What a delightful spot! It popped up during a search for breakfast and a Turkish breakfast sounded interesting. It was hard to find it since they don't have signage and are located inside an Ice cream store. They actually came out to guide me to the location which was super nice.It is pretty basic inside ... what's not basic is the food itself. I got the full breakfast which came with a variety of breads, cheeses, olives, bagel, eggs, unlimited Turkish tea and my favorite the beef borek! The people who work here are super earnest and nice. I wish them tremendous success and can't wait to go back.

It was our first time here. This is a Turkish and Ottoman bakery. We thought the employees were very friendly and patiently explained to us what the bakery items were. There were quite a few tables filled with families and couples. We ordered the menemen (shakshuka). This version is more scrambled eggs than eggs poached in a tomato sauce. It's still hearty. It came with fresh pida bread. We had a sweet borek and cheesy borek. Yum! Turkish coffees had a good flavor. The Turkish delight is very fresh and so much better than the boxed stuff.

I am a big fan of Turkish pastries and have had quite a few great experiences in my home country So when I read about this place I had to check it out We got the cheese borek (very good , crispy and rich filling 4.1/5) and the water borek (even better , very soft and juicy dough , good among of filling. 4.4/5)They seem to have a few other interesting options and also have breakfast items like shakshuka . We'll be back to sample some of these

My friend, who is from Turkey, took us to this legit Turkish breakfast spot! I can't even tell you what we had, but it was good and fun. The breads were all different and you eat it with cheese, honey, olives, meat, jam, and other stuff &.4/10. All the egg dishes were tasty. The poached egg over yogurt was interesting, but the eggs were overcooked 6/10. Turkish tea is awesome 8.5/10. My favorite was this puff pastry thing with cheese and meat in it 8.6/10. Turkish coffee is nice and strong.

Storefront sign: Cup N' ConeMismatch Punky Brewster wall colors.Tacky faux wisteria hanging plants. When the aesthetics takes a backseat to food, I'm here for it!If it weren't for Yelp, I would have never found Nahita Bakery...one of the few Turkish Bakeries in the Bay Area. They share a space with an ice cream shop. Open for takeout, delivery, and indoor dining only. We bought drinks at Zanatto's so we can dine outside. M E N USimit: Turkish Sesame Bagel ($3.49), Poğaça: Turkish Cheese Buns ($2.99), Açma: Turkish Bagel Bread ($3.99), Börek: Turkish Savory Pastry ($9.50-$18.99), Su Böreği: Water Börek ($8.99 - $59.99) Baklava ($1.99), Halka Tatlısı: Turkish Churros ($2.99), and Tulumba: Fried Sweet Dough (99 cents). They also serve Turkish Breakfast - Sucuklu Yumurta: Fried Eggs & Sausage ($12.99), Menemen: Scrambled Eggs & Tomatoes ($12.49), and more. Free self-serve Turkish tea. F O O D* Börek: Turkish Savory Pastry (1/2 portion - $9.50): https://tinyurl.com/v35h5vu8- Choice of cheese, spinach, potato, or beef (my choice)Fresh out of the oven, the börek was hot and crunchy with flaky phyllo layers and ground beef filling. It's quite rich and the ground beef didn't seem to be seasoned so I was yearning for a dip or hot sauce. Next time, I'll try the spinach or potato börek. S E R V I C EKind service. There was a 25 minute wait for the freshly baked börek. A M B I A N C EBright and colorful with about 8-10 tables. P A R K I N GPlentiful parking in the plaza. Overall, Nahita Bakery seems to be an under the radar Turkish Bakery that's popular through word of mouth. Def worth a visit if you're in the area!

Hidden secret, so hidden you'll miss it - but a truly authentic Turkish breakfast experience in a hole in the wall. The thing about Turkish breakfast isn't just the food it's the experience of nibbling over a bunch of lovely seasonal things with friends and çay (though we had very good Turkish coffee instead). It's a sensory experience the visuals of the platters and pastries, the smell of coffee, sesame filled fresh baked simit, buttery borek. Then close your eyes and pretend you're looking at the Mediterranean instead of a Sunnyvale mall and enjoy! This Turkish breakfast is wayyyy better than a nondescript ice cream shop hoping they convert fully to this.

Do you ever think about making a return visit while still enjoying your current experience? That was me today. The food at Nahita was amazing and I can't wait to return! We ordered Nahita's special for 2 people: it easily fed 2 with leftovers. The platter comes with the egg dish of your choice, a variety of baked goods, different cheeses, jam, honey, olives, and fresh vegetables. All dishes come with complimentary tea. The food was fresh, flavorful, and plentiful. A wonderful mixture of sweet and savory. The tea was the perfect pairing. Casual atmosphere (restaurant shared with an ice cream shop), efficient service, reasonable prices. I'll return!

Nahita Bakery is a Turkish bakery, tea house, and ice cream joint. Walking in, you're greeted by the warm, lively atmosphere. The authentic Turkish cooking is simply irresistible, with their Bosnian burek standing out as a must-try. Whether it's spinach, cheese, or the traditional meat burek, each bite is perfection.Their bread selection is equally impressive, with delightful breakfast breads that add a wholesome touch to your morning. The breakfast sampler is a Turkish dream on a plate, featuring three different types of cheeses, olives, and breakfast pastries--everything you'd want in a true Turkish breakfast. The setup is cozy with plenty of seating, from small tables perfect for a quiet breakfast to long tables for bigger gatherings. The vibe inside is young and energetic, with Turkish conversations floating from the kitchen where staff in traditional Turkish headwear whip up the magic. As a Bosnian who's tried burek all over the Bay Area, I have to say Nahita Bakery makes some of the best I've had--even better than a few Bosnian spots! I brought some home for my brother, and he loved it with yogurt on the side. I cannot wait to bring friends and family here; it's authentic, delicious, and a perfect spot to savor the taste of Turkey right here in the Bay.
