with a group of 5 people around their opening dinner time and were immediately seated. Ordering is done on mobile via QR code, so you don't interact much with servers. They weren't too attentive despite us being the only party in the restaurant for a while, but it's pretty standard hospitality for most Chinese restaurants in that you usually are expected to flag a server down yourself. The food came out pretty quickly, and the lazy Susan was great for a large party to get all the different dishes. Food was pretty good for the most part! I was a big fan of the garlic green beans and braised pork- lots of good flavor and the pork melted in your mouth. We also got salt and pepper fish but it was more salty than peppery. Staff were extremely nice when I asked if we could get some extra pepper on the side though! My one complaint (as I've seen from other Yelpers) is the rice was under par, it wasn't really warm and felt like old rice cooker rice. Portions were all pretty fair and we had lots of leftovers to take home. The restaurant itself looks pretty spacious, and I loved the decorations inside. Will definitely be coming back to try more dishes and get more of the braised pork!
