Naan n Curry

The guy working last night was really nice so it sucks i have to write this review because i really was looking forward to liking it. I ordered chicken tiki masala garlic naan and rice. He said on the phone it was good enough for two people. Honestly speaking it was enough for 3 servings so the portion was good. I spent about $20I noticed that it was big chunks of chicken thst turned out to be undercooked. I was so sad. The sauce didn't come with any vegetables and it tasted pretty tomato-y. The garlic naan smelled really good great big portion but when i ate it the texture was off i never had it taste like that before. It was bad. There was no flavor in anything really. Didn't have any spice whatever ever. I've had authentic tiki masala before homemade so this was just something i would never give a second chance too. I'm not a picky eater at allll but lack of flavor is serious to me and textures were insane. I'm so sorry to say i would never recommend this place to anyone.

Ordered from Door Dash on 10/31/24: Chicken masala sauce is no longer thick and flavorful. Tandoori chicken is no longer flavorful as well.

The food is extremely watery. I ordered the chicken tikka masala and it was by far the worst I've ever had. It was extremely watery, felt like I was stirring water. It was extremely bland. I could see some people liking it if they hate spice and aren't picky about flavor but it lacked flavor heavily. I ordered via DoorDash and food was nice and hot but the CTM itself was so bad. The rice and garlic naan was good.

Friends and I were starving after watching a show at the New Parish and this spot was one of the only places open near our car.Upon entering and skimming the restaurant, it didn't seem clean and vibe was a little weird. Tables had food on them and were dirty - we had to ask the server to clean them. My friend has a gluten allergy and the server wasn't sure what that was (he said "that's the one with no dairy right?"). After we corrected him, he kept referring to items he thought were GF but were obviously not (i.e. naan). The plates, utensils, glasses were self-serve and we saw that the water glasses had food stuck on them- yuck. Fortunately, when we gave the glasses back, the server provided takeout cups. We decided to still chance it since we were hungry. Our order:-Chicken tikka masala-Palak Paneer-Prawn Tandoori-Lamb Biryani Rice-Garlic NaanThe food was lukewarm, overall bland and tasted old, like it had been sitting for a while. My friend had to add salt to her portion. Since we were ravenous, we ate most of it but it was definitely a meal that left much to be desired. Server was overall nice, but there are a lot of improvements this location needs to regain some stars. My friend also said the SF locations she's been to are much better than this one.

This is a very delayed review, but I had ordered onion naan, karahi paneer, and mango lassi for delivery. I wanted to try the karahi paneer since I've not seen it on the menus of most other Indian restaurants I've been to; it was actually very spicy and hard for me to eat. (This could be a plus for you if you have better spice tolerance than me)The lassi was also pretty weak and seemed watered down, would have been better if it had stronger flavor.The naan was fine, a bit on the more toasted side (which you can also see in the photo).

This review is for delivery service only. I've ordered a few times and the food taste is solid. I've had the chicken and lamb biryanis. Both I felt were a little lacking in terms of meat to rice ratio and taste. The curries I've tried were all good. I would say that they can be spicy if you are not sensitive to that and it's not immediately apparent when ordering. Recently tried the keema naan and it was excellent. The amount of food you received was great for the price. Orders were prepared quickly after ordering. Definitely a solid go-to place.

Is it great Indian food? Not particularly, but those Uber eats deals are excellent, and theres a good amount of spice. Good for takeout.

Very good place for a late night Indian food craving. I've had better but cannot complain for price and availability.

Guy was " Very Rude " ...Hung up on me once ...Second time " Yelled @ Me " ...I use them " Occasionalky as they're open late...Am soending $ 25 + 4 1 Veg. Dish + Garlic Naan..."" NO WHEAT ROTI "" on Menu ...Now am afraid 2 eat their Food ...all I was asking was 4 a very small Raitha on the Side !!! Baath karney ka bhi tareeqa hotha hai !!! There is a " Civilized Way to Talk " !!! Can't believe it's a Muslim Restaurant !!! Am their customer since 1994 I'm San Francisco !!! When Patrons are Rude - Customers will Refrain from ...Dealing with them in FUTURE !!! They Need to Learn !!! Am ashamed as a Fellow Muslim ....

The food was bland all around. The chicken tiki masala was watery. The naan was horrible here it's almost like flat bread or pita beard. Gave me card board vibes. I've never had naan like this anywhere else.
