New Jersey's Restaurant

This old lady behind the counter has an attitude like she is a working-class millionaire, absolutely nonchalant about customers but if she was only that I wouldn't care, but I realized besides scary she is cheating with money.I ordered two cheeseburgers and one big fries. I gave her my credit card and I didn't add tip because the order was to go. The cheeseburgers were okay, nothing to brag about, the buns were small, the lettuce, cheese and tomato were so small they covered half of the patty. The fries frozen, tasteless and with a hole inside.   I was expecting that the amount I payed would be $21,00 for two cheeseburgers plus $7.00 for a large fries the total price around 30 dollars with taxes. One week later when I got my credit card statement, I saw the total was 47,38. She decide to add a 50% tip. I reported to my credit card and they gave me a refund of $15.00 without dealing with the restaurant, since she didn't give me a receipt. This is a scary environment with worn out tables and chairs, just a dump from the 60's Never again.

I got the combo Philly and it was good, I wish they toasted the bread, that's my only thing. They fill the sandwiches to the brim with meat mushrooms and bell peppers and I left feeling stuffed. On the side I ordered a large garlic fries and curly fries. I just wanted the garlic fries a bit more crispy but overall a solid sandwich and sides.Service was very accommodating, they bring the food to the table and it's a classic bar atmosphere.I was hesitant to give this place a 3/5 I would say more along the 3.75 range.

The Philly cheesesteaks are good here. 1st time visit here, i was just yelping as i was drivinf in the area. Came across this spot. They also do have a bar.

Great place to go grab some drinks and food, the cheesesteak is great as well for their other food. Plenty of space to sit and watch some games, there's also some cool memorabilia autographed around the place.

I honestly really liked the place. It's your casual next door bar where everyone knows everyone.Service was very friendly and the food came out fast. I got the bacon cheese burger which was delicious and only $11 and came with a bag of chips, and the garlic fries were super crispy with lots and lots of garlic.I'd come back, maybe even watch a game.

We stopped in on a Wednesday night for trivia and we are so happy we did! New Jersey's is the most charming restaurant/bar. It seemed like everyone in the restaurants knew each other and were regulars. They had a ton of food and drink options and their service was quick. They don't have a ton of tables so keep that in mind if you plan on staying a while. I recommend you do!It happened to also be someone's birthday and they cut us some slices of cake!! They're so sweet. Debbie was also so kind. Absolutely will be back.The cheesesteaks were also INCREDIBLE. We tried the cheesesteak, jalapeño poppers, Fries, and mozzarella sticks. Everything was incredible!! So impressed. Absolutely coming back here and recommending to friends

The only thing better than the Eagles' record is their Philly cheesesteak!This place was drawn for our random restaurant Tuesday so that's how we ended up here.When I walked in I immediately felt comfortable and relaxed. The place seems like it has it's locals that keep coming back.If i see a cheesesteak, I go for it. I went with a classic but next time I'll spice it up. The garlic fries were potent!Service was quick as well.By the way, you should Totally swap out your San Jose Sabercats jersey for a Bay Area Panthers one! They are the reigning champs of the IFL!

Great place to watch Eagles games on Sunday, as almost everyone is wearing green. Cheesesteaks are not authentic Philly tier, but a very respectable imitation.Clientele tends to run a little older but there's usually interesting conversation nonetheless. I do wish the TVs were bigger behind the bar, and they don't have Prime games on every screen.

I thought I'd try this place from mostly positive reviews. What a waste of my money! I prefer to support local businesses but this one should have been shut down before I walked in... 3 words sum it up: old, outdated, and awful. All 3 describe the inside, service, and food.The entire place desperately needs a deep clean and remodel.There is 0 customer service skills as the servers ignored us. There were only like 5 other people inside lol Guess that's busy for them? It took forever to put the order in and the old woman is especially rude.Then when we got the barely warm food it's like biting into a saltine cracker. Our meats were dry and salty! The only thing decent ordered were the fries which ironically lacked salt lmao. The burgers and steak sandwich were terrible. It was a mix of overcooked dried meat, grease, and salt. Ridiculous considering how long it took to get a order in the first place.Don't waste your time here.

Googled " local eagle bar" and found this, Came here for the first time this Sunday for the eagles game, might have been the best environment I've ever been in. The food is amazing, the service was friendly even though they were PACKED. They did great, food does take awhile but that's due to how many people there are. It actually kinda felt like home! I called 5 people immediately to show up!WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK TO SUPPORT OUR BIRDS NEXT GAME!
